Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. However is very odd layout, super tiny and uncomfortable to navigate. Don't stay in the 6th floor! Elevador only goes to 5th and you'll have to bring your luggages up the very narrow spiral stairs. Room doesn't have much space.

We had the room on the 6th floor but the elevator only went to the 5th floor and there was no staff to help us carry all the luggage to the 6th floor . Expedia wasn’t transparent about the condition of this property which was very misleading. We would have not booked this hotel if we were aware of the condition of this hotel. There was no hair conditioner, , body lotion , or any vanity products that are common in any other hotels we ever stayed in and we travel quite often .

Typisk mindre Parisisk hotel med små værelser, mini elevator og kantede gange samt trappe. Ellers var der meget pændt rengjort og personalen gjorde der ydes for at hjælpe. Alligevel sover jeg gerne her igen på grund af beliggendehed, market, cafeer og den franske stemning som er i top.

Very nice centrally located hotel. Be aware we were in the 6th floor but the elevator only goes to the 5th floor. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Does need better coffee tea and creamers in the rooms. Overall a nice hotel, would stay there again.

Amamos a estadia, foi nossa 1ª vez em Paris e acertamos muito nessa escolha de hotel. Agua quente, bem localizado, ao lado de uma estação de metrô (aconselho usar o app CityMapper para se locomover) cama confortável, não conseguia ouvir o barulho da rua mesmo sendo um lugar movimentado. (5º andar). Apesar do elevador chegar apenas até o 4º andar, isso não foi nenhum problema. Com certeza voltaríamos sem pensar para esse hotel.
Amamos a estadia, foi nossa 1ª vez em Paris e acertamos muito nessa escolha de hotel. Nice basic hotel in a convenient location. A Metro station is located across the street and many restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. Other metro stations are within walking distance. It us Easy to get to the Hotel from Charles de Gaulle Airport by train and metro. Be sure to bring a plug adapter if traveling to France.

The location was excellent for taking trains at Gare Montparnasse. Our room was clean, quiet, and modern but postcard sized. We could only open one suitcase at a time. The other had to sit in the closet. While there is an elevator, you will have to carry bags up 2 flights of steep stairs to get to reception. As long as you are ok with that it’s a great place to stay. The neighborhood has lots of active restaurants and is less expensive than other areas of Paris.

A equipe foi muito atenciosa. O quarto e banheiro são pequenos mas gostei da limpeza e da troca diária das toalhas. O hotel tem opções gastronômicas em seu entorno, bem avaliadas, mas em algumas delas é importante fazer a reserva com antecedência. E para quem deseja visitar o Palácio de Versalhes de trem, é pertinho da Gare Montparnasse.

O Hotel é muito bom, com cama confortável e lençóis de qualidade. Limpeza diária e tudo funcionou mt bem. Recemos um upgrade e ficamos muito felizes. Na recepção tinha uma funcionária que fala português e foi muito gentil. O hotel tem excelente localização com mts restaurantes por perto e metrô. Apenas as toalhas de banho que já estão bem desgastadas, porém limpas e trocadas diariamente.

The hotel is very well located, there are a couple of convenience stores one block away (Carrefour and Franprix). On the same street there is a metro station and numerous bus stops along the street. The room is very small, it is known that in Europe the rooms are small, but it really is small, although the bathroom is spacious. It is very clean (I found a can that had not been emptied the day I arrived, beyond that, everything was fine). The staff is super friendly. The area in general is safe and vibrant, both during the day and at night. There are two restaurants next to the hotel.

The property was well located and clean. However, the walls apparently are too thin. We were talking in normal voices and the person in the next room knocked on our door and said they could hear everything! The lift too was very small.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres étaient impeccablement propres et bien entretenues. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité des principales attractions et des transports en commun. De plus, l’hôtel est très tranquille grâce à une bonne isolation sonore, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

O hotel é excelente em localização, silêncio nos quartos e conforto. Mas quem se hospeda tem que ter ciência que os quartos são muito pequenos e não tem espaço para abrir mala. Como não ficamos em hotel, mas passeando não faz diferença o tamanho do quarto. Ao redor tem lojas, restaurantes, farmácias enfim, voltaria novamente para me hospedar lá!

Exactly as advertised. Rooms are small but did not feel cramped. Bathroom was a little larger than expected with good shelving for storing toiletries. Three large mirrors were nice. Fabulous location. Staff was excellent. My one suggestion would be to upgrade the quality of the towels. Reminded me of Hôtel 6. Otherwise great stay!

Typical small room that one expects in Paris for the price. Staff was really nice. The area is nice with many dining options. The room was 82 degrees and is controlled somewhere other than in the room. If air conditioning is advertised, the room should have air conditioning. The lobby was nice and cool for the employees but the rooms were not. I should have slept in the couch on the lobby.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Amaris until the last day when a new young woman was there to check us out. She was not friendly and clearly did not like foreigners. But what’s worse is she overcharged my credit card by 360 euros by transposing two numbers. I said that was a lot more than I thought I should owe, but she had already charged my card before printing me out a detailed receipt which I had to ask for and where I noticed her mistake. Now I just hope I get my refund. If you’re working in the hotel business in Paris, you really should be friendly to foreign travelers. The men who worked there however were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very cute and in a great location in Montparnasse.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was my husband’s first time in Paris. The staff were all so pleasant and so hospitable. They were very accommodating with our request for early check-in and even for a balcony room. At first, the balcony room wasn’t available but as soon as when someone checked out of that room, we were immediately notified so we transferred. This hotel also has a very central location to shops, restaurants, boulangeries, and metro stations. Would definitely stay here when we visit Paris again. 💛🇫🇷

At first, the balcony room wasn’t available but as soon as when someone checked out of that room, we were immediately notified so we transferred. This hotel also has a very central location to shops, restaurants, boulangeries, and metro stations. Would definitely stay here when we visit Paris again. 💛🇫🇷

Our stay was comfortable however I think the front desk staff could be better trained for guest services and more personable. We needed assistance to book a train to Reims for a tour of the Champagne region. I was told there are no trains on Sunday which was totally false and caused us unnecessary stress and delays the next morning.

This was in a great area. Metro steps from the door. Lots of great restaurants and cafes in the area. You can walk to the Seine River from here. On Sunday I ran into a Sunday Market just down the street, it was amazing with types of foods, wines, gifts and gadgets.

The location was excellent for taking trains at Gare Montparnasse. Our room was clean, quiet, and modern but postcard sized. We could only open one suitcase at a time. The other had to sit in the closet. While there is an elevator, you will have to carry bags up 2 flights of steep stairs to get to reception. As long as you are ok with that it’s a great place to stay. The neighborhood has lots of active restaurants and is less expensive than other areas of Paris.

The hotel is located in a very nice area - a lot of restaurants and shops, metro station 3 min from the hotel. The rooms are quite small but since it was a business trip and I was alone in the room, it was fine. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. I staid at this hotel several times and I will definitely stay again. The only thing to improve is the breakfast - it's very very poor :(

Great location. Walkable to many landmarks and great food choices available in the region. The hotel is small and the rooms are very tiny (most of them with no view) however, the service was spectacular. The gentleman at the front who greeted and check us in was very friendly and outspoken. We were truly amazed. He gave us a tour of the basement and also showed us the breakfast options available. Breakfast was very worth it and very delicious. Highly recommend it at 19 Euros a day per person. Cleanliness was good. Hotel does not have separate bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bring you own

Another great stay at this little gem in the heart of Paris. Right from the start it feels like home as the staff is welcoming and considerate. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. The coffee/wine bar is delightful at all hours and the coffee and croissants are excellent. The neighbourhood amenities just can’t be beat for a short or long stay. Last evening I wandered into à street party for locals with live music, art and craft vendors and delicious food vendors. And there are several wonderful sidewalk cafes and endless shops for browsing immediately adjacent. This is a great hotel!

Great staff, friendly in the French manner (attentive, courteous, not effusive), very small room for my girlfriend and me, but hey, we’re here to see Paris! Nice, hotel in an old funky building. Lots of character, and great service. The elevator is tiny. the rooms are small by American expectations. Neat neighborhood, the st Placid metro station is on the corner. Very convenient.
