Best Western Au Trocadéro

Free in-room mini bar and coffee is a nice surprise. Great location, only steps away from Eiffel Tower. Excellent customer service from Hakim and especially Christine. I plan to bring my sisters next time and I'd hope to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here, the location was amazing- walkable to so many amazing places. Our room had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The reception area and lifts were always clean and the staff were always friendly. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely come back!

Stayed here for 8 days for the Olympics in room 31. Worst stay I have ever had in Paris from a hotel perspective. Will NEVER use this hotel again. Not worth the €3100 total cost. Rooms are very tiny which is not unusual for Paris. Noticed several gnats in the room during our stay immediately upon arrival. From the start, our mini-refrigerator did not work. This issue was immediately reported to the front desk. We were told the issue would be resolved by the next business day. No one ever came. So we reported the issue again the following day and was told by a lady on the evening shift that the person that can fix the mini-refrigerator would be back in the morning to resolve the issue. Again, no one ever came. In the meantime, we would ask the front desk to store our wine and sodas. Staff were semi-ok with this but some staff seemed annoyed. What we did notice was that our beverages were labeled with our room number and on several occasions we were given bottles/sodas with other guests room number so this clued me in that other guests were possibly having the same issue as well. We asked the front desk to keep our beverages in their refrigerator because when we asked was their ice available we were looked at oddly and told they didn't have ice. Showers/tubs were slow draining. Infact, water that smelled like sewage would back up into our tub on several occasions and left the entire room smelling like raw sewage for a few hours. Hotel was near restaurants and shopping.

Staff went out of way fto help you in every way. TV didn’t work but evrything else excellent.

We LOVED this hotel! This was an anniversary trip for my husband and I, and this hotel was a blessing to us. The Trocadero square area is idyllic for views/access to the Eiffel Tower and Seine River. (Literally, in walking out of the hotel, the Eiffel Tower is visible!) It is an easy 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the base of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian boats on the Seine. The restaurant scene at Trocadero is fantastic for outdoor/indoor dining and a variety of dining choices. The hotel is just steps away from the Metro stop and the pick-up for the Big Bus tour! The hotel decor was truly lovely and perfectly appointed. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious! The room was sized well (did not feel cramped at all) and the bathroom was actually quite large! The elevators were in working order. The air conditioning of the room was perfect. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and we felt that we had adequate privacy. The staff members were quite friendly and very gracious in speaking English with us! We will certainly stay here again and we recommend it for any other couples looking for a romantic Paris getaway! (We would not suggest trying to stay in a "double" room with more than two people).

Thisbwas a great place. Super clean...beds were comfortable, shower was great. Our particular room was a little on the cozy side. Def good for a couple or parent and one child. We spent most of our time out of it lol as far as location, super perfect! Close to amain metro station, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. They have a good variety for their breakfast. Refrigerators in the room and microwave down stairs for use. Only 3 blocks from amazing views of the eiffell tower. Would def recommend this place and will stay here again!

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Besuch in Paris. Die Lage ist hervoragend, Personal ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich werde mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

The room was clean, shower water pressure was excellent. The room may be small compared to the hotels in the US, but it was just right for the two of us. The location was perfect as it was close to Place du Trocadéro where you can can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower. Great cafes once you walk out the hotel and a great pizza place, Mokus Pizza. Highly recommended.

Se encuentra a unos pasos de la estación de metro trocadero lo cual ayuda a moverte por toda la ciudad fácilmente, también esta a unos pasos de la plaza y la torre, los cuartos son pequeños pero están muy limpios, el único detalle es que la regadera no tiene puerta y se termina mojando el piso del baño, el desayuno es poco variado pero en términos generales es bueno

Excelente ubicación , nos tocó habitación escondida y la regadera no tiene puertas , es solo una cortina por lo que se moja todo , la atención de personal es buena

The rooms are incredibly small. We booked an accessible room. But the property decided to change it to a regular room which was a miserable experience. It was absolutely impossible to move. And when we asked they said they don’t have any accessible rooms. Only good think about this hotel is location. If you just want a shower and a bed and you are able to jump over the bed, then this is the place for you.

Hotel is well located near museums, the Eiffel Tower, the metro, and restaurants. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Nice clean, but small, room. Well decorated and comfortable.

Great location, but cramped rooms.

The staff was nice. The rooms are small, I believe it’s normal for an older building in France, but nice. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop, metro, and bus also close to the Eiffel Tower.

I stayed at Best Western au Trocadero for 5 nights solo. The first night I was in a room that had a view of rocks so I asked if my room could be changed one with a better view. Anika was very helpful and changed my room the next night. My room was changed to a better top and view which I was very grateful for. The next day I left the room to get food and was only gone for about an hour. I came back to my room and the maid was in the middle of cleaning my room and I found my suitcase open. I honestly felt so violated and couldn’t believe it. This made my experience completely poor at this hotel and I would never stay here again. The area is nice for the view of the Eiffel tower and the metro is really convenient making it easy to get around. The water isn’t replenished everyday which I wasn’t aware so I was surprised that I was charged when I was leaving. It just felt like a slap in the face after my stuff was rifled through. Anika and Omar were the only positives during my stay.

Halfway decent hotel, but prone to theft. A designer bag was stolen from a friend's room on our trip. The man in the lobby during the late-night hours would not show the surveillance video or the key access log. He smiled when questions were asked. Then, had the audacity to say "Maybe the window was left open." The individual either stole the bag himself or knows who did. Be forewarned.

Rooms extremely small. Evening staff spoke limited English.

this place is very near to Eiffel tower, you just go outside main entrance and you see the big tower there, walking to the tower is easy and safe

Great location. Very friendly staff. Room itself was above average. Breakfast was average. Although choices were available, if you were an egg eater, they were not very good. They tasted very fake. Could have been powdered eggs. Not sure. Overall a very above average stay.

O localização é perfeita, dava pra ver a torre da minha janela. Supermercado e restaurantes ao lado. Lado ruim era o box do banheiro, apenas uma porta de vidro e molhava tudo . Ficava alagado! Café da manhã bem fraco

Excelente opción. Me gusta su ubicación y la tranquilidad, fácilmente accesible por metro o taxi. El desayuno es suficiente para un “pettite dejouner” sin embargo no es un desayuno buffet, no reponen lo consumido por lo que debe bajar temprano para “alcanzar” algunos alimentos. Cafe, pan, queso y otros alimentos son repuestos frecuentemente. Tomar en cuenta, para evitar expectativas sobre otro tipo de servicio. El personal es super amable y atento. Cama es muy cómoda y habitación silenciosa y confortable. Maravilloso hotel. Volvería a quedarme sin dudarlo.
