Perfect stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and the facilities such as Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, free drinks and snacks were a lovely unexpected bonus. Easy walking distance to major tourist spots and the metro for getting further afield was very close. Would highly recommend

Looked good on line but disappointing..The room was too small for a twin room.The shower hose became detached and the bath it was in was damaged.The complimentary drinks were not as listed,and reception advised us to go to the market for milk. There were no overhead fans or air conditioning .The room was not worth the price charged.

Je suis ravie de mon séjour de trois nuits. Belle chambre cosy, au calme, côté cour. Personnel très professionnel et accueillant à la réception et en étages. Bonne isolation phonique. Volet roulant électrique efficace. Chauffage peu bruyant. Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Salle de douche un peu petite. Merci !

Gorgeous, well appointed & sized room. Nespresso machine, fridge, kettle, hairdryer & safe plus blackout curtains & automatic shutters on windows. Wet room shower, comfortable bed on a typical French street with two great boulangeries, several bistros & sushi restaurants & convenience stores. Overall a fantastic hotel, in a super location with amazing service & very friendly staff. Highly recommended & will definitely return.

Terrible experience. When we arrived the hotel website says safe in room- not true. We were informed the key had gone missing so we had to take our valuables with us. Also someone used the washroom and didn’t flush (#2) which meant the room was not cleaned. Stains on carpets and there was a bug on our bed when we came back from dinner. We called the front desk but they said we had to wait until the next night to speak to a manager. We left the hotel and are still fighting with the hotel for a refund. Worst experience at a hotel we have ever had.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel adorable et serviable. J'ai pu etre surclassée. Ma chambre n'etait certes pas lumineuse (mais pour se doucher et dormir, quel intérêt ?), mais ultra confortable et silencieuse ! Coin salon, coffre-fort, cafetière et bouilloire, belle salle-de-bain avec une douche assez grande (ce qui est rare !), et coin chambre cosy avec un lit très confortable, des oreillers à mémoire de forme. Cerise sur le gâteau, de belles poutres au plafond qui donnent beaucoup de charme à cette spacieuse chambre. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il est très complet. Le buffet propose une très large gamme de produits, aussi bien salés que sucrés. Du coup, avec ce surclassement, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent !

The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and although a bit small gad plenty cupboard space. My room had a bath (with shower head for anyone wanting to shower). The front office area is clean and spacious.

We asked to have the room with balcony (terrace), but didn't get one. Got no Gold Member preferences. Otherwise we liked the hotel and location, reception staff was very helpful - they printed boarding passes for us for our return flight and ordered taxi on request. Room was big enough and very clean. Cleaning ladies did great job, though not always on time. Will be happy to recommend Folkestone Opera for travelers.

Staff was wonderful. Bath tub looked like it had been painted and was chipping so we never got to take a bath, the floor was stained and the bedding had someone else's hair between the top sheet and fitted sheet. It's a convenient location for walking around Paris.

Et fint hotel midt i hjertet af Paris. I gåafstand fra det meste og med en masse fine små spisesteder tæt på. Hotellet er ikke nyt, men personalet er meget venligt. Den daglige rengøring kunne godt være bedre. En rigtig fin morgenmad. Vi vil sikkert bruge samme hotel igen ved besøg i Paris.

The hotel is a little/lot worn - older boutique hotel but the staff were over the top accommodating! Best hotel staff we have ever had! The rooms were clean but a little dated and worn. Excellent location, very quiet. We would stay there again for sure - the staff were all 5 stars!

Although room was small but fairly normal by Paris standards, everything was adequate and quite for the of us. Staff was amazing and room was nicely touched up and filled amenities daily. Location is fantastic tons of shopping and cafes, restaurant choices as well as many Metro stops (subway) within a block or 2 .very safe area and would highly recommend!!

What a wonderful hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby it was a great experience. The team was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was the perfect size; and well decorated, comfortable and clean. It is located in an excellent location for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return should we return to Paris. I can’t say enough good things about the Folkstone Opera Hotel!

One of the most beautiful hotels in the most beautiful, luxurious and safe area of Paris. It is my favourite hotel every time I visit Paris. The breakfast buffet has many options and the staff is admirable in terms of hospitaly. I would especially like to thank Farouk at the reception desk. If you want to stay in a hotel that is both stylish, beautiful and in a safe location with excellent decoration and breakfast, folkestone should be your only choice. In terms of location, it's near the monuments and the metro station. Thank you for everything, it was a pleasure.

Fantastic location for our 4 night stay with access to several metro stations and just a 15min walk to Place de la Concorde. Plenty of food choices, some literally across the street! Good WiFi connection. Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Bed and pillows could be better.

La struttura si trova molto vicina alle fermate metro ed è in una posizione ottima anche per visitare parti molto belle di Parigi a piedi. La camera era bella e curata e la colazione eccellente ( ottimo il cream brûlé fatto da loro). Un ringraziamento al personale della reception molto cortese e sopratutto alla receptionist Maéva, che ha risolto un problema che avevamo con una prenotazione di un taxi. A poca distanza ci sono ristoranti e pasticcerie. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei volentieri
