Our stay at this hotel was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The room was quite small and felt very packed. Unfortunately, there were clubs right across from our room, and the noise continued until early morning, making it difficult to sleep. Late at night, when returning to the hotel, we also noticed many homeless people around the area, which felt a bit unsettling. The staff at this hotel were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel is located in a very walkable area with many dining options nearby. Four different metro lines are within a one to two minute walk as well. I was completed satisfied with my stay here. There was water on site and the hotel provided a bottle that you can just keep refilling. It's a small thing, but in the summer it's a very important thing. The room was clean. I definitely would stay here again!

Generally, this property looked good from the outside, and the lobby area is pretty good. They give you all kinds of candy, free water dispensary, and have food service we didn't try. THE ROOM WAS TERRIBLY TINY. NOT AS ADVERTISED. MISLEADING. I was told I could get a larger room, and wasn't told I was being put in a "shoebox." The hallway smelled awful; and like some kind of vinegar. Phew. THE STAFF ARE AWESOME. Management is kind of poor, doesn't respond promptly to email, and looks like they didn't refund my 50 EURO Deposit. Not going back, like ever. Sorry people.

Put in ADA room on 1st floor where the hall and room smelled like a sewer with very noisy street corner right outside the ADA room window. Staff unwilling to change my room when different room was requested due to smell and noise. Said “it’s a big room.” No bar at hotel, staff said “go across the street and get something.” Pillowcase on bed was dirty.

The hotel was great (nice room very friendly staff) aside from the elevator breaking down for 2 days and we were on the 4th floor. good exercise for us but some other guests were very upset. Also, there are hookers on the street corners around the hotel which seems odd to me but apparently it is normal there according to locals. I would not recommend this hotel for young families or elderly. I did enjoy my stay, central location, they use a great driver who took us to and from airport and anywhere we needed to go.

It was a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Room we got was small but had everything we needed and it was very clean. It is a good location to get to main attractions but also to just get lost on nice streets. Staff spoke English very well and check in/out was easy. They have a sweet bar which was a nice touch. They have some better rooms I believe but I think the one we got was very basic. Considering it was my birthday I wish we were given maybe a nicer one, smth with a view for example, but for 2 nights it was ok. I would remind everyone though that this is 4 star hotel in middle of Paris, you won't get the luxury and attention to detail you would get for 4 stars in other, less famous locations

We loved the location of the hotel as we were able to walk to all the major attractions which is the perfect way to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we slept very well in the super comfy bed. We will return again soon. Many thanks.

Amazing 3 night stay, our room was on the top floor with a balcony, the bed was so comfortable and lovely sheets and pillows. Great modern bathroom. The staff on the front desk were nothing but polite and I loved the free sweets. Will definitely be returning to this fabulous hotel.

Overall I really liked this hotel! Every single staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern and the location was pretty central. I also thought the room decor was really cute! However there were some negatives to this property: my room was facing a side street and there were people talking loudly all day and all night on the sidewalk. They would stay there for hours and shout, talk and/or argue. This would go on well into the night. The hotel is also located near the intersection of two big boulevards so there is a lot of traffic noise, including sirens from police. I would recommend you ask for a room facing Blondel Street instead of Sainte-Appoline. The fridge is also not very cold so I would only use it for beverages and not for food.

Hotel is literally one minute from the subway station. Staff was very friendly and informative. We arrived early, but luckily the room was ready so we were able to check in early. Our room has two balconies and it gave us amazing views of the city.

The room was comfortable and modern with an ample bathroom. Airconditioning was included, which was necessary during the Paris heatwave. The hotel was right next door to the no 4 Metro, which was handy to get to and from major train stations. All the staff spoke English well and were very friendly and helpful. The only challenge is the the location where road noise and sirens may disrupt lighter sleepers.

I was so disappointed by the location. The neighborhood felt unsafe, rundown, with groups of men noisily loitering at the building next door every evening into the night. The hotel itself was fine, clean lobby and rooms, but nothing special and not as nice as the pictures they marketed. I picked this hotel-- which was pricier than others-- specifically because the location was rated highly and the pics looked nicer of the rooms than they were. I wanted to be close to Louvre, etc. However, I was too uncomfortable to walk anywhere from my hotel and had to Uber everywhere. There also was no key required in the elevator to get to floors with rooms on it so I was concerned about security. I did not feel uncomfortable at any of the other hotels I've stayed in other parts of Paris which I've visited many times. This hotel nearly ruined the end of my trip. Would never stay there again.

The location is superb. Honestly, I don’t think there will be much better locations in terms of closeness to the metro line. Was close to the most handy lines, number 4 and 9, and was sufficient for all our site seeing needs.

Very easy location for all tourist attractions. Staff really helpful and friendly. Felt very safe throughout stay at hotel. Breakfast very good value. Nice touch foyer lounge bar. Would recommend. Rooms are small but clean and bathroom, with water pressure great. Balcony to side of hotel in shade so would recommend trying to get front balcony, balcony chairs could do with an upgrade. Reception staff great.

Loved the charm of this hotel. The beds and pillows were super comfy, the towels smelled clean and fresh. There were large windows that you could people watch the showers had good pressure and a rainfall shower head. Loved that you could refill your water bottle each day vs buying bottled water, breakfast was great too. Only two negatives were the noise outside twice during our stay the police visited and broke up fights outside & that the hotel was far from tourist attractions necessitating a long walk or use of the metro. The front desk staff were super helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay there again!
