The spiral staircase was fun! We stayed on the 5th floor and used the stairs because the elevator was small, not ideal for 4 people. There was a very bad water leak in the stairwell when it rained. We let front desk know and they put a bucket under it. The breakfast was not worth the money so we didn’t get it. We were able to walk to some things and Uber to the others. Couldn’t figure out the public transportation system ticketing so Uber it was. The hotel provided nice umbrellas for us to use on the rainy days and that was appreciated considering it rained every day we were there. Overall, it is a cute place, roomy for 4 people in the room with a loft, and quiet.

The property is very average don't expect a lot it is literally a place you would just go sleep and then go out and explore pairs it is a good location pretty central has some amazing restaurants close by but the cleansiness is a little bit iffy and don't get your hopes up very basic accomodation

The place was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast options were actually good. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery store, and a bakery. The area is pretty quite. The size of the room is a little cramped, even for 2. The room was warm, with the a/c at max. The refrigerator does not keep anything cold. Overall, the hotel is great for a short stay.

Very nice location, close to several bus and subway line. Also close to many stores and restaurants. But the neighborhood itself is quiet and feels safe. Rooms are a little small but very functional, well decorated, with good AC and many small extras. Staff available and helpful

I enjoyed my stay and especially all the little touches like Nespresso coffe, chocolates, biscoff and bathroom essentials, slippers and bathrobes, however a big turn off was that the toilet and bathroom was separate which would have been fine if there was a small sink in the toilet to wash hands but there wasnt and we had to leave the toilet with unwashed hands to wash them in the bathroom. I just kept thinking about all the previous people that would have touched the door handles after using the toilet with unwashed hands which i find disgusting. This really put me off the room and made me feel very uncomfortable. Also really weird that the fridge was also in the bathroom which also put me off storing any of my snacks in there, again odd because there was sufficient room in the actual bedroom for the fridge to be located in my opinion.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We booked a quadruple room, and our room was 52. It is like a penthouse with a beautiful window that open up to the rooftops. It’s beautiful. The room itself is in two levels, a queen bed at the lower level and two twin bed on top level. The breakfast for $16 per person was really tasty with good OJ, eggs, bacon and many other things. Mrs. Sandhya and others at the front desk are fantastic people. We would definitely stay there in our next trip. The neighborhood is lovely for leisurely walks and lots of restaurants near by and local theater scene seems quite busy too.

We have had great experiences at best western hotels in Paris. This one is a little out of the way and in a residential neighborhood. The hotel was very clean and the beds nice. Had several experiences with housekeeping just walking into our room unannounced which we didn’t like.

Property was a great location-close to transit and dining options. Rooms were very small (we just came off a cruise and I believe my standard cruise room was bigger) and the shower doors leaked water so our floor was always wet after shower. The staff was mainly ok except the last front person we dealt with who was short with us. Not friendly at all.

今回シニア旅で利用しました。ナシオン駅から5分ほどの立地は便利でしたフロントのサービスは対応も良く、早朝チェックアウト時のタクシーの手配などもスムーズに行なってもらえました。（ちなみに市内から空港まで一律56ユーロは通常の時間帯料金らしく早朝は70ユーロでした）今回2階の部屋でしたが、窓からは中庭が見える感じの部屋で眺望は期待できません。ホテル全体が入り組んだ作りで宿泊した部屋はフロントの裏を通り朝食会場らしき部屋を抜け階段で上がる感じでした。普通の時間帯はポーターがいて運んでくれますが、早朝は自力で下さなければならなかったです。（フロントに事前に頼んだり、電話すれば来てくれたかもですが、若干気が引けたので）総じて私達には良い感じのホテルでした。

Yohann the receptionist, provided the worst experience ever. I talked to John and he asked me to leave a review which I did. A day later Catherine Mangiapanelli (front office manager) email me and she was even worse! I read of trying to say something to fix the issue she made a lot worse.

Fantastic stay at the Best Western Bretagne Montparnasse. Excellent location close to the train station, metro, buses… minutes away from the Gaîté quarter… great restaurants all around. Staff was super friendly and rooms are very comfortable with AC and elevator. I can only recommend, great value!!!

Staff and hotel were lovely, really enjoyed our stay there and really good location for travelling on the metro. Only critique is that the distance to noteworthy attractions is not as advertised, for example, we were told 9 minutes to reach the Eiffel tower and in reality it was more like 25. But overall, great place!

Chambre compacte mais tres confortable, tres propre, rue calme, tres bonne literie, noir total pour bien dormir et clim qui marche. Le gros bemol est le petit-dejeuner - la baguette et les viennoiseries passent encore vaguement, sinon tout est industriel et pas bon du tout, oeufs brouilles infects, fruits pouac, jambon et fromage tellement industriels il vaudrait mieux ne pas les mettre. Meme le cafe est bof il n’y a pas bcp d’arabica la-dedans, c’est pas du bon cafe. Rien a voir avec les chaines concurrentes par ex Ibis ou le buffet petit-dej est tres nettement meilleur et frais. Dommage car pour moi qui travaille et ne mange pas le midi un petit-dej de qualite est important. Je prefererais payer plus pour le petit-dejeuner pour une meilleure qualite meme avec moins de choix.
