Hôtel Montcalm

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall it was fine, though there were a few things worth noting. The hotel was under construction during our stay, which we were not aware of beforehand. There wasn’t a true lobby, but rather a temporary space set up for check-in. Prior to arrival, the hotel sent a questionnaire about airport transportation, but unfortunately no one ever followed up despite my request. It would have been helpful to receive confirmation or communication on that service. That said, the location was excellent — less than a 2-minute walk to the train station with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself was small (as is common in Paris), but worked for a short stay.

The lobby was under reparations so it was absolutely a nightmare checking in. The girls at the front desk were always in the back so there would be no one to help you. The window in our room would barely close and the hallways have not been completed as well.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, eins davon war groß, zum Hof gelegen und sehr ruhig. Das andere leider kleiner, neben dem Aufzug und ohne Fenster im Bad. Der Service an Rezeption, Zimmerreinigung und Frühstücksbüfett war top! Wir konnten die Zimmer deutlich früher als offiziell möglich beziehen und die Koffer am letzten Tag abstellen. Leider gab es im Innenhof nur einen Tisch und 4 Stühle für alle. Vielleicht ändert sich dies nach Fertigstellung der Renovierung noch.

Property is under renovations so a lot of it is very new. Staff were excellent, particularly the woman attending at breakfast (which was very good value of you don't fancy eating out) she was super happy and pleasant. Rooms are modern with it being renovated but my only gripe was it still smelled strongly of paint and building materials - id urge the hotel to air the rooms out for a week or two. Good free WiFi, decent breakfast, nice showers, comfy beds. Air con was a big let down, mine didn't seem to work so it got pretty hot at night. I did have windows opened but the road outside can be very loud and busy at times. Overall a nice stay, convenient for transport and walking with decent amenities and nice staff.

Clean hotel very close to metro. Supermarket, bars, cafés and restaurants close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. My booked room was under renovation so I got a free upgrade. Parts of the hotel were still under renovation during my stay but noise was ok.

Good standard hotel for a stay in Paris. However the hotel was having construction done during our stay, it’s nobodies fault we understand that places need remodeling however it’s upsetting that we still paid full price for a hotel that was having construction being done on. The concierge was extremely nice so the customer service is great!

Quarto e banheiros com ótima infraestrutura, bem equipado, tudo novo, limpo e bonito. O único ponto negativo foi que estava tendo reforma na recepção, então tinha horários que ficava meio caótico. Fora isso, tudo perfeito, os recepcionistas foram muito simpáticos. Outro ponto positivo é que o hotel fica do lado de uma estação de metrô.

Lovely clean rooms. Large for European standard. Staff friendly and very accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is very outdated. The was a very small room, you could hardly sit on the toilet because your knees hit the wall and the sink was right up against your arm, my hubby who is over 6ft had to put is arm on the sink. We could not even open our suitcases because there wasn't room. The beds are super uncomfortable and you cannot adjust the heat, it was too hot in our room. Plus our room was located right next to the elevator so you heard anyone using it all the time right next to our head by the wall where our bed was. The front desk staff is very friendly, however the maids were not. When we asked for more toilet paper, we were told by the maid we got some when we checked in and that is all we would get and she scowled at us like we were interrupting her day. We did ask the front desk for more and they got us some right away. All the pictures we saw online showed a bathtub in the rooms, but there wasn't any and not sure if there are in any of the rooms but hard to say. Also they say water bottles included, but we only got one when we checked in. The only coffee in our room was a water kettle to heat up water for instant coffee, that was it. Our room was not very clean, the sheets were dirty, but we were only there for a couple of days so no time to find another hotel. If our trip had been longer, we would have found a different hotel even if we had to pay more. Would never stay here again. The only nice thing is the front desk staff was friendly.

위치가 바로 지하철역 앞이고 출구가 에스컬레이터라서 짐들고 나오기 너무 편해요!! 동네는 완전 안전해서 밤이나 새벽에도 돌아다니기 좋고 주변에 상권도 좋아서 매우 만족하며 지냈어요. 특히 호텔이 리모델링을 해서 침대부터 모두 엄청 깨끗해서 마음에 들었어요. 다음에도 또 여기 묶을것 같네요~

Hôtel très bien situé, emplacement idéal. Très bon état général et personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Chambre petite mais très bien agencée, très propre. Salle de bain très fonctionnelle et très propre également. Excellent petit déjeuner, très complet. Seul bémol beaucoup de bruit, de la rue, des chambres avoisinantes et du système (ascenseur, canalisations …). À prendre en compte selon votre sensibilité ou non au bruit !

Check-in/out was quick, and the location is great—3 minutes from Beaucicaut metro, near many restaurants and a Monoprix grocery. The rooms are quite small with little space for luggage or toiletries, and no vanity area. Renovations were happening but didn’t bother us since we were out most of the day. Great for singles or couples, but families might find the space tight. Overall, a comfortable stay and solid 4 stars!

The room was good. My only real complaint was that it was right next to the elevator so you can hear it going up and down while you are trying to sleep, but eventually you get used to it. The hot water takes a few minutes to heat up, you just have to wait for it. There were no blankets, so you have bump up the heat. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. It's steps away from the metro station. Definitely recommend it.

This hotel was perfectly fine for a stay in Paris if you are looking for a place to lay your head at night. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was right be a metro station which made it super convenient. It was a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there were plenty of pastry shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the property. The only thing I would advise is that the room we stayed in (2 twin beds) was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. It suited our needs but it was tight. The rooms with the queen beds and king beds were more roomier. The ironic thing is that the room with the 2 twin beds - the beds were pushed up right next to each other so we should have just gotten the queen bed.

Chambre mal isolée Salle de bain de la chambre voisine derrière tête de lit ! Résultat on entendait même le clic d’allumage de la lumière plus 2 douches d’un bon quart d’heure qui commencent à onze heure du soir Plus le bourdonnement de l’ascenseur La nuit précédente ce sont les voisins du dessus qui vers 2 h du matin nous ont bien réveillés en rentrant donc ces 2 nuits passés dans dans cet établissement n’ont pas été très reposantes.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf das Pariser leben schöne leckere und preiswerte Cafes Restaurant um die Ecke 100m eine der leckersten Patisseries Zimmer im 6 Stock mit einem süßen kleinen Balkon wo man sehr gut frühstücken kann beim einem super Wetter das wir auch hatten,4km zum Eiffelturm wir sind 15 gelaufen bis zum Eiffelturm Mega schön

객실이 조금 작지만 깨끗하고 조용해서 편안하게 머무를 수 있었습니다. 그리고 직원도 아주 친절하게 대해 주셔서 고맙게 생각합니다.

Ali was so helpful getting us to the right Underground railways. And the breakfast lady was so bubbly and upbeat, I had to try her breakfast because she was just praising it so. It was very good and it was the only breakfast I ate during our time in Paris that had dates. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it also had a nice Garden area towards the back.

Foi muito boa. Os funcionários do hotel muito atenciosos.

Although Paris is going through some issues, we felt safe and it was due to the staff at this hotel. Neto was a gem! He was great. He made sure to write down directions for us, took time to explain how the metro worked, how to get back to the hotel and much more. The hotel is small and simple, the area is nice, with Starbucks right across, cafes in every corner and the metro station right outside the door.

There was a power surge that fried the AC. No AC in our rooms but we received free breakfast for the three days spent there. They gave us a fan which helped a bit. Ali the hotel manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Great buffet breakfast. Would recommend this hotel next to a metro station. Very convenient.

It was perfect for me and my daughter, the room was a great size for us. The loacation is great, with the metro just a minute away and bus stops nearby. It was also an easy walk to the Eiffel tower! All the staff were amazing and so accommodating to us, so polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, 1 minute from metro station, staff lovely, great price and value. We'll be back!

Beautiful area close to the Metro and the bus, both safe travel options. Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Breakfast was magnifique!!!

Super petit hôtel dans le 15ème arrondissement, idéalement placé près de la ligne 8 du métro qui dessert les lieux essentiels de Paris. Le personnel est très sympathique et leur petit déjeuner excellent. Les chambres sont propres et très bien configurées. J'y reviens avec plaisir une prochaine fois !!

We stayed two nights at this property and we are so thankful we stayed here. The easy access to the metro at the end of the block made it a convent location and we loved that we were out of the busy downtown area. It was nice and quiet at night. Our room and bathroom was double the size we had expected! The hotel was cozy, clean and the staff was helpful! They had a nice breakfast each morning and offered to store our luggage when we checked out. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family and would definitely come back here again! The price can not be beat for the quality you get!! Thank you for a nice stay!

Incrível, chegamos as 10h da manhã e o check-out seria somente mais tarde, mas eles foram muito gentis e nos liberaram o quarto ás 10h30. O café da manhã era espetacular e a funcionária que preparava ele super animada e gentil! Localização MARAVILHOSA! Somente um ponto a melhorar: instalar frigobar nos quartos seria muito bom!
