Nice, friendly staff. We had a Junior Suite which was very roomy (about 425 sq ft) and very, very nice. My only complaint about the place is this... if you go to the bar, Le 47, I would order wine, beer, or straight liquor, as the mixed drinks were very watered down. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel.

I stayed six nights (Aug 2025) at the Hotel Château Frontenac and would recommend it if you want to stay in this location in Paris. The hallways and our room were immaculately clean (with daily turn down service) so compliments to the maid staff. Cold A/C too! We ate the breakfast buffet every morning to start our day and the food and variety of drinks were very good (thanks Lucius and staff). As with any Paris trip be prepared to walk, but we did use a variety of transportation including the metro / Uber. Thank you to the concierge for recommending taking an Uber to the Palace of Versailles since the Metro Station was closed there (I didn’t catch the gentleman‘s name, but that was a good tip). This hotel is not very large but for what it is, they’ve done a really good job maintaining the building. I felt the location was very safe to walk I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary that would make me feel uncomfortable. I’m sure you might read comments that the elevator is very narrow and slow, which it is, but I felt the other benefits I mentioned made up for it.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The staff was attentive and always willing to assist with questions, reservations and car service. The breakfast was perfect to start our day, the rooms are beautifully done and clean. The lounge was great for a night cap. The location perfect and an easy walk to many places. We cannot wait to return again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Chateau Frontenac. Our room included breakfast and the food was superb. The only downside is that the elevators are very small but keep in mind it is an old building. We would definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit Paris.

Location, location, location!! One block away from Champs-Élysées and literally down the street to the Louis Vuitton store. Hotel was beautiful and elegant and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was beautiful and quite large for Paris standards. We also had a cute little balcony to look over the beautiful view while having breakfast. Restaurant in hotel was five star and room service was excellent. Breakfast had a huge variety. You can also walk to Eiffel Tower. Overall was very happy and would highly recommend this hotel. One small issue was you can hear your neighbours.

Stayed for two nights over a weekend. Hotel perfectly located for shopping and in a nice district minutes away from the hustle and bustle. On the first day, the male staff member was very friendly, always smiling and had a great attitude. I thought it was going to be a wonderful hotel. This hotel has an elevator. The lobby is beautifully decorated, looks clean, and leaves a good impression. There was welcome chocolate, slippers, shower gel, and a hair dryer in the room, but no toothbrush. I stayed in a suite. The bathtub’s glass water guard is not fixed. If you use it for support to step into the tub, it is very dangerous. I don’t understand the purpose of this design, and it is especially hazardous for elderly guests. Every time I came back to my room, there were about 20 to 30 small flying insects waiting for me. Even after cleaning, they kept coming back. You can see the photos in my Google review. Every morning at 8:00AM, renovations started next door, and it felt like they were hammering right on my wall. It was extremely disturbing. Upon check-out, two staff members asked me to pay 28 euros for in-room dining, but the invoice was not for 28 euros (it was something like 18 or 20, I can’t remember). The staff promised to send me the correct receipt after I checked out. I confirmed this more than once, but in the end, I received nothing.

My stay was fine, staff were nice, Hotel location is great, cleanliness not much! Clear bag in shower was there for 3 days! Same bed sheets with coffee stain on it was left all time during my stay, so bed sheets were not changed for 4 nights which was disappointing! Outside our room on 3rd floor gets so noisy in the morning we couldn’t sleep past 6am!

Amazing stay at this hotel. We had a suite which was huge with separate rooms for the living room and bedroom, a small lobby in the room, toilet in one bathroom and shower and sinks in the other bathroom. Main bathroom was huge. Also, we had an outdoor terrace that wrapped around the room where we could sit and watch the street below. We were in room 401. Would highly recommend.

Tuve un inconveniente con la asignación de la habitación, me dieron una habitación, en una área del hotel desagradable, separada del cuerpo principal de habitaciones, pareciera un área complementaria que se utilizó para agregar tres cuartos más al hotel, los cuartos de mediana calidad de decorado, he estado en tres ocasiones en el hotel en tiempo anterior y estas habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con las que recibí antes. The staff was friendly but got nothing done. I asked for an iron, which I never got—for 5 days. I asked three times. The guests above and beside us were obnoxiously loud. The hotel staff did NOTGING to curtail the disturbance. We asked daily, one day even 4-5 times. The neighborhood is nice and location is great. Otherwise, the hotel needs work.

Hotel was not accommodating, we lost a night due to a strike happening in Paris. They didn’t offer any kind of compensation or even a late checkout. Understandably we had booked a non refundable room however when conditions were out of our control some sort of accommodating option would have been nice especially when other hotels had offered helpful options.

The hotel was great everyone was friendly. Dont book any trips through them they charge an exorbitant amount on top of the tickets. The eiffel tower trip cost 65 euro for 2 people amd the hotel charged us 198 euro.

Best location overall, even though this hotel is a four star hotel but it seems like a five star hotel though. It's conveniently located by all the nice luxurious stores in the neighborhood, and it is just one block away from the famous champs Elysee street. It is also just one block away from both of the busy L'entrecote resto, famous for their steak and fries. But our corner hotel suite was very nice, clean and luxurious. Our bathroom was amazing in my opinion. Definitely highly recommend
