Very good location near two different subway stations. Inconspicuous hotel in a quiet side street, friendly staff, clean and reasonable sized rooms with a separate fully equipped kitchenette. No air-conditioning, but we had a room out the back on a higher floor and could sleep with the window open - with a fantastic view of the Sacre-Coeur in the distance. No daily room cleaning; on the day the housekeeping staff were on the premises they unfortunately did make a racket very early in the morning. There is free coffee and water available in the lobby.

Location is superb, just a walk to Blanche metro. The hotel currently only one elevator works. There are no AC climate in the room. The water pressure in tap and shower constantly fails. Worst are some guests that organize late parties. Something that should get them frown out of the hotel immediately.

We loved the terrace on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. A nice area to have a glass of wine and to enjoy a summer sunset. The staff was very friendly, as well.

Ok budget stay. Location is great, two minutes walk to nearest Metro. Three minutes walk to Moulin Rouge. The room was ok. A little kitchen with lots of equipment. A mini dishwasher(didn’t work). The bed was ok. Bathroom was ok. The separate toilet was not that clean, and had a foul smell. Also be aware there is no cleaning service. We only stayed for three nights but it would be nice with some fresh towles and more toilett paper. And because it has a kitchen you would expect someone to take out the garbage? No aircondition, but we stayed during december so no need, but I think it can be a problem during summer. Breakfast was also ok. Only thing is that it was too little of it. Only one hour in they were out of baguette and croissants, so the guests ended up fighting for a few pieces of toast. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite!

Very clean room. Amazing location. The only problem is the sink stopper, it was stuck so we couldnt use the sink in the bathroom. good thing is they have kitchen sink. No bin in the toilet.

We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

l'appartement aurait pu être plus propre et la terrasse était tout simpleent sale. La terrasse sur le toi était fermée et il n,y avait qu'un ascenceur. On a utilisé l'escalier et en arrivant au rdc, le tapis est carrément dégoutant. Un petit effort svp!

The staff was great. I don't like the fact that they only cleaned the apartment once a week. I had to call 4 times for the sheets to be changed. The room was not swept and mopped and the bathroom was not cleaned at all during the whole time I was there.

The room was well equipped for what we needed. The washer and dryer were on the bottom floor and required me to download “WeWash” app to use but was great. The area around hotel is not great but everything we needed was a short walk. The hotel room was noisy because we were on the 6th floor and it was level with a main road so lower floors may be quieter.

Location was good for Montmarte/Pigalle - close to Montmartre, the cemetary, Moulin Rouge, music village, etc. but for me I prefer to be more central in the Marais. The room wasn't bad, a few issues with lights not working etc but overall pretty good. Friendly staff. I liked the rooftop.

The rooms were so well equipped, they have thought of everything. The sofa bed in the living room has a proper mattress and is very comfortable. Staff and amenities great! Free tea/coffee from the breakfast room each morning even if you aren't paying for breakfast which is a lovely touch. Location perfect, metro close, some beautiful places to eat and the famous moulin rouge just around the corner. Travelled with my mum and my two daughters ages 18 and 21. Best city break! Thank you

Slightly tired room/studio but the private balcony, kitchenette and roof terrace more than made up for that. Room was only refreshed once during our week long stay. Location was excellent in a quite street just around the corner from Moulin Rouge and Rue Lepic in Montmatre

Loved the location and the rooftop view was incredible. First night the fridge stopped working and all the food we bought became rotten but the front desk reimbursed for them. The water in the shower only had hot water and wouldn’t turn off but they came and maintenance came and fixed the issue as well with the fridge. They gave good restaurant recommendations and were very accessible for location for the metro. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall fantastic minus the couple hiccups but they addressed them right away so that was good. The only thing we hated was that the toilet was in a separate room but it didn’t have a sink so you have to come to the main bathroom to wash you hands anyways!

Right in the heart of Montmartre and close to all the action. Friendly and helpful service from the staff. When we arrived early at 10am they securely stored our luggage and directed us to the rooftop garden with amazing 360' views. The 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed, bright and quiet but tight for 4 people. The breakfast was delicious and better than what you could get from most of the cafes around the area. The neighbourhood was a little scruffy with late-night spillover from the bars and cabaret but the shop owners and municipality diligently washed and swept the sidewalks each morning. Walking distance to the Louvre and other attractions but worth investing in a taxi ride back at the end of a long day of site seeing. I absolutely loved the area and would stay here again.

Great neighborhood! Right next to Montmartre cemetery. Perfect site if you need to accommodate a group of four. The two kids slept comfortably on separate twin beds in a fold out couch. Very friendly helpful staff, we took advantage of the buffet breakfast each morning as we were traveling with kids as it was the easiest, but they had many good choices. About 5 minute walk to convenient metro. Lots of dining options nearby. Would love to stay again and highly recommend, especially for families.

Disappointing stay at CMP I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Citadines Montmartre Paris. The experience was marred by several issues that made me regret my choice. Firstly, for me the atmosphere in the hotel was not welcoming. The night before I checkout they were young people smoking pot sitting outside in front of the hotel, stinking up the whole entrance. The smell was disgusting. The attendant had the opportunity to see them and also smell it when the door open, nothing was done. 2nd, I twisted my foot while picking up food on St Denis Friday night. When I came back around midnight I was in excruciating pain and called the front desk for some ice, but the attendant (a guy) told me the ice machine was locked and he couldn't provide any assistance even though I told him it was an emergency. Did not even care to ask me what emergency. 3rd, another incident occurred when I asked for some salt and pepper to cook eggs. To my surprise the front desk attendant (a woman) refused to help, citing that the storage was locked and she couldn't provide them (after 2 or 3 hrs when we went down for towels she gave it in a cup stating her manager okay it, (by that time we had already gone out to buy it). Also their attitudes, service were not that great. Given these experiences and others, I wouldn't recommend Citadines Montmartre Paris. It seems they cater to a specific clientele, but for me, us, the service and amenities were horrible Not worth the stay and money.

The location is excellent. If staying with children I’d recommend getting off at Place de Clichy metro if you want to avoid walking past all the sex shops. The only down side was it was very noisy at night, lots of late night revellers outside which was a bit frustrating when trying to sleep. Otherwise our stay was lovely, the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

If traveling with children be aware this is the red light district. My daughter and I did feel safe however we did not go out at night lots of adult stores. The staff is wonderful and helpful, the room is a little older (no AC) but they provide you with a fan and it’s in a beautiful part of Paris, I did not expect anything over the top as this is a historic place to visit. I will definitely stay again

The staff at the front desk were very helpful throughout our stay. The studio room was clean, kitchen well-equipped. The buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel was close to a wide variety of restaurants, shops and places to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Nous nous sommes senties chez-nous dès notre arrivée. La terrasse sur le toît nous donnait une superbe vue sur Montmartre et la tour Eiffel au loin. Située dans une rue tranquille, mais très près des brasseries et restos. La chambre était impeccable et le staff très gentil.

We were very well treated at reception. When they realized we had made back-to-back reservations, they worked to allow us to stay in the same room so we didn’t have to check out and then back in. The staff have been very responsive to any requests we’ve made. The studio is well equipped and very comfortable for our needs. The buffet breakfast was very good. We are happy to be here and would highly recommend this hotel.
