The property is ageing a bit but in a convenient location, near 3 metro lines and walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The aircon was not very powerful, and struggled to keep the room (we were on the 6th floor facing directly south at the Sun) cool enough to be comfortable during the day and night. Kitchenette had everything we needed.

Confusion about two single beds vs a shared bed should not have been as hard as the staff made it. Turns out many of the rooms have options to convert. We did not need to pack up and move. Also, air conditioning is not what Americans might expect. Cooler, but not cool. There was a hard press on check in to pay for the breakfast plan. Laundry is available, but hours are restricted. Showers are in a high-sided tub with only 1/3 covered by glass. As a result, bathroom gets wet without a very concerted effort. Combine that with high tub sides and no grab bars. It’s navigable, but not ideal. Hair dryer is nearly useless as there is very little heat or power. Loved the espresso machine in the lobby! After check in, staff was lovely!

The room was very clean. The staff was kind. The wifi signal was low to moderate in the room, so sometimes we had to use the mobile's data, but that one too, unfortunately, had a very low signal. It is family friendly. We stayed during the high-heat period in Paris (exterbal temperature was 42-43 °C for the 3 out of 5 days of our stay), and the air-condition was not strong enough. It was working day and night for the full 5 days but it could not decrease the temperature lower than 24 °C in bedroom and lower than 25 °C in living room where the children were sleeping. The functioning of A/C was that intense that there were some water drops continuously falling from the ceiling in the room door area just outside the toilet; I notified reception, they said that they were going to look into it, but nothing changed (I assume that this was due to the intense working of A/C and that the staff or their technician could not fix it).

Very helpful staff. The photos online made the apartment look more furnished and it looked like it included a balcony. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet except that upstairs guests were noisy. A bit pricey
