Motel vibes, definitely not a 3 star hotel... Whole lobby under renovation, wasn't informed of it when I booked, only got a message a few days before checking in, mentioning some minor renovation in the reception area. This hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel, and got nothing remotely close to it. Rooms are very basic, old, and actually in need for a make over too. No complimentary water was offered. On our first night we couldn't sleep as there was some terrible noise coming from the ventilation in bathroom all night. This room should never be offered to any guest!!! We were offered another room the next day with a better setting but still in need of renovation and styling (plastic chair, very sad woodden cupboard in bathroom, only basic liquid soap and no little extras in bathroom). On a positive note, Stephane at reception was very professional and helpful.

Excellent séjour, il y a quelques petits travaux à effectuer, étagère dans l’armoire, lampe dans la salle de bains et la douche est vraiment riquiqui, mais literie au top, pas de bruit extérieur. Par contre on entend bien les portes et l’ascenseur. Le personnel est charmant et attentionné. Je reviendrai et je conseille cet hôtel très bien situé pour un séjour parisien.
