Perfect stay at Hotel Exquis. It was in a lovely neighborhood, close to 2 metro stations. Friendliest staff and Aircon was a bonus during the time we visited! Highly recommend and will stay again next time we r back in Paris!

-No internet 2 of the 5 day stay. -Returned from the city one evening and the door to our room stood entirely open. Nothing stolen but extremely upsetting. No explanation from hotel. -Breakfast buffet was empty a number of times and needed to wait for replenishment. Not as concerning for a tourist but possibly for a business person. -Experience was disappointing as we had stayed at the Exquis the year before without problems

Séjour agréable malgré la taille de la chambre intemporelle, les led dans le carrelage de la salle de bain font leur petit effet, très propre, cependant très déçue du petit déjeuner, croissants décongelés, jus d'orange en brique, omelette qui ne ressemble en rien à celle faite avec des oeufs frais. L'ascenseur bouge pas mal, pas plus de 2 personnes à l'intérieur, nous avons pris l'escalier jusqu'au 4ème tout le séjour. Une serviette déchirée et pas d'eau froide à l'évier de la salle de bain.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. All of the staff that worked there, from the receptionist to the cleaners were polite and helpful. Great location, close to a food street and lots of different subways nearby. Calm and quiet neighbourhood, close to a few supermarkets and bakeries (recommend the one closest on the corner). Great to have an elevator in the building, the room was nice and exciting, lovely shower, beds and the aircondition was good to have when it was 30 degrees celsius outside. Will come back here for our next stay!

The staff at Hotel Exquis were extremely pleasant and accommodating - especially Nicolas. The hotel itself was stylishly decorated and felt very homely. The rooms were small, but had everything we needed and were amazingly quiet for being in Paris! The beds were particularly comfy. The rooms were spotlessly clean; the cleaners did a good and diligent job, we were grateful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! And the atmosphere was friendly, warm and cosy. There’s just a couple of reasons we can’t give our stay a complete five stars: - In one of our rooms, when we arrived and entered the bathroom, the smell of drains was strong; however once we used the shower (the drain in which was the source of the smell I think) the smell went away. - The sink in our room was *outside* the bathroom which meant we had to exit the room to wash our hands and then re-enter to dry our hands; this wasn’t the most ideal layout but we coped! It wasn’t a huge deal but worth noting. - The plug in one of the rooms was blocked. - The safe in one of the rooms broke, but *was* promptly fixed! - In one of the rooms, the shower was *in* the bedroom with just a curtain separating it from the bed; again, just something to note. Overall, a really pleasant stay. I’d definitely visit Hotel Exquis again - particularly because of the tasty breakfast, friendly staff and homely, well thought out decor!

Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll - mit vielen kleinen tollen Details - eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überragend. Es hat alles gepasst.

L'hôtel est propre, joliment décoré et plutôt bien situé, literie agréable, personnel sympathique et disponible. Les chambres sont par contre petites, mais aménagées avec soin. Très calme côté cour, meme si on entend un peu les bruits de pas et bruits divers des chambres voisines. C’est globalement un très bon hôtel :)

2nd time staying here in a month. Would go back again. Small boutique hotel. Nice area. Easy walk to metro. Cafes around. Staff are excellent. Rooms are small but well laid out. Small cupboard with hangers. Hooks on the wall and in bathroom.

This hotel is very cute. I would stay here again. The room is very tiny (French thing so not complaining about that!) For one person the small room is perfect. For two guests, maybe get the slightly larger room. It worked ok for us for 2 nights - a couple. I loved the lights in the bathroom and the red tile. Location is perfect! Not too touristy and plenty of great restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Wir waren Mo-Sa in Paris, zwei Frauen mit jeweils einem Koffer. Es gab nur einen Mini-Schrank und kaum Ablage. Für 2-3Tage wäre es gut gewesen, für 5 1/2 Tage zu eng/klein. Das Hotel selbst klein und niedlich, die Umgebung sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

We knew the room was small and that's fine. What we didn't know was that the window could not be opened. This was a room on the 1st floor. We are fine with small rooms but when a window is locked closed this gives a feeling of claustrophobia and a total lack of fresh air. I appreciate that sometimes hotels have no windows but usually this is stated. The more curious thing is that the window was locked for evacuation safety purposes, adding to the feeling of claustrophobia and realising it wouldn't be possible to evacuate through it, should that be needed. I hadn't worried about fire until I'd read that. If a room has no window it should be made clear. Wouldn't have booked it of we had know.

Very nice and nicely renovated hotel, great localisation. The only thing was that the room given was super tiny. The 2nd person had to go over the 1st or slide downwards to get in & out of bed. Besides that all great. Will come back but try to negotiate a bigger room

Lovely quirky little hotel in an equally charming area of Paris. Slightly oddball room layout (shower right alongside the bed behind a curtain!) but refreshingly unique design overall. Multiple bakeries, bistros, a craft beer bar, and even a Michelin star restaurant right outside the front door. All the necessary amenities nearby. Multiple metro stations an easy walk away. Delightfully friendly staff. A real bargain and would happily stay here again on our next visit!

The rooms are just fit, efficiënt using space, the quality of the facility is good, convenient for our short midweek stay to discover Paris. The starry lit shower is wonderful. 2nd time staying here in a month. Would go back again. Small boutique hotel. Nice area. Easy walk to metro. Cafes around. Staff are excellent. Rooms are small but well laid out. Small cupboard with hangers. Hooks on the wall and in bathroom.

Rooms are small and quaint but has everything you need. Love the different style in the hotel and rooms. Small elevator but can fit your luggage. Nice touch was the water bottles available in the room. A mini fridge would have been a bonus but for the price was great. Not far from the metro along with amenities near by. Friendly staff. Only complain was the fact that I made a mistake in my booking due to type zone I screwed up dates. Contacted both Expedia and the hotel to see if a change could be made, it was 3 days before and it was a he said she said. Expedia said it was the hotel that wouldn't change the reservation, hotel said it was Expedia. It would have been nice to be accommodated for the issue. Leaves a bit of a negative view on both the property and Expedia.

The staff at Hotel Exquis were extremely pleasant and accommodating - especially Nicolas. The hotel itself was stylishly decorated and felt very homely. The rooms were small, but had everything we needed and were amazingly quiet for being in Paris! The beds were particularly comfy. The rooms were spotlessly clean; the cleaners did a good and diligent job, we were grateful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! And the atmosphere was friendly, warm and cosy. There’s just a couple of reasons we can’t give our stay a complete five stars: - In one of our rooms, when we arrived and entered the bathroom, the smell of drains was strong; however once we used the shower (the drain in which was the source of the smell I think) the smell went away. - The sink in our room was *outside* the bathroom which meant we had to exit the room to wash our hands and then re-enter to dry our hands; this wasn’t the most ideal layout but we coped! It wasn’t a huge deal but worth noting. - The plug in one of the rooms was blocked. - The safe in one of the rooms broke, but *was* promptly fixed! - In one of the rooms, the shower was *in* the bedroom with just a curtain separating it from the bed; again, just something to note. Overall, a really pleasant stay. I’d definitely visit Hotel Exquis again - particularly because of the tasty breakfast, friendly staff and homely, well thought out decor!

Séjour agréable malgré la taille de la chambre intemporelle, les led dans le carrelage de la salle de bain font leur petit effet, très propre, cependant très déçue du petit déjeuner, croissants décongelés, jus d'orange en brique, omelette qui ne ressemble en rien à celle faite avec des oeufs frais. L'ascenseur bouge pas mal, pas plus de 2 personnes à l'intérieur, nous avons pris l'escalier jusqu'au 4ème tout le séjour. Une serviette déchirée et pas d'eau froide à l'évier de la salle de bain.
