Wonderful stay in Paris, we were there a total of 4 nights and the hotel and their staff, including, Fabrizio, Oliver and all the desk, concierge and breakfast/executive lounge staff were very kind, efficient and helpful. The property is lovely, the grand salon impressive and the location cannot be beat, especially if your travels take you from St Lazare stations, (like ours to Normandy), which is 100 feet ways. We wanted to stay at an American chain with the Covid and while I'm sure the services is impeccable other places, figuring out how to get tested for our return and what else to do was a breeze. Highly recommended! And we found them very competitively priced for hotels in that centralized, near everything Opera district. Great restaurants literally across the street.

The service from Johann on the front desk was excellent. We felt very welcome. Our rooms were not ready in arrival but we received an SMS message when they were ready. We got the upgrade being good and both rooms got lounge access. The lounge got very busy and hot and there's no spirits selection. The bar area is beautiful and the cocktails were great. Would love to stay again!

All staff were pleasant and professional. Concierge was very helpful making transport arrangements for us. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and the bar was absolutely beautiful. Fabulous location, as well.

Overall low quality. Staff were not helpful - bags not taken to room, came into room despite do not disturb sign, etc. Sent us to restaurant that did not open for 2 hours once we got there. Keys had to be reloaded to room. Breakfast tables were filthy/not cleared, no one ever checked on us at breakfast. Room was a closet with terrible design - bathroom mirror was not usable due to being against wall behind sink. Bad lighting. Only one person in room could view TV due to location.

When I check out on 6 May 2025. The hotel staff said will send receipt to my email. But until now , I do not receive hotel email receipt of my stay on 1May-6May. The property was in a great location. Very close to the metro which made it easy to travel around Paris. It was also very close to the shopping and a lot of local restaurants. Definitely a great area to stay in.

I wish there was an option for an early check in because I had an early flight and had to pay for the night prior in order to accommodate landing early. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast which was good. The room itself was clean.
