This hotel combines the warm welcome of a smaller Paris hotel with comforts one might expect from a larger hotel (such as elevator and air conditioning). The hotel has been recently renovated and the decor is great. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Convenient to a number of metro/RER lines, great eating and shopping. A great base for our visit to Paris!

This hotel is very clean and has elevator. The room is clean and small which reminds me in Japan. My room got cleaned every single day when I stayed there. Staffs were helpful and courteous. The only disadvantage is the distance to the Metro station. It took me 13-15 minutes walk to the Metro. It might not be a big deal for younger and stronger people, but for me I am kind of weak and I need to save my strength for the daily exploration to many attractions. I would rather choose a hotel within 5 -8 minutes walk to the transportation. Remember when you enter the metro station there might not be elevators inside and you have to walk up and down many stairs. Overall it is good hotel with reasonable price and there are Mac Donald and Burger King near Metro station where I always got my breakfast and cofffee before I headed out.

Café da manhã horrível. Café da máquina muito ruim. Variedade bem limitada. Ficamos 3 dias, um final de semana, só tomamos café uma manhã. Não vale a pena nem levantar pra tomar o café no hotel, muito fraco. Fora isso o hotel é muito bom. Tudo muito perto e a equipe muito boa também. Ps: não tínhamos controle nem do ar quente e nem frio.

O hotel é super bem localizado e cama bem confortável. Num geral bem limpo tambem. Unica coisa a desejar foi o elevador muito pequeno mas acho que isso se deve ao estilo do predio que é antigo. Num geral para poucos dias o local é muito agradável. Voltarei novamente.

Chambre à rafraîchir, literie moyenne, attention aux prises de courants qui font des étincelles quand on branche ou retire notre prise de smartphone , état moyen de la salle de bain.petit déjeuner limité et surtout Clim éteinte ( blocage) ne fonctionne pas !! Néanmoins point positif literie propre ainsi que les serviettes de bains.

Great location with walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Great lighting in the room and space for luggage. Weird smoke detector in the shower… No AC or fan option for the room as the building was controlled by front desk. Had to open the window with no shades for privacy. Room was unfortunately located by a courtyard and people were smoking significantly. We were forced to close the window because of the smell and room felt stuffy. Towels and pillows were dirty. Thank goodness I brought a pillow case of my own. Staff was unable to help retrieving a “Do Not Disturb” sign which was frustrating as we did not want people to be in our room when away or bothering us when resting.

hotel très bien situé , à 5 minutes à pied de l Arc de Triomphe , propre , chambres petites mais correctes , pas de bar , ni de mini bar , petit déjeuner moyen , dommage pour un 3 étoiles ... mais bon , comme souvent dans le centre de Paris ... parking sécurisé à 3 minutes à pied ( 45 euros par jour ) . donc : pas parfait , mais nous reviendrons !!!

The Staff was Super Friendly. We checked in after midnight and the gentleman very kindly helped us into our room. We booked for 3 nights. It was 3 adults so we reserved the room with the stairs. After getting into the room, we realized the stairs were very awkward and a lot steeper than pictured online. There were no working lights along the stairway and we are older and usually need to use bathroom several times a night. My husband almost fell down the truly steep and unregular stairs during the night. There was not even a lght switch upstairs to turn on the lights downstairs. Besides, we had my son sleeping down stairs and didnt want to wake him. Good luck getting any kind of luggage up the stairs. The next morning, we told the very sweet Lady we needed to check out. She seemed genuinely sorry for us. We did lose one nights fee for early check out. I dont know about any of the other rooms, why this hotel got such good reviews, but ours was not good. I do want to say it was clean but needs updating.

For family of 4 don’t get the family room with a bunk bed and red carpet this room is very old run down depressing and the stairs are not wide enough to walk up to the second floor bedroom you have to tip toe or walk sideways to go to the bedroom. This room does not have a door you enter through the sliding door and there’s no privacy once you open the curtains everyone walking in can see your room. This room has safety issues and shouldn’t be rented out anyone trying to use the bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night might fall down the stairs. We switched rooms and the wonderful reception lady Homeiny was able to accommodate us thank you for that.

The room was recently renovated with an all new bathroom and new bed. Our room was the twin number 06 and was bigger than some of the rooms. It wasn’t that big so I recommend you get the larger size. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful and overall this is a nice family-run hotel (not a chain). One of the best aspects is the neighborhood. Lots of eating options and a nice Parisian atmosphere.

We found this place last minute after an Airbnb fell through. Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and close to the metro station. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors very easily. If you are a light sleeper this won’t be for you. Felt like a safe area, staff spoke English which was helpful. Staff also allowed us to store our bags after check out so we could wander Paris more. Rooms were very newly renovated and beds were comfy. Would stay here again.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Ficamos no quarto família estilo loft. Super OK. O problema maior do hotel foi o recepcionista da noite do dia 10/01/26, EXTREMAMENTE grosseiro, impaciente. Éramos 11 pessoas para 3 quartos família, sendo quatro crianças. Ele ficou bem incomodado com o número de pessoas na recepção, foi intolerante, mau educado. Quando entregou as chaves do quarto, tive dificuldades em fechar a porta (pois eram chaves convencionais e não eletrônicas), fui pedir ajuda e ele literalmente ignorou. Enfim. As pessoas como poderiam ser mais empáticas eis que a profissão exercida por ele assim o requer. Ou mude de profissão para uma que não necessite lidar com pessoas.

We spent a week in Paris at this hotel. It was wonderful. Family run. Daily housekeeping. Clean. Very helpful. Desk is manned 24/7. Located in a neighborhood with good access to stores, traditional market, bakeries and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer nahe der Lobby und wurde um 1 Uhr nachts von lautem Fernseh schauen geweckt. Den Beleg für die Tourismus Tax wollte man mir per Email zu senden und hat dies leider auch nicht gemacht. Auch andere Fragen wurden unhöflich beantwortet... schade

Do yourself a favor and won’t book this hotel. There is huge construction site right in front of the hotel, the noise goes from 6:30 am to 8:00pm from Monday to Saturday. When I brought it up to the concierge ( front desk lady) named Omy , she told me “ I am here all day hearing this noise do you see me complaining “ after that I had no words . I was able to pay 190 euros extra to change my room ( in the back of the building) the noise was still pretty loud. Pros; modern rooms, cleaning crew are really nice. Cons; extremely small rooms, even for European standers, noisy, terrible front desk staff , especially Omy .

Great hotel in a quieter area of Paris that is still really easy to walk or train to most major sites. We stayed with our two kids in a bunk and it worked well. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of food options nearby - lots of grocery options too for snacks. Air conditioning was amazing during hot August days.

This hotel combines the warm welcome of a smaller Paris hotel with comforts one might expect from a larger hotel (such as elevator and air conditioning). The hotel has been recently renovated and the decor is great. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Convenient to a number of metro/RER lines, great eating and shopping. A great base for our visit to Paris!

This is a little hotel that satisfies the needs of any traveler. The rooms were typically small as it is Paris but it was nice and suited our needs. Bathroom good room and full bath with shower. We had the twin bed room. The only issue is the TV only had like 5 Chanel’s and we could not connect the internet to it or cast our phone to watch. The property was located son a great street with lots of little cafe/fromagerie and food stores so convenient. About 5 minutes to metro lines and 10 mins walk from Arc de Triomphe. Although our room was not ready when we arrived we ate at a wonderful little place at the corner and it was delicious! I would recommend staying here.

The room was spotless and location is amazing its about 15 minutes walk to the champ Elyse's and theres a metro station a few minutes walk , aldi is 1 minute away and cafes and restaurants are very close

Hotel is in a great area; beautiful street with many dining options, grocery stores, fresh produce market, bakeries etc. Walkable to most main attractions. We actually walked everywhere but Versailles. Breakfast was nice. Room is a bit small but not unusual for Europe. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Great location with easy access to Metro and also central enough to be walkable to many places. Room clean. Quick check-in and check-out. There was some noise with work being carried out on the building opposite but this isn’t the fault of the hotel.

There is an office building being built right across the street.Quite noisy during the day.This is a two year project. Arc de triomphe is a five minute walk.30 minute walk to Eiffle Tower. Safe neighborhood,plenty of shopping and cafes.

Café da manhã horrível. Café da máquina muito ruim. Variedade bem limitada. Ficamos 3 dias, um final de semana, só tomamos café uma manhã. Não vale a pena nem levantar pra tomar o café no hotel, muito fraco. Fora isso o hotel é muito bom. Tudo muito perto e a equipe muito boa também. Ps: não tínhamos controle nem do ar quente e nem frio.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room small but clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Good quality shower, shampoo & handwash products. The room would be greatly improved if it had a smart tv then guests could sign into to their own subscriptions (Netflix for example). Building site directly opposite which to our surprise didnt bother us, the work ends early and starts after waking hours. Free buffet breakfast was a nice touch which for me would be improved if toast was on offer. Lovely cheeses, cold meats & croissants :)

The room was recently renovated with an all new bathroom and new bed. Our room was the twin number 06 and was bigger than some of the rooms. It wasn’t that big so I recommend you get the larger size. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful and overall this is a nice family-run hotel (not a chain). One of the best aspects is the neighborhood. Lots of eating options and a nice Parisian atmosphere.

hotel très bien situé , à 5 minutes à pied de l Arc de Triomphe , propre , chambres petites mais correctes , pas de bar , ni de mini bar , petit déjeuner moyen , dommage pour un 3 étoiles ... mais bon , comme souvent dans le centre de Paris ... parking sécurisé à 3 minutes à pied ( 45 euros par jour ) . donc : pas parfait , mais nous reviendrons !!!

You have to stay here when you go to Paris. Staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly —- Omie on reception is super lovely ! The room is good size for Paris and convenient to everything. The lift makes it easy when you have luggage as well. We were there during the Pope Visit and we were given lots of advice of how to get to where we wanted to go. Supermarkets, pharmacy, metro and restaurants all very close including a great fresh fruit market on the street as well. And 10 min walk from Arc de Triumphe and Champs-Elysee If you are in Paris … stay here … you will NOT be disappointed!!

The rooms a very small but the rooms are nicely appointed. We were not informed that there would be ongoing construction happening next door while we were there, so be prepared to be awakened at 6am in the morning, every morning except Sundays.
