The hotel is in need of an update. The rooms although clean were small, outdated and very tired. The mini bar fridge was hotter than the temperature in the room so really pointless and the hairdryer was out of the 60s. The hotel staff were just ok and we didn’t experience a warm welcome. The location was good and in a great area.

The staff was friendly, and the location was okay—it’s a bit farther from the Arc than it seems, but there is a Metro station nearby, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not very clean. There appeared to be mold on the walls near the AC vents and in the bathroom. The room was also much smaller than the photos suggested. We were three people traveling together, and I would not recommend the room we booked for that many guests. We added the breakfast buffet option, but it was not worth the daily cost. On top of that, the nightly rate was very expensive for what we received. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to family or friends.

Perfect accommodations. Great location for walking. Clean rooms, bedding, bathroom. Plenty of room, considering European room sizes. If they raised beds a bit, luggage could fit underneath and really make more space in room - but that’s only a suggestion. Other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, but the staff, especially those in the breakfast area, were not as friendly or welcoming as we expected. My main complaint is that the air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all. When we arrived, the room was very warm, so we tried to switch it on — but nothing happened. I called reception and was told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to start working. Still nothing. After another call, they apologised and said there was nothing they could do except provide a fan. Really? A €250-per-night room with no working A/C? They assured us it would be fixed the next day, but guess what — it wasn’t. Overall, the location is the only real highlight. There was no genuine effort from the staff to make guests feel welcome or comfortable..

Excellent location and nicely sized room for a family of 4. We appreciated the twin beds for the kids, rather than a pull out sofa, like in so many other hotels. Room was clean and air conditioned. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. Only drawback was early morning construction noise, but that may not have been at this hotel.

I was expecting a little more from what the pictures showed specially the size of the room. We had the quadruple room, and it was tiny. Not much room for all our things but we made it work. Staff were all very nice. The breakfast options were decent for the price. Location was great. Close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, and transportations.

Great Location, the area was prestigious and safe, 3-4’ walk from Arc de triomphe and the metro/train station. A lot of options for lunch and cafes . The reception personnel was very helpful, assistive and overall exceptional (especially hi to Reda and his colleague who welcomed us the first day - apologies I didn’t get his name). The room was rather not spacious for 4 but it contained actual beds, not sofa turns to bed. The mattresses were very comfortable, ideal after a tiring day. Breakfast was decent, more variety would be highly welcomed. Overall a positive experience and a value for money (for Paris price standards)

Fantastisk läge. Mindre frukost, men innehöll allt som vi önskade. Vid vissa tider hann personalen inte med att plocka undan efter föregående gäster och fylla på frukosten. Vi tyckte det var hårda sängar men gott om sköna kuddar i olika tjocklek. Det vi saknade generellt var skohorn, bomullpads, bomullspinnar, separat balsam, schampoo och duschcreme. Något som vi brukar finnas på hotell vi besöker. Trevlig personal som gav trevligt bemötande och bra service.

Was a pleasant stay for 4 nights. Very polite and friendly staff, hotel was well located and overall a nice experience. Happily surprised with out stay, well located, perfect place if you participate to Paris Marathon. Breakfast needs improvements (more varieties and more options if you are espresso lover (you will suffer)).

The staff were very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. It was a very clean hotel in a fabulous location. Continental breakfast was good but got busy as you would expect as a small hotel. The bed (mattress) was slightly uncomfortable but otherwise a great stay. Would recommend and revisit.
