Bem localizado, próximo ao metrô. Sempre um ótimo atendimento na recepção. Café da manhã adequado, com variedade razoável de pães, queijos, frios e iogurtes. Poucas frutas. Apenas um elevador, por vezes demorado. Quarto um pouco apertado para três pessoas, mas adequado a um casal. Bom cofre no quarto, com chave. Boa limpeza, mas o banheiro tinha aparentemente um vazamento na caixa acoplada (embutida) do toilette, o que fazia o barulho de água correndo ser constante. Um leve cheiro de esgoto podia ser sentido no banheiro às vezes, mas não chegou a prejudicar. Havia uma reforma sendo feita no andar, que talvez tivesse como finalidade acertar esse tipo de coisas.

Tiny hotel that’s very close to Champs and Arc de triomphe. Close enough to pharmacie, cafe, and trains. Convenient but for a family of five like us, the rooms were very tiny despite getting 2 rooms. Breafast has very limited options but was able to bring food to your room in case you wake up late which was very nice of them. Overall good stay.

Não encontramos a informação no Hotéis.com sobre a necessidade de pagamento de taxa adicional no Hotel, pagamos pelo quarto com vista , recebemos sem e o AC não suportava o calor nos primeiros dias. Depois nos trocaram de quarto para um no 5º andar , esse sim com vista , porém ralo do box entupido. Café da manhã é bom.. Quartos são bem pequenos e o Hotel só conta com 1 elevador. se quebrar como quebrou conosco, ficamos 2 dias direto na escada.

Amazing to leave the hotel and have the Arc De Triumphe in front of you! Nice, spacious hotel room with a separate area for 2 additional beds. The room was clean and comfortable. Great afternoon treat to have complementary croissants and pasteries in the lounge! We will be back! Staff were pleasant and the lady at the front desk was so helpful!

When I arrived at the hotel I loved the look and old world charm of the building. After checking into the hotel we were told that the elevator was not working. Our room was on the 5th floor. The only other room option we were given was on the first floor. When we walked into that room it reeked of cigarette smell because the smoking area was right outside. There was no one to assist us with our luggage. There was no mention of any compensation for the inconvenience. The next day there was more o the same. We returned to the hotel after a long day of sight seeing to learn the elevator was still not working. I would never recommend this hotel. They need to close their doors and do the necessary repairs before they open back up and destroy someone else’s vacation.

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes on foot to the Arc de Triomphe and 3 minutes to the metro station. The service from the reception staff, including booking taxis, was excellent. However, housekeeping almost only replaced towels and papers, so the room was covered in dust. I started sneezing and coughing due to house dust during my stay. Also, the refrigerator was packed with drinks from the minibar, leaving almost no space for anything I bought from outside.

Awesome hotel, great staff, very friendly. Location is amazing! The only reason I took off one star is because my room was on the ground floor of the hotel, and after realizing that the metro ran underneath the room and caused a vibration, I couldn't help but notice it all the time, even in the middle of the night. If you know anything about Paris, there is a train every few minutes, all the time.

The location is fantastic. One of the major metro lines steps away from hotel. And beautiful view of L’arc de Triomphe. Definitely would highly recommend and stay in the future. We were three in the room. And although not a big room it worked for us.

Probably one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Reserved a room with a courtyard view and … there wasn’t really a courtyard at all. Water consistently switched from hot and cold. Elevator also broke down the first night we arrived. Biggest perk is probably its proximity to Arc de Triomphe and the shopping area.

Nice clean hotel very close to The Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées. A bit of a trek to other attractions but transit is very close by, I recommend the Hop on Hop off bus that you can catch near the Arc de Triomphe. We had a family room and our only complaint is that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower and sink, so you had to then go into the other room to wash your hands. Other than that the layout of the room worked perfectly for our group of 4.

We had a wonderful stay. Convenient to the Metro/Train, so it made it easy to get around Paris. Our room was very clean w/ comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was a hold was put on my card several days before our arrival. When I booked I selected pay at hotel. In the States that means they don't put any holds or charges until you arrive. (It was fine, but I was caught of guard). I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Our balcony was a lovely touch and a pleasant surprise. Merci, Montfleuri Hotel and Staff.

The location is excellent, a 2 minute walk from Etoile. However the hotel was a disappointment. I came after an overnight flight and when I wanted to check in the receptionist laughed at me for checking in so early. I explained that it is customary to check in guests, even if a room is not ready and there is no need for this attitude. The fridge in the room didn't work and when I asked it to be fixed they told me it was too late that day (it was 6PM) and to come back tomorrow. I came back in the morning and they said it is too early (it was 10AM!!) and they have no technician on site. I pushed back and a technician showed up in 5 minutes, meaning there was always a technician, they just didn't want to help. The replacement fridge they brought in was too large for the cabinet so they put it somewhere else. Because the rooms are so tiny, it was hard to navigate in the room with the new fridge. I don't understand how the hotel has 4 starts. I won't stay there again.

Good Stay but Poor Communication About July 14th Parade Our stay at the Montfleuri Hotel in Paris from July 10 to July 13 was excellent overall. The hotel was comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. However, I have one major gripe. We checked out on July 14th, the day of the Bastille Day parade. Unfortunately, we were not informed that many roads would be blocked due to the parade. As a result, we were unable to get an Uber and had to walk around 10 minutes with suitcases and kids to find a taxi. This led to us missing our train and caused a lot of stress for our family. I wish the hotel had informed us about the road closures on check-in, especially knowing that we were a family visiting for the first time. This information would have been very helpful and could have prevented a lot of inconvenience.

Hotel bem localizado próximo do Arco do Triunfo, quarto confortável com bom tamanho, porém não é moderno, falta móvel para apoiar a mala apesar do espaço. Banheiro com banheira, o que prejudica o espaço do banho, sendo que no banho a água inunda o piso, pois a vedação do box é ruim. Café da manhã excelente, com bastante variedade e qualidade.
