Hotel was lovely. Room was clean & tidy. Staff were very accommodating & friendly. The hotel was in an ideal location with the nearest Metro station only 3 min walk away and the nearest tourist attractions I.e Eiffel Tower & Arc De Triomphe were only a 20 min walk. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Paris.

The hotel was in a quiet and safe area of the city. The area around the hotel had plenty of cafes and restaurants for dining. It was a five minute walk from the effiel tower and approx 15 mins from the river Seine. In the other direction was the arc de triompe approx 10/15 mins walk away and the champs Elysee was perhaps 15/20 mins walk away. There were various metro stops within walking distance too. The hotel offered a fast track registration on line prior to travelling which was helpful and there was also an option to make any special requests. On arrival check in was warm and efficient and room was ready. The room was very compact but scrupously clean. My husband did find the room layout inefficient but he is partially sighted and struggled a bit. Shower was easy to operate and was quite powerful. We did have a problem with our toilet flush but it was resolved as soon as staff were made aware. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was buffet style and was great. Plenty of continental choices. The reception staff were helpful with any queries we had and provided a city map. Travel back to the airport was arranged by them on our behalf. There is a lift. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. A great place to stay and we would happily recommend.

Well for starters the room was small made for people under 6ft and less than 180lbs. The shower leaked all over the floor and etc, each day the staff had to clean up the mess with all that water. If you traveling in the winter and clod months dont stay in room 102. The heater doesn't work, and i mentioned it to the staff, all they provided was a space heater. Didn't help at all. The rooms filter was dirty which intell caused me to wake up each morning with a frog in my throat. The location was spot on close to all the top attractions and etc. The walls are very thin, and windows are thin aswell, you can hear everything from the street.

Nice Room with a walk in shower. Had a small fridge in room stocked with items you could purchase . There was a breakfast buffet you pay for and add to your room bill . Hotel close to metro train station and bus stops to use navigo pass on bonjour app to ride the metro or buses to attractions you would like to see. Several restaurants with in 5 or 6 blocks and grocery stores. Staff friendly and helpful

The room and bathroom were larger than I expected, there was plenty of storage space and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It's in a convenient location within blocks of two metro stations, plus there is a grocery store on the same street. The only downside was that the shower didn't hold a consistent temperature and went back and forth from hot to really cold.

I think I hit the lottery with my room, it was very sunny during the day but the curtains could block it out if I wanted to. The bathroom was spotless. And even though my windows were street facing, the sound insulation was fantastic on the windows. Also every member of staff was polite and friendly.

Good hotel: very firm bed (which I like), helpful staff, nice area close to everything you need. The only complaint is the walls are extremely thin: we heard snoring across the hall and suitcase zipping next door. This made it very difficult for me (a light sleeper) to get any rest before our long days.

Incredibly friendly staff and in a very safe location of Paris. Rooms are a bit small, you can easily hear noises from the hallways, and sometimes we could hear the pipes making some loud sounds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Noisy, adjacent hallway door was constantly closed with a loud bang. Thin walls, you can hear every single person passing by in the hallway. The room is very old. Fridge items were extremely pricey: a small can of pringles, 1 small Evian bottle of water and a cup of black coffee totaled at €44.40 including a city tax (ridiculous price). Staff were friendly and checked us in 4 hours before the regular check in time. No question about it. Location is amazing.

Very nice three star hotel near Trocadero and Etoile. Rooms are small but very clean. Bathroom was a little weird because getting into the bathtub/shower and out again was an athletic exercise at best and a very dangerous and slippery move at worst for an older person. The rooms are not noise insulated at all and you can hear EVERYTHING from next door. The down pipe of the water sewage is right in the wall of room 201.

Good location. Room and amenities were good. Staff was excellent, and was very responsive with our problem on the last day. Since the taxi driver could not pick us up in front of the hotel due to road closure, the staff helped us with our luggage to another location to meet our taxi driver.

Our stay during the Olympics was absolute PERFECTION. The staff was so much fun, full of heart, so helpful and funny. This will be the only place I stay on visits now. Great location, lots of restaurants around and a great grocery store next door.

The Entire staff was OUTSTANDING! The best customer service, very professional. Helen the manager Anna, & Lulu were extremely accommodating. I truly appreciate them for everything!!! The hotel location was wonderful. Very close proximity to Metro stations and the Eiffel Tower among various Paris landmarks. Great and affordable place to stay in Paris. Our stay was absolutely worth the money. Friendly and welcoming staff; spotless rooms and bathrooms; great location near a subway station but also perfectly walkable to main tourists spots. The decor of the hotel is lovely and beds are super comfy. We even had a tiny view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Would definitely stay again.

16th Arr. Is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining options and qick walk to Boissiere metro station and to Eiffel Tower and several river cruises. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. Bring your own wash cloth if you are from U.S. with expectation that they are provided. Breakfast at hotel was better than any breakfast I had off site and comparatively the price was good. Due to proxomity of metro station we had easy access to all the popular tourist areas.

This little hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs -Elysees. It has a cozy, warm vibe to it and the staff are quite helpful and friendly. I loved the comfotable dining area with plenty of healthy foods for breakfast. I would definately recommend this hotel.
