The room was fine. Very cramped for 4 people (it had 1 Double and 2 single beds). The mattresses were futons. Our main issue was the elevator. It holds max 2 people, and it took 3 trips to get up 3 floors with our luggage. In the morning, we couldn’t get in the elevator because it kept getting called to floors above us and then there was no room when it came down to our floor.

No parking garage, very tiny elevator. Just for two with no suitcase or one with a suitcase. Very expensive breakfast for continental poor choices. No iron available. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.

By far the worst stay i've ever had - the only thing going for it is the area which is that it's very walkable and has lots of good eateries. I know a lot of hotels have bed bugs but how they manage it is within their control. After my experience and other reviews I've seen the hotel either ignores the problem or doesn't do a thorough job of getting rid of them. After my first night i had a couple of bites but thought they must have been mosquitos so thought nothing of it. After night 2 and day of checkout i woke up itchy with over 70 bites on the back of my arms, legs, lower back, hands and face. I left immediately but couldn't face bringing it up at reception - around 5 staff were gathered at reception and there were a lot of guests nearby. I emailed the hotel that evening with photos and they responded to say they were not aware of a problem as it had never been reported, the stains were from the washing machine (not bed bugs?) and offered to resolve - LIARS!! i've contacted the hotel 4 times since and have been ignored so it was just a spiel they send to all guests. There's a review on another site to say my exact room 102 had bed bugs around 1 week prior to my stay so they did know and did nothing about it. I've spent the week following my stay very itchy with the bites, paranoid i've brought them home and disinfecting everything. Added to this, the beds are uncomfortable and there's no soundproofing if you can hear conversations in the room above. AVOID!!

AC was there it not needed. It’s always clean even check out time they’re did cleaning in the morning before 11 so we had a chance re use towels etc before check out. Great service and employees are friendly. We felt very safe and comfortable

Acceuil sympa et serviable. Très petit ascenseur. Serviettes blanches propres mais avec des taches. Cheveux sur les coussins. Bruit dans les couloirs quand les gens passent. C'est raisonnable pour le prix, mais il faut investir plus dans la propreté.

The room had ants. First the receptionist laughed at me that he cannot see them and was very rude. There was water damage in the room which probably caused ants making a nest there. After several complaints, I got another room for the second night and a ridiculous 15% discount of the first night with the ants. The hotel price was also ridiculous for the level; staff was rude and didn't speak much English, the hotel was outdated and rooms decorated with very bad taste. So go if you like rude staff, '90s style, smells and insects. And the worst thing, the hotel does not even care about bad reviews like this.

They have room keys so you need to depend on the staff to get into your room each time you come back into the hotel. The rooms was very nice, shower really good. Air con unit in the room. Beautiful balcony in our room was fantastic. We had a fabulous visit.

the toilet at this property doesn't have the water gate that prevent water from flowing into the bathroom floor. everyday after the shower, my bathroom floor was so wet. I tried to use the curtain to prevent water from flowing into the room but it doesn't really work

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size but very hot as the air con unit was too noisy to keep on full all night (had to just put the fan on.) Great location with easy access to Metro, close to Montmartre, walkable to main shopping area, lots of restaurants very close by, supermarket just up the road. I'd stay again but not in summer.

Excellent location. Bakeries, restaurants and cafes nearby. The grocery was a minute walk away and there’s a flea market on Sunday up and down the street. There’s also a carousel in the park a few steps away. We walked to the Louvre and Sacre Coure, the church where John Wick 4 was filmed and took a taxi to Arc de Triomph and walked to the Eiffel tower. The hotel room was sufficient, we booked the quadruple room but the only issue we had was the wifi was very week from our room on the second floor so I had to go to the lobby instead. Would definitely recommend this to everyone!!!

La vue du balcon donnait sur une autre rue avec des magasins. J'ai beaucoup aimé la courtoisie du personnel de réception de nuit (les deux messieurs aux cheveux blancs qui travaillent de nuit), très gentils. Surtout le monsieur qui a réservé le taxi pour moi. Très gentil et celui auprès de qui j'ai réglé ma chambre. Les dames de ménages aussi, très gentilles.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4 and absolutely loved it! Fab location to see all the sights of Paris and easy for the airport too. Super friendly staff, especially the guy on night shift who was extra helpful with our check out in the middle of the night! We will definitely come back! Thank you :)

Overall the property was good. The only part that spoiled the stay was when we checked out before 6.30Am. The front desk person insisting we have to pay the city tax, which we already paid when we check in. He was looking in the system insisting we paid for 2 breakfast. How can we have a second breakfast if the restaurant is closed as we were checking out before 6.30Am & the restaurant doesn't open until 7.00Am. The guy has no common sense. Not the right person for the job.

The front desk person is condescending and rude. He is unhelpful and I believe is challenged with his abilities to communicate irrespective of language barrier. Additionally I am noticing they charged me for the stay while it was already prepaid through Expedia. I will be disputing those charges with my bank.

Nice room, very clean, modern bathroom. We were fortunate enough to have a small balcony which we used. Quit noisy on Saturday night though, so may bother some or ask for a quiet room. For 12 Euros I would skip the breakfast as selection not the greatest. Otherwise fine hotel.

Ein apartes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe des Moulin Rouge. Ruhig ist es nicht in der Gegend und die Wände sind dünn, aber die Zimmer sind sehr fein hergerichtet. Das Frühstück ist allerdings alles andere als typisch französisch, eher spartanisch.

enfin un hôtel qui tient ses promesses. j'ai eu une chambre très confortable côté cour avec une parfaiite tranquillité. Rien à redire tant sur la qualité de la literie, la propreté de la salle de bains. Vraiment impeccable. Si vous pouviez juste prévoir un petit dejeuner pour les régimes alimentaires...

Det var rent o fantastiskt läge. Vi var fyra personer och det var endast ett rum med två dubbelsängar. De fanns inte så mycket plats. Duschen o toaletten var fräscha o suveräna. Frukosten va mättande men inte så mycket att välja på. Servicen va klockren och alla va super trevliga

Beautiful set up, modernized, great area, surrounded by shops, restaurants, tourist sights, close to grocery store, good breakfast available for minimal price, the whole experience was better than expected for the price. Only suggestion is for them to set up a shower curtain so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet when used.
