Things I liked : -Breakfast buffet was good and at a good price. -location was great, safe area, close to Eifell tower. -clean over-all -staff was great with ideas and help getting around. -next to a train station. Things I didn't like : -only gave you 1 key to the room. -made you turn that key in when you left the hotel for "safety"? -had to put key in a slot for lights to work.... So when you left the hotel, all power turns off in the room. -barely any toiletries. -tiny room -A/C was OK. Overall, if you go into Europe realizing that it is not America and everything is smaller and they do things differently, it is fine. Hotel was a good experience.

Did not need AC. Accomodation was average. Staff was super. Disappointed with the room advertised for a queen bed. There was a 10 inch between the foot of the bed and the wall. Had to creep to go to the washroom. There was no suitcase stand. In fact there was no.place for any. One side had 28 inches between the bed and the window wall. The other side had a 30 inch space between the bed and wall/front door. We had two suitcases and no place to put them. You had to open them and close them and push them aside to get in and out the room. Will be great for a single bed. It is falsely advertised and misleading.

The bathroom and the room were very nice and clean, however we did feel the classic room lacked space to move around each other and somewhere to put our emptied cases, we had to put them on the bed by day and on the floor by night. therefore could not take advantage of the daily room service over our 4 night stay. It was disappointing tea and coffee were not provided in the room Our feelings were the classic room would best for backpackers
