Great location and nice staff. Only 10 walk to the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately they had no Wi-Fi when we were there, which wasn’t helpful. The room was very small, but we expected that. Easy to get around Paris with the metro on your doorstep 👍

Hotel was decent. Bedroom and bathroom were decent condition. Felt very cramped in the room. Some hotel staff were very nice, some were very very rude. Check out was around 11am and flight was around 7pm and asked if we could leave 1 bag in the luggage room and was told to pay extra for that in cash (won’t take card). First time I’ve ever heard that and that was absolutely ridiculous for asking a customer after their visit to pay to leave the bag in the ‘luggage room’. Hotel was decent but if asked to book again then I wouldn’t.

Overall it started on good terms. The room was a little smaller than expected but very nice and quiet. The first problem came a few days in when we realized that something leaked water on the floor in the room. When we went to the reception a young man that seemed like it was his first day. He was sorry about the water but maintains wasn’t’ in so we could just sweep it up. Fair point, that it can’t be fixed right this moment but he didn’t take notes or anything and after we cleaned up (for the second time) we realized that there was a dark spot on the floor that showed that it clearly wasn’t the first time this thing was happening. Then we came to check out and asked about leaving our luggage we were told that the cost would be 12 euros. That is not stated anywhere on either website or at the hotel reception/room. It only says that luggage room is available. Even more sketchy was that the 12 euros can only be paid in cash! The very strange and sudden cash-trick is what makes the overall review 3 starts. The neighborhood was actually quote nice, easy to get to and lovely bakeries around the corner, but it would be very handy to known that for whatever reason the hotel only takes cash in half the transactions they do for tourists.

The property is located in a very good spot 2 min walk to metro and plenty of dining options around. Only negative is theres no tea of coffee facilities within the room though the reception did provide a kettle.

Comfortable accommodation. No lift to the first floor and a tight spiral staircase. The light only came on when you started walking up the stairs, quite tight with suitcases. Staff didn't offer to help sadly.

에펠탑과 도보 15분 정도로 가깝고 주변에 한식당, 슈퍼마켓, 몽쥬약국 등 있어서 지내기 편했습니다. 시설은 딱 3성급 정도라고 생각하시면 됩니다~ 직원분들 친절하셨습니다. 메트로도 가까워 이동도 편리했습니다. 가방 갯수 상관없이 룸당 12유로에 짐보관서비스 가능하고 공항가는 택시 요청하면 불러주십니다. 룸에 냉장고와 커피포트가 없는 것은 단점이긴 하지만 3박하는 동안 크게 불편함 없이 지냈습니다. 1인당 10유로에 간단한 조식도 가능합니다. 빵, 요거트, 커피, 오믈렛, 햄, 과일 정도 나옵니다.

Die Rezeption ist sehr nett und bemüht, das Putzteam leider das absolute Gegenteil. Viele fremde Haare am Ankunftstag und an den Folgetagen. Das trübt leider den ansonsten guten Eindruck. Ich habe das Zimmer noch nicht richtig verlassen, da wurde schon nach Trinkgeld geschaut. So viel Engagement wäre bei der Sauberkeit ebenso schön!

Hotel was in a nice area next door to some nice restaurants and at walking distance to the Eiffel Tower . The decor and staff were nice unfortunately the room and halls smelled my room was extremely dusty I had a cough all night, our towels were stained . Cleanliness could be better

Rooms were clean. Small but that’s most hotels in Paris. Right next to the metro. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. Just a slight lean to the right.. Staff was friendly and nice. They held our bags after we checked out. I would stay here again.

My rating would be between good and excellent. The location is great. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and directly across from Metro. The staff was very helpful. But be aware the rooms are very tiny which is pretty typical of Paris. We spent our stay living out of our suitcases as there really wasn’t much room for storing your items. This is an older building, however, I was quite happy that the bathrooms were updated and quite nice. Again, would recommend but just be aware your room will be small.

The location was good. The room is VERY small and the bed as well. I booked a double bed and the bed was more like a full size. In the bathroom the shower door was almost touching the toilet seat making uncomfortable and uneasy to open the shower without thinking the door is going to crash with the toilet. There eas no elevar for the floor I was put in and the stairs had a weird smell.

Was a fine enough stay. You’re definitely paying for the proximity to the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, etc. Rooms are smaller, we had the Eiffel Tower view room, which allowed for the view of the top of the tower to be seen from our room window, but we were in a room in the corner of the building so the room was an awkward triangular shape. The bathroom was updated, great shower. They had toiletries on request if needed, but we had all we needed. Not much space for our luggage and ourselves, but we made it work for two nights. And I knew going in this was the situation, so no big deal. The included breakfast was very good, nice selection of cheeses, cereal, pastries, etc. This was a big bonus before we headed out early in the day. The staff was pleasant, helpful when needed (though we didn’t require much). I’ll close mentioning location again… Limitless restaurants and shops in walking distance, easy access across the street to the Dupleix metro station. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The room was a closet and if I were to make a valid complaint, the odour coming from the bathroom was fairly sewerish, but with the door closed to the bedroom there were no issues in the room. As for everything else it was the best sleep I've had in 6 months at least. The bed and pillows were very comfortable at least for me. I lay in bed looking at one of the coolest Parisian scenes I could have ever imagined. Standing at the window and looking to the right I could see the Eiffel tower in all its majestic form, dwarfing the buildings in the forefront. We stayed in room 409 and I would highly recommend it. My brothers was 209 and the decor was a bit brothelish. The dark red walls and decor maybe off putting for many people. I saw his room first and was glad to see that mine was in beige lol. Seriously! How could I complain, I was in Paris!

Room was very small - there was only a tiny gap between the bathroom and the end of the bed. Bathroom was modern and clean. Eiffel Tower is only a stop or 2 on the Metro. 5 mins walk and there is a McDonald's and other shops and it seemed quite lively. Overall, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean so if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep and plan on spending all day out and about, this hotel is good hotel for that.

Das Zimmer war komplett renoviert, sehr aufwendig, mit kleinem aber tollen Bad, einem super bequemen Bett, tolle Elektrik. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, Eiffelturm um die Ecke. Negativ: Laute Klimaanlage draußen vor dem Zimmer. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ließ sich nicht individuell einstellen.

We arrived early for check in and were told to wait as our room wouldn’t be too far off from being ready. We waited over an hour and a half. There was so much confusion with the young man working at reception. He wasn’t checking people in from 3pm, instead he was cutting and stapling pieces of paper. Once the other receptionist got off her lunch break she questioned why he hadn’t checked any of us in yet. He said the rooms weren’t ready but they clearly were. Not sure if he was in training but it was such a let down and ate into our 24 hour stay in Paris. Very disappointing.

At the beginning I had problems with them the credit machine doesn’t work and they make me run around the property looking for money to pay. But 2 hours later they let me pay the next day. That was awful for me. Then everything was going good.

I enjoyed the stay overall. The room was very small, so it was a bit of a struggle with the suitcases. Service was overall friendly, however, do no leave your room key with them when you leave the hotel. They say it is more "secure" this way but the keys are just left behind the front desk. The front desk is easily accessible by anyone. One night we came back there was no one at the FD and the keys were just there for anyone to grab. Breakfast is good, room was clean, overall property good.

It is literally two steps away from the metro line 6. This line connects to all major tourist attraction spots. Rooms are refreshed everyday. Exterior noise is heard in the room if room is next to the road. But nothing that would keep us from having a good night's rest. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Felt safe in this location.

Nice small hotel located only a few blocks from the eiffel tower. Metro station across the street, a few options around the area, you find anything you need around here for food,drinks, souvenirs. You need to leave your key at front desk when you leave the hotel, there is a safe in the room, rooms are very small but comfortable to spend the night after a long day of walking around. Front desk staff very courteous and friendly.

This charming small hotel is perfectly located only a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a lovely old neighbourhood. It is virtually across the street from a subway (above ground) stop that connects easily to everywhere in Paris. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was stunningly decorated and the bathroom was very modern and clean. The room was small, but that is part of its charm. The breakfast was a small buffet with a coffee machine. I am not sure I would pre-pay it again. The area is full of great restaurants for all meals,

This is a cute little hotel - decor was a mix of old and modern! The staff was super nice, and the room was very cute and clean! The bathroom was large and appeared to be newly remodeled. Hotel is a ~10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was great. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants around the hotel. My only negative feedback was the breakfast - it certainly wasn't worth the price. Additionally, it is supposed to be ready at 7 am - I had an early flight and had to leave for the airport at 7:30. I was hoping to grab a quick cappuccino and croissant, but the food wasn't out yet, so I missed out.

Small room, on 4th floor, clean. $22 for breakfast in the lobby, I recommend walking to a near by bakery or restaurant for a good selection. Coffee in the lobby was great. We enjoyed the room, but did feel we over payed for a very small room. We walked about 7 blocks to the tower, and can catch the RER or Uber right out front.
