I did not receive the upgrades as advised by Expedia I would. Also, the main restaurant does NOT do dinner, just breakfast and lunch. You can order room service off the menu, but in the cocktail lounge you must order from the simple menu. The spa is still under renovations. The King Suite is a king bed with a love seat. Every night we would take a glass of wine to the room, and they were only collected when I requested them to be at the end of our stay. We lined them up on the floor. Not somewhere I would go back to. BUT location is excellent. Walkable to Eiffel Tower, and Arc d’Triomphe, and good (not touristy) shopping close by.

It’s a great hotel; however, front desk needs a reality check & outside valet were no where to be found when I arrived and had to take my luggage up myself! Concierge were wonderful & excellent room service! Also a choosing factor was the garden in the middle of hotel but is now a tennis court ! Ridiculous

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and approachable staff, very clean, great location - 7 mins from metro (walking) and 30 from Champs Elysee - bolt is £11 / €13 to get virtually anywhere from hotel. Great bar, facilities are lovely. No feedback for improvement.

Not a 5 star hotel in my opinion over price for what we paid. The gym is one small room almost like the size of a hotel room. There was some spots and stains on the bed sheets in my kids room. There was a daycare right outside my window so every morning at 7AM it was very loud. Also, the fridge in my room made a humming noise which made it hard to sleep. My room wasn’t cleaned one day I had to call them and ask them to clean it I was disappointed After being exhausted from a long day. No one from the hotel followed up not even an apology. The staff never asked how my stay was even though I was disappointed in the gym and my room and they knew.

This hotel was adequate but in need of repair and updates. Generally, not worth the $$$. My bedside phone didn’t work and I had to call maintenance every night to get my bedside light to turn off as the wiring was faulty. The pool and hot tub were out of service and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. They lost more than half of my laundry. It was located but it was an inconvenience to me for sure. The service was meh. The room cleaner rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to come back later. In hindsight, not a great experience.

There was no pool available. There was no spa available. It was not working. The phone in our room was not working even though we had a suite. we ordered for one night and the delivery guy could not contact us because the room phone was not working even though the hotel staff had our number they didn’t call us to let us know about the food delivery and the guy ended up taking the food back and we had to sleep hungry. The hotel did not even offer us any food. When we complained they were rude to us.

Hotel was nice, room was ‘ok’, but not really worth the high price in our opinion. Small details, eg. broken waterboiler, no coffee pads, candy and food leftovers from previous hotel guest under the beds and in the armchair was not what we expected from a 5 star hotel room.

Two species of cockroaches ran across breakfast table, they had been hiding under napkin. One was very large (several in length). Hotel hotel staff didn’t seem surprised, just came with a hand held vacuum to suck it up. Doors to dry store and pot washing area open and dirty floors seen. Brown stain on mattress. This is the most disappointing 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't know how this hotel was rated as a 5 star hotel. What surprised me the most, disappointed me, and infuriated me was actually when I went to the bathroom at night, there were two huge cockroaches sprawled on the toilet, and I'm not exaggerating in any way, close to the size of the palm of my hand. So I would like to ask how the hotel is sanitized and disinfected? This is a huge hygiene hazard for customers! I myself am very sensitive to bacteria as well as viruses, and the cockroaches were even likely to have crawled through the cups we used to brush our teeth and drink water. I can't believe this is a 5-star hotel with great reviews! For service wise, there was nothing very amazing about it. The concierge, front desk, and room service were all what a 5 star hotel should be. So I don't think there is anything commendable in terms of service On top of that, the amenities in the hotel room were poorly maintained, the plumbing on the side of the toilet was exposed and you could even see the siding! I seriously doubt that cockroaches are following these pipe cracks into my restroom. The bathroom was poorly designed, the rosette head was old as well as not being able to easily adjust the direction, there was very little water flow, and the bathtub was stained and cracked. I think taller people would have a tough time taking a shower.

The first room we got the a/c didn’t work and we had a horrible night. Additionally, there were balls of hair in on the carpet. We got a room change and though the a/c worked better, it wasn’t optimal and cleanliness was still an issue, as you can see with the old and dirty toothbrush in out bathroom. Also, the room didn’t actually lock. If you pushed the door with a bit of pressure you could open it without a key….

The hotel overall was good. No AC so we had to keep our windows open and the noise street side was constant. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and so was the staff. However our room turnover was somewhat lacking. Didn’t replace towels, shampoo or toilet paper as we went through it. Kind of strange for a 5-star hotel. Usually turned over to be fully replaced or topped up. I’d definitely book again but hope the little hiccups we experienced was a one off.

When I booked this room, there was a crib in the room. The room was very small. We had to remove the crib and put a fold out bed, which was very uncomfortable for me. The hotel is very nice, but the room was horrible so Small would not stay there again.

中庭側のお部屋でしたが、中庭は整備されていなくて綺麗ではありませんでした。残念。改装した様子でお風呂は綺麗でしたが、クローゼットの戸が開かないなど少し古さを感じます。 窓が開くのですが、薄いカーテンしかなく向かい側のお部屋からお互いに丸見えなので気をつけないとなりません。ホテルの周辺はお店が少なく10分くらい歩くとスタバやパン屋さんがあります。 3つ星が妥当かと思います。次は利用無しです。

Very nice hotel in Paris. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s was pretty central to many things through Paris with a quick taxi ride. If you are a walker then enjoy the scenic view to several destinations. Don’t bother to bring your Dyson hairdryer, lol it keep sparking the plug so I opted for the hotels hairdryer, which was fine. We were disappointed that some of the outlets, especially the one in bathroom did not work and the shower handle kept falling when showering. Also, make sure to put a couple towels on the floor because the 1/4 glass wall doesn’t do much from having water spray everywhere. We stayed 6 days and aside from the minor issues was a very nice stay! The staff was a absolutely amazing as well!

I don’t even know where to start about this hotel. I am also surprised with the 10/10 reviews. In our room, you could hear all the noises from the road, such as cars honking. You can’t even change your clothes in the room, because the non-see through curtains do not fully close, and people can see you from the building across. For a simple request, you have to call many times. The person who checked us in didn’t even tell us where the elevator was. Their restaurant is only open til 2:30 PM. We went to the bar to eat dinner and sat down for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us and we decided to leave. The lobby area was crowded when we were there. We didn’t even get a chance to sit in the lobby. Also, give yourself time for check out process. The luggage help didn’t show up after many calls. The receptionist, Isabelle, had to help us with the luggage. Overall this hotel is far away from 5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The hotel was a 1.3-mile walk from the Eiffel Tower, and we had a view of it from our room. The staff was wonderful, and the room was clean. The hotel bar was elegant. Superb! Our room was so spacious and grand. Room is very clean. Staff are very helpful. Really convenient for shopping. The lay out of the breakfast buffet was quite nice, and the food was really great. So many items to choose from.

The pictures online definitely don’t represent the actual rooms.. If you’re looking for a property that has a rooftop view of the city this is not the hotel for you because although their pictures online show a rooftop with a gorgeous view that is deceiving. You must book the suite that has the balcony to the rooftop to have a rooftop view. And that is clearly not specified on their website prior to booking you. Just assume that the rooftop is available for everyone. The rooms are just OK. I’m not sure if it was worth the price.

This is NOT a four star hotel. The Hotel lobby smells like sewer gas. The smell filled the lobby and got to the 2nd floor. The basement WHICH HOUSES THE SPA WAS CLOSED, and I think that was the source of the stink, I paid for the spa ,and it is on expedia's website as being included in my superior package. They were not apologetic. nor offered any rebate, and they threw a 600.00 eu pre-charge on our CC in case we spent any money on dining or room service, even though I had I paid in full , a month earlier, and declined the dining room, so we had every right to the room, but they wouldn't register us without 600.00 eu blackmail. I booked a hotel with massages and hot tub. I have A SCREENSHOT of their website that states SPA closed, but they didn't tell you. The housekeepers left us with wet dirty towels, not many to begin with. In a four star hotel, we want fresh towels and toiletries, didn't happen. Complained to the manager, never happened. went down again, different manager never happened, We finally got our own out the supply room.at 7Pm that night. . Finally checkout was terrible. We insisted they remove the 600.00 eu precharge from our CC. but They couldn't reverse it, though they agreed that we never used any services That was an insult and they took advantage, 25 minutes later, still at it, but we wouldn't leave until they reversed the charge. I don’t even know where to start about this hotel. I am also surprised with the 10/10 reviews. In our room, you could hear all the noises from the road, such as cars honking. You can’t even change your clothes in the room, because the non-see through curtains do not fully close, and people can see you from the building across. For a simple request, you have to call many times. The person who checked us in didn’t even tell us where the elevator was. Their restaurant is only open til 2:30 PM. We went to the bar to eat dinner and sat down for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us and we decided to leave. The lobby area was crowded when we were there. We didn’t even get a chance to sit in the lobby. Also, give yourself time for check out process. The luggage help didn’t show up after many calls. The receptionist, Isabelle, had to help us with the luggage. Overall this hotel is far away from 5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Overall, our stay was a 2.0 out of 5, (5 being the best) very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the the staff, attitudes and failure to answer questions and how they answered. We travel abroad 6 to 8 times a year and stay at numerous place and our stay here in Paris at this hotel was very disappointing. This hotel is a sure winner when going to Paris. The location is just off the most crowded beat, but still very close to the attractions and places of interest. A lot of great things can be said about this hotel, but what or more specifically who impressed us the most was Gerardo, the Bar & Restaurant Manager. We had our 9-year-old niece with us, and she is unfortunately a picky eater. This was no problem for Mr. Gerardo who in the nicest and most polite way possibly went off the menu to create her favorite meal. We had fully understood if he hadn't been willing to go the extra mile, but he did it with a genuine smile. He was the one who lifted the stay from great to fantastic. So, a big thank you Mr. Gerardo!

The hotel is outstanding, the location is perfect for walking to all the major attractions, minutes to the Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysee The area is beautiful & you feel very safe walking around even late at night. The breakfast is superb for a long day sightseeing & then drinks in the elegant bar to relax.

We enjoyed our stay in Paris, the hotel and the staff was wonderful, especially Sarah! She helped me with my room change also the food was delicious and I loved the options they gave us. WORTH EVERY PENNY! The location is pretty nice and quiet and super centrally. 100% Recommended .

I did not receive the upgrades as advised by Expedia I would. Also, the main restaurant does NOT do dinner, just breakfast and lunch. You can order room service off the menu, but in the cocktail lounge you must order from the simple menu. The spa is still under renovations. The King Suite is a king bed with a love seat. Every night we would take a glass of wine to the room, and they were only collected when I requested them to be at the end of our stay. We lined them up on the floor. Not somewhere I would go back to. BUT location is excellent. Walkable to Eiffel Tower, and Arc d’Triomphe, and good (not touristy) shopping close by.

Really nice hotel in the centre of paris within a few minutes walk of the arc de triomphe. Services are great, lacks outdoor space as expected in the city. Spa and swimming pool access only for 16+ years. Very expensive restaurant and room service that doesnt exist or anwsers calls but doesnt deliver. Gave orders for room service, didnt turn up, after 2 hours called to get an update, still didnt get delivery, in the end went to sleep and forgot about. Probably the room service did the same, slept and forgot it ever happened. Room was nice but could do with a few extra perks to modernise to the next level like heated bathroom mirror and more advanced technology in the rooms. Considering the price paid the hotel is great and 5* is deserved but service is lacking. Trying to be the Ritz but falls short in more ways that one.

The property restaurant / bar should open later to accommodate the guest. 10pm is too early to close the kitchen. Cocktails aren’t served after 11:15-11:30pm. Theirs no restaurants in the area that opens late, so the property should cater more to the guest and extend the hours at the property. We were told incorrect information at Checkin and it wasn’t honored at checkout. Overall the location, staff, and property is great. Taxis are available directly out front, and the bell guys are awesome. Very pleasant and helpful. Bartender Mattia was awesome. He’s Very creative with his cocktails. Our stay was excellent! The staff were very helpful and attentive. The air conditioning in the room worked extremely well during the heat wave. Also, the buffet breakfast was a 10/10.
