Great hotel. The area around is very quiet and walkable, lots of restaurants to choose from. There’s 24hr front desk and everyone was super helpful. there’s no elevator so make sure you pack light or request a room on the first floor.

My adult twins and I stayed at this boutique hotel for 4 days in a single and a twin room on the 4th floor and enjoyed our stay. Yes, there is no elevator, no AC, and the rooms are smaller than chain hotels. However, the staff are friendly, fun to talk with, and made helpful recommendations. The stairway is lovely and painted with literary quotes, and we enjoyed being able to open windows and use fans. The bathrooms are updated and clean, and the rooms are decorated with cute themes and are comfortable.The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and convenient. We hope to come back again soon and will definitely choose this boutique hotel when we do.

Excellent location, easy to get from Orly airport and there are many shops in the area. Room is clean and decent size for central Paris. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on this. Please note there are 4 floors and no lift. We were on the top floor and had no problems with the narrow stairs. But just something to note if you have mobility issues or have large suitcases.

Very friendly staff, clean room, great location close to Eiffel Tower, Champs Elyse, etc. If you have large and heavy baggage, I wouldn’t recommend unless you are on the bottom floor as there are no elevators.

This was a great hotel for the price. Staff was friendly, location was excellent, all spaces were spotless. I’d say the only thing that was a bummer was that the stairs were narrow and steep so if bringing a lot of luggage or if you have problems with stairs this might be something to keep in mind.

Very sweet little hotel. Tiny rooms but we knew before we arrived. Bathroom was extremely compact but clean and servcible.The staff were very friendly. Lovely double windows that opens on to the street. Beds very very comfortable. No lift so you need to be able bodied but we didn't mind. They also provide breakfast in the little reception area but we did not try this.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Around 10 min walk to the tower and located on the south side of the river. My room was on the 3rd floor and no lift. But room was clean and comfortable, shower hot and the staff on reception 24x7 were friendly & helpful. I stayed 3 nights on business and was very happy.

The entire stay period. The room was extremely small, barely had space to turn without stepping right into the bathroom, there was cub webs on the corners of the windows when you open it. There was a heavy smell in the room, couldn’t quite put my finger on it, but it aggravated my asthma & allergies. I was a bit disappointed & had to book a different hotel, costing me more money than planned. The afternoon staff was very kind & accommodating. I also have disabilities which restricts my walking & heavy lifting, & we had to carry our luggages upstairs. The staff told us, that was the policy & we should have stated it on the form, but he stilled helped us with some of the bags. I won’t book it again, neither will I deal with Expedia again, because this made booking this trip HELL!!!!!!

The hotel is quaint with some fun decor, located in a great neighborhood where we could easily walk to some of the tourist things we had on our agenda! It also was easy to get public transportation. There were lovely dining and bakery options nearby, shopping. Bathroom was great. A well-working shower. The room is as you would expect in an older building and section of Paris, we just enjoyed the quaint nature and didn't spend our time in Paris hanging out in our room. Anyway! This hotel is very small, the room is ultra small. If you’re traveling with two large suitcases good luck getting them to fit inside room. There isn’t any room around the bed to move around or feel comfortable. There is no elevator or air condition. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot. This hotel would be adequate for someone staying a couple of nights traveling with backpacks and doesn’t mind sleeping in a hot room. Luckily we left before the heatwave!! The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Hotel Amelie is in a wonderful location for seeing a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the street corner! The rooms are small, clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning, so the rooms can be stuffy in warm weather.

Fantastic location and great value. Morning front desk guy during the week is a little surly but everyone else was so kind and funny. Be prepared for small rooms and street noise, but it’s the cost of staying a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay again but avoid hot summer months because no air conditioning.

Room is smaller than a ship cabin, you better know the person your staying with,,,,,frosted glass door to bathroom and floor is very hard on your feet. No place to unpack clothes, they stay in your suit case. Cleaning staff very efficient in doing their job is the best abiut this hotel

Staff were very friendly and the property was very clean. Our room was extremely small, hard to fit our large suitcase, but we made it work. The location is incredible! There are many bakeries and restaurants close by, and it's only a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks!

My stay at Hotel Amelia was overall acceptable; however, my check-in experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service provided by one staff member. From the moment we arrived, she was rude and unwelcoming. Although I had already paid for the hotel online, she insisted on making a copy of my credit card, which made me uncomfortable and was not clearly explained. When we asked for recommendations for nearby restaurants, she was unhelpful and dismissive, which added to the negative experience. Fortunately, later during our stay, we were assisted by another staff member—an older gentleman who was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. He provided excellent customer service and truly made up for the earlier unpleasant interaction. His kindness and professionalism significantly improved our overall impression of the hotel. Fantastic location. Wonderful room. Comfortable setting. Very pleasant staff. They have a flatscreen TV — that plays fun French shows. There is room cleaning daily if you like. They also offer breakfast meals downstairs in their dining area. Very cozy and comfortable place. Definitely will return. And definitely recommend.

Great location that is positive! However, you can hear all the voices from hallway to the room making it impossible to sleep. Room was very cold, even though the battery was on. Staff was not the nicest when asking for help. You need to leave the key to reception when leaving, and they say reception is open 24/7 HOWEVER it is not. One night I came back late at night and the door was locked. I knocked and waited for at least 10 minutes for someone to open the door.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Amelie! The staff were all very kind and helpful, it’s located in a fantastic neighborhood with tons of restaurants and shopping, plus close to the Eiffel Tower and Muse D’Orsay! As you’ll often find in the city, the rooms are on the smaller side, but every inch of space is used well, it was clean, and had everything we needed. If you have mobility issues, please note that there is no elevator and the straits are steep - we were fine, but worth noting so you can make the best decision for yourself (or be sure to request a lower level room!)

Fantastic location. Short walk from Invalides metro station & to the Eiffel Tower. Quirkily decorated rooms that add to its appeal. Lots of fantastic restaurants & Patisseries nearby. Staff are friendly & helpful.

Hotel Amelie is very conveniently located close to the Eiffel tower. We were able to walk to the tower everyday because of its proximity. There are also many restaurants, grocery and bus & metro stops located nearby so it was easy to get around Paris. Keep in mind that the hotel is 2 stars so it is smaller with no elevators but we loved it nonetheless. The staff in the front desk, day and night were very nice and friendly!

Pas d’ascenseur. Et il y en a des étages… Pas de climatisation, et la conception du bâtiment fait qu’il y fait très très chaud en été, même au printemps. Hôtel vraiment vieillot, équipement rustique mais sans le charme qui irait avec. Personnel certes souriant et avenant mais pas arrangeant du tout. Même au contraire. Petit déjeuner vraiment très pauvre avec des produits de faible qualité et pourtant ils affirment le contraire. Grand voyageur pas trop difficile, après trois nuit dans cet établissement je peux affiner mon avis: Mettons que, sauf vraiment pas de chance, je vais éviter cet hôtel.

Tiny pretty room, comfortable twin bed, kettle, fan, water was hot. Small but sometimes noisy street (deliveries etc) bring earplugs. Electric blinds a big plus. Narrow staircase - pack light! Friendly 24h staff. Walking distance to both the Eiffel Tower and the 1st arrond. Had breakfast the last morning; bread, pastries, ham, eggs, yoghurt. Good value buffet for 12€.

My room was so cozy and absolutely gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The hotel is in a great spot. Laundromat, groceries, AMAZING restaurants and the bus are a minute's walk away. The blackout curtains were a nice convenience. I purchased their continental breakfast my last day- what a treat! The fresh breads, meats, cheeses, and juices were really amazing!

Hôtel fun atypique très convivial et propre. L’escalier à lui tout seul vaut le détour même si un peu difficile avec valise (ce n’était pas mon cas donc j’ai pu apprécier la déco tout au long de la montée !), une fois arrivé dans la chambre, déco tout aussi sympa! J’adore la chambre 13 avec ses girafes! L’accueil est impeccable et l’espace petit dej chaleureux. Hôtel très bien situé ! je reviendrai !

Fantastic location. Wonderful room. Comfortable setting. Very pleasant staff. They have a flatscreen TV — that plays fun French shows. There is room cleaning daily if you like. They also offer breakfast meals downstairs in their dining area. Very cozy and comfortable place. Definitely will return. And definitely recommend.
