Lovely stay. Staff was very nice. Rooms are very small, I suppose typical for Paris but very cramped. We stayed in the Gustave room and had a great view of Eiffel Tower and the staff was very nice to make my husband's birthday special with a nice note and dessert. Good coffee machine in lobby for lattes. Very small elevator, my husband refused to take so we walked up 6 flights of stairs each day. Comfortable beds, quiet area. Slept well!

We have 3 kids and we stayed in room 10-11. Two rooms (10 & 11)connected with a tiny hall space between the two doors. PERFECT location. Felt like a private penthouse on the first floor, at the top of a curved staircase. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was great and very reasonable. They also have a 24hr coffee machine and hot tea available. Which was fantastic for us. We easily got to the metro and ordered Ubers from the hotel as needed. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel.

Excellent hotel on a quiet street within 2 minutes walk of the metro. Great for families and couples. Rooms were very well appointed and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great lobby and dining area. Highly recommended.

Incredible stay. Close enough to the sights to walk, but somehow tucked away on a quiet street. Felt very safe our entire stay, and receiption was available 24 hours a day. They had free drinking water with a bottle to refill as many times as you like for your room, which we really appreciated as travelers who are always trying to stay hydrated. Rom was fine very tastefully, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Gustave was excellent. The staff are great, they were polite, kind and friendly. I paid extra to have decorations for the mrs as it was her bday and the staff arranged this. The location is excellent around 10min walk to eiffel tower, and very close to shops, restaurants etc. The hotel was clean , bed was great and we did not try the breakfast so can not rate that. I think for us it was 4.5 stars out of 5 and we would gladly return. Slight areas for improvement or why i did not give it 5 stars, the room was very small. We had the gustave room with view, but the room was tiny! We could barely fit our 2 suitcases. No parking, but easily arranged via an app with a hotel 5min walk. Lastly the room decoration for the mrs, i paid extra as i wanted a wow factor and paid double the normal love box price but it was not a wow factor for me but mrs did love it. They did made an effort and i appreciated it, but i asked for all pink, with lots and lots of ballons and pink petals. I got 4 heart ballons, couple of normal ballons, and orange petals, plus champagne and a nice message, i expected a bit more. All in all though clean cosy hotel, staff are really nice, location and bed were great, view from the gustave was decent and we made nice memories, 4.5 out of 5 and we would defo come back, thank you for everything!

Very good location near Eiffel tower and Metro station.. very clean room in a quiet street. Comfotabul bed. The elevator so small and the room is ❄️ cold alittle bit, when I ask the reception they told me we can't warm the room it's not the winter season.

This hotel is so inconvenient, small, tiny hall way, difficult walking with your luggage, even going to be more difficult for family trip, their description is so misleading, if you pay for higher room and spacious room, they will give you tiny room, they give whatever available plus the hotel Is room and no space and with no apology, the elevator is hold, small and can barely take 2 people and so slow, it comes every 5 minutes so you will end up taking stairs throughout your stay. The people in front desk are so rude, so unfriendly and unprofessional, especially not to tourist people but they don’t care. We left the hotel following morning and got another nice, clean and spacious hotel Avoid this hotel as there are best and spacious hotel around.

Very clean excellent hotel , very nice staff. Very close distance from shopping and the Eiffel Tower. The only thing I noticed was the room was too cold and the bathroom was freezing. We tried the thermostat. Other than that fantastic place and great location! The room is a bit smaller than i expected. Just happy it was clean!

I had the double superior room Gustave with Eiffel Tower view. Room was small but everything was functional with an excellent hot shower. Staff was nice & responsive, got my robes & slippers as requested. However, this is not a property I’d recommend or return myself. Both bath towels provided on day 1 when we first checked in had multiple long hair folded inside. It just made me question whether the room was even cleaned in the first place. This is just not the kind of mistake that any hotels can afford to make.

My husband and I and our 18 and 20 year olds spent 5 nights here on our first visit to Paris! (We had 2 rooms) there’s so many options of where to stay, that it was hard to pick! We were really happy with our choice. The location is great—walked to all of our meals—so many options close by! The rooms were super clean and decorated well. We were thrilled to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from our window too. The staff was helpful annd eager to annswer all our questions. Overall, was a great base to explore the city!

This property is close to the airport and that is about the only good thing. The bed for 2 people does not work well as one has to climb over the other to get in the far side of the bed and the floor was so dirty once you get into bed you can see dirt from your feet on the white sheets. I was happy we only had to stay here for one night.

Very modern and clean small boutique hotel. Great for short stays in Paris. Spaces are really tight all around, but definitely the best in the area. Can’t sleep late, you can hear everything when they start cleaning the other rooms and closing doors.

Very clean and organized hotel. Rooms very tiny for the price point. We realize that rooms are generally smaller in Europe, but for a family room set up there was barely room to move around or even have a spot for a suit case.

Loved our stay at Hotel Gustave!!! Staff is so caring and makes you feel home. Always greet you with big smile which makes your day bright. Close to Eiffel Tower as well as Metro to go to other attractions. Amazing restaurants close to the hotel. Big THANKS for making our stay so wonderful!!!

Hotel Gustave was exceptional from top to bottom. Their staff was so friendly and went beyond expectations. Stayed here during my honey moon and the staff left us a cute note and dessert welcoming us. It was in a great area, felt safe and was always clean. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Gustave. From the moment we entered the hotel we were pleasantly greeted by Clo at the front desk who not only gave us impeccable customer service but was just an absolute joy to be around! We enjoyed champagne in the stylish lobby before being taken to our room, which was extremely fresh and clean and had an enjoyable street view. We will be back! And again, thank you to Clo for making our stay so pleasant!!

The service I experienced here was phenomenal. The staff were amazing I will never forget spending my birthday here. They went above and beyond to accommodate me from the time I arrived to up to the check out and in my taxi. When I checked in my room there was a beautiful birthday greeting card and a delicious pastry. Then the day after I was left a box of sorted chocolate at the front desk. The hotel was quiet and clean and very convenient to get too. Thank you guys so much for being really nice polite English speaking attendants. I didn’t regret my choice of hotels and it was amazing to see such friendly hospitable people who are willing to accommodate you even at 3am in the morning. I say this is a five star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I LOVED this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. It's such a perfect location -- much more subdued but easy access to everything -- for example an easy morning run to the eiffel tower every day! I'd be thrilled to come here again on my next trip to Paris.

Hotel was centrally situated, very close to the Metro. Within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the bus stops for the open top tour buses, and plenty of restaurants and cafe options close by. Reception staff were extremely helpful and nothing was any trouble.

We have 3 kids and we stayed in room 10-11. Two rooms (10 & 11)connected with a tiny hall space between the two doors. PERFECT location. Felt like a private penthouse on the first floor, at the top of a curved staircase. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was great and very reasonable. They also have a 24hr coffee machine and hot tea available. Which was fantastic for us. We easily got to the metro and ordered Ubers from the hotel as needed. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel.

Our stay was last minute. We were very happy with the location and comfort of the hotel. Check in was most accomidating and very helpful with our lack of of the French language. We were welcomed with a wonderful breakfast buffet before we departed
