This was the perfect hotel for viewing riders in the final stage of the Tour de France. Make sure you get a city view room, and you will be able to see the riders eight times as they make their final circuits. Hotel is very, very close to Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, metro, shopping, and several good restaurants. Also easy walk to Arc du Triomphe. Beware that in July there is usually a carnival set up in the gardens across the street so there is some loud street noise to contend with when trying to sleep. You'll need to close the windows, but there is AC so that's ok. A fan or some other source of white noise also helps. I would not let that keep me from staying at this location unless my #1 goal was peace and quiet. No onsite restaurant, but the breakfast buffet is excellent, and they will bring it to your room at no additional fee. Overall, a lovely little hotel in the middle of all the Paris action.

最上階の部屋に入れました。窓からの景色は、エッフェル塔からルーブル美術館までパリの素晴らしい景色がパノラマの様でした。施設全体の清潔感も良かったです。しいて言えば、共用部がとても狭くプロフィール写真に出てくる大理石丸柱の地上階ラウンジもとても狭かったです。

The location of hotel was good and view from our room of Eiffle tower was wonderful. Unfortunately that’s where it ends!! Our room was very warm and curtain rail fell down when you open the French h doors and over bath shower a pain ! The breakfast room is extremely small with hardly any space to move when busy and staff not attentive at all ! Small bar in hotel with limited beer and the barman not at all helpful and rude . The reception staff were very nice but overall not the friendly bijou hotel we thought we were going to. Would definitely not recommend,

Great room with lovely view of the park, Musee D'Orsay and Eiffel Tower. Ve R y close to subway stop. Very convenient for walking and using public transportation. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast at hotel was very good. Nice teas and cake in the lobby each afternoon. Friendly staff.

This hotel is in an excellent location — across the street from the Tuileries and very walkable. The breakfast is very good as well. However, there are no bar or restaurant facilities in the afternoon or evening to speak of, and the lobby/sitting area is small.

Very nice, some confusion at checkin was told upgraded, was not... room was not ready when we were told it would a few hours early.. so go in at 3 anyway with "upgrade" . Room was nice BUT tile in front of bathroom sink was broken, not a small crack- several pieces which made it difficult to step on, Asked for extra bath mats- which i had to do everyday, even though i was told it would be done each day... staff didn't seem to get how dangerous it wa, actually told them to go look at it.. once manager finally spoke to us, sent a split of champagne to room which was very nice. But i am not sure I would return.. for cost expected it to be better-was recommended by friends..,. Also Bar closed at 10pm. so no nightcaps.. But hotel was clean and staff tried... last issue was they gave our taxi t another coupe! We were waiting and saw them walking out by time desk man ran out lost cap- aw couple at translation when we got there - 15 min late. call worked out but messy. When I asked him if that my txi looked at me like didn't remember ordering it 10 min earlier. I hate writing negative reviews but i think if hotel did more to make up fr issues, like perhaps refund even a 1/2 night cost would have changed my feelings. next step was London hotel was so outstanding and several hundred less, really but the into a different perspective

This Hotel is located in a great location for travelers wanting to be at a central location to all the major tourist attractions. The hotel staff was always willing to help, and most spoke good English. They have a tea time with cake every afternoon which was nice to sit and relax for an hour in between exploring the city. We stayed in a junior suite with Paris vue and the 180 degree shot of Paris is worth it!

Staff was good. Bedroom had a great view and was very quiet. Housekeeping never brought the same towels up and we had to ask everyday for more. They really need a restaurant in this hotel.

Brighton is a great place to stay while visiting Paris. Lourve, Musse Orsay and Musee Orangeriee are a 5 min walk from here. The hotel is also close to major Metro lines. It is a 10 min walk to shopping centers. The property was clean, bright, well maintained and housekeeping staff were attentive. We totatlly enjoyed our stay.

The property was filthy, and they provided no service. When I asked to move because, at my age, I couldn't safely get into the old tub in our room, they found us another room. They told me we had to leave my room immediately and return at 3 pm and check into the new room. I said we wanted to stay in our room until the other one was ready. The manager on duty informed me that it would not take long to check us in after the guest left; all they had to do was change the sheets. Then I knew why our room had trash on the floor, and I cleaned a lot of furniture with the wipes I had brought with me. The bar glasses were so bad that I couldn't have a drink with my husband. They did try to dry wipe my husband's glass clean before they gave him a little wine. The Champagne glasses they used for the Welcome Drink were the only thing that looked clean. We had our family in another room with a shower, so we used theirs. Additionally, I had three bug bites on my back when I woke up with on the second morning. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Unfortunately, my experience here was based on the photos of the hotel, which were not consistent with reality. We stayed in a suite, and while I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, I expected a clean room. (Maybe the individual rooms are updated.) The bathroom was the worst! Horrendous. Such old grout and tile that was not well cleaned. It was clear they have not used bleach or re-grouted the bathrooms. It was so gross I couldn’t shower and asked to change rooms or was seriously going to another hotel altogether. The new room was only slightly better but still quite gross. The rooms were so hot we had to ask for a fan to be brought it. No outlets near the beds and some didn’t work at all! Rooms very dark. No washcloths at this hotel either. Not at all a comfortable place to stay after walking all day and won’t return.

This place need overhaul cleaning. The vent in our room were full of dust, which is gross especially when you have the air conditioner on. Our refrigerator was broken, which is not great when you have medicine that needs to stay in a refrigerator. When we asked them to replace it with another refrigerator they wanted to give us ice instead to keep the medicine in….! Not great!

This is the best hotel in Paris! The room was spotless and large! The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful! The location is the best! I just cannot say enough about how wonderful Hotel Brighton is! My favorite place to stay in Paris!!

Our visit was delightful! The view from room 311 was PERFECT! We could see the Louvre, Notre Dame, The Eiffel Tower from our small balcony/overlook and right in front of us, Le Jardin Tuileries. It was a great way to start the day with sunshine, watching the cyclists heading to work, runners in the gardens and breathing fresh air. The staff were kind, friendly and seemed genuine in their service. On the Rue de Rivoli where the hotel sits, Angelina’s is just a few spots down, the Shops at Verdomme were just a few blocks away. The Louvre was a 10 min walk, Eiffel Tower a 30-45 min walk. Hotel Maurice (on the same street) provided a wondrous Michelin dining experience. So much more to say, but if you’re okay with a smaller room and bathroom, you can have all the rest of the important experiences with the Hotel Brighton!

Loved the location of hotel. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Only complaint was the room was hot and air conditioning was on ‘fall/winter conservation’. Room would not cool down during the day. This would definitely be a factor in choosing hotel in the future.

Great location, facing the Jardin des Tuileries. Our room was amazing, at the very top with views from both the Eiffel tower, the Invalides and on the other side of the Sacré cœur.. Staff was great, very attentive :) we will come back

Great location, rooms and bathrooms are big and clean. Service irregular in some hours during the day (specially at night) One of the suites was very hot the AC didn’t worked properly. They brought and “extra” AC machine to make the room cooler

A little outdated but very central location. The beds are comfortable and the deluxe room is very good size with a good Eiffel Tower view however I don’t like that there are tubs in some rooms and updated showers in others. The tub is very outdated with only a handheld nozzle. Very uncomfortable

Front desk attendants were not helpful and had very limited knowledge of Paris. Midnight false fire alarm brought entire guest roster to lobby to the laughter of staff. No explanation was given Rooms were hot and ac was not working, with explanation that ac would only be turned on after May 15th. Amenities were cheap and in short supply.

Amazing Stay! This is the 2nd time I’ve had the pleasure to stay at this hotel, and it still hasn’t disappointed yet. From the checking in, to the room, to the staff, breakfast… All 5 stars 10x Excellent! The Staff are top notched! Definitely a HIGHLY recommended hotel to stay at.

Very nice, some confusion at checkin was told upgraded, was not... room was not ready when we were told it would a few hours early.. so go in at 3 anyway with "upgrade" . Room was nice BUT tile in front of bathroom sink was broken, not a small crack- several pieces which made it difficult to step on, Asked for extra bath mats- which i had to do everyday, even though i was told it would be done each day... staff didn't seem to get how dangerous it wa, actually told them to go look at it.. once manager finally spoke to us, sent a split of champagne to room which was very nice. But i am not sure I would return.. for cost expected it to be better-was recommended by friends..,. Also Bar closed at 10pm. so no nightcaps.. But hotel was clean and staff tried... last issue was they gave our taxi t another coupe! We were waiting and saw them walking out by time desk man ran out lost cap- aw couple at translation when we got there - 15 min late. call worked out but messy. When I asked him if that my txi looked at me like didn't remember ordering it 10 min earlier. I hate writing negative reviews but i think if hotel did more to make up fr issues, like perhaps refund even a 1/2 night cost would have changed my feelings. next step was London hotel was so outstanding and several hundred less, really but the into a different perspective

Our visit was delightful! The view from room 311 was PERFECT! We could see the Louvre, Notre Dame, The Eiffel Tower from our small balcony/overlook and right in front of us, Le Jardin Tuileries. It was a great way to start the day with sunshine, watching the cyclists heading to work, runners in the gardens and breathing fresh air. The staff were kind, friendly and seemed genuine in their service. On the Rue de Rivoli where the hotel sits, Angelina’s is just a few spots down, the Shops at Verdomme were just a few blocks away. The Louvre was a 10 min walk, Eiffel Tower a 30-45 min walk. Hotel Maurice (on the same street) provided a wondrous Michelin dining experience. So much more to say, but if you’re okay with a smaller room and bathroom, you can have all the rest of the important experiences with the Hotel Brighton!

First, the location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to Louvre, Tuileries Garden, if you want to clock some distance, Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe is walkable too. The Tuileries metro station is directly across the street but I seldom use it. Luxury shopping is also just behind the block, and the famous Angelina, Cedric Grolet is on the same street. Definitely no complains to the location. Hotel wise, booking the Tuileries Garden view gives you the Eiffel Tower view too. The wide open view is definitely a must and wonderful sight every morning. It does come with a bit of noise as the night market is directly below too. I love the lobby area. It is a cosy place just to chill and nicely decorated. I had breakfast twice at the hotel. The buffet is simple and I believe the croissants are baked in-house. Trust me, you can smell them if you wake up around 5/6am. Within the room, big spacious and simple furnishings. The bed, pillows are just about alright on comfort level. Bathroom is adequate. I love the heater rack so I can dry my laundry. A pity that the TV on offer local channels and international news channel. So it is a bit boring in the room. Internet speed is so-so.

Brighton is a great place to stay while visiting Paris. Lourve, Musse Orsay and Musee Orangeriee are a 5 min walk from here. The hotel is also close to major Metro lines. It is a 10 min walk to shopping centers. The property was clean, bright, well maintained and housekeeping staff were attentive. We totatlly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Brighton. The room with a view is absolutely perfect - you can see the Louvre, Touleries, Invalides, Eiffel Tower, and Arc de Triomphe all at once from your balcony. It was better than we even imagined. The rooms were very clean. The service was wonderful. Excellent dining options nearby and metro access was less than a block away. The major sites in the 1st, 4th, and 8th arrondissements were a quick 5-15 minute walk away. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We chose a deluxe room, very small for the exorbitant price tag of $1000 per night. Next to a lift so noisy as well. Breakfast was mediocre, hot Bain Marie’s are not replenished in a timely mainly.

Staff was good. Bedroom had a great view and was very quiet. Housekeeping never brought the same towels up and we had to ask everyday for more. They really need a restaurant in this hotel.

My only very slight negative is breakfast. They usually overcook the buttery eggs as they end up dry. But the breakfast area and hotel are super clean and convenient. The location in the First is reason enough to stay here as I have done maybe 10 times over the years.
