Great location and the rooms are a decent size for Paris. But this is not a 5 star hotel. There is no restaurant and no room service. The staff will argue with you about basic service issues. They won't even help with bags to your room. How is this 5 star? The bar is open a few venings a week but you can't sign your bill to your room. I didn't even have a phone in my room so when I called to inquire about some beddings issues, I had to use my cell phone.

I thought that breakfast was included, but it wasn't. It would seem that for VIP guests, breakfast should be included especially when they stay in the Eiffel Rooms as we did... The menu for dinner or room service at this property is very very French... If you prefer anything that you can understand in English, go across the street to the bar restaurant. The food there is fantastic. Matter of fact, that's what the host told us to do...

The reason that I do not rate 5 star the hotel was renovating the reception for the Olympic Games. But the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast is expensive for what they serve it not worthy. There is a place next to the Hotel that serve excellent breakfast and best cappuccino I I drank in Paris

The hotel is under construction. There’s several cards to use for hotel security. I like that if the card works. Ours did not work at first and had to be changed. It looked like they don’t have enough staff at the reception. The AC was not working. Had to open the window that meant we can hear the noise from the outside bar and fast vehicles. It was a challenge.

The hotel is in an excellent location with many restaurants right nearby. The hotel is under construction, which I knew when o booked but didn’t realize to the extent. However, the staff were very very friendly and helpful. We used the concierge to help arrange airport transport and they were on time, friendly and so helpful with all of our luggage. There weren’t extra amenities due to the construction and there is not an on-site restaurant other than the breakfast buffet. We booked the superior room and its was very spacious and perfect. Thank you for a very nice stay! The place will be amazing when it is all done.

Lots of shot flies comes from all the drain in the unit. Shower floors were so dirty that we told a shower with our socks in. Light don’t turn off in the bedroom, so we had to sleep in the living room. 2nd floor which we requested a high floor, so lots of noise Poor experience overall

We were on a business trip 5 people for six days, did not get cleaned one of the days and no refill of shampoo, skin cream either of the days and dusty under the beds... We stayed at this hotel, which is advertised as a high-end property. We booked and paid for three people in a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. However, for the first two days, all the supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.) were only provided for two people. After we complained, we finally received supplies for three on the third day. On the fourth day, even though we had the “Please Clean Room” sign on the door, no one came to clean. We reported it to the front desk, and someone eventually came, but we had to wait in the lobby for about 45 minutes while they cleaned. The next day, the same thing happened — when we returned to the hotel around 3:30 p.m., the room still hadn’t been cleaned despite the sign being up. We called the lobby again and had to wait another 30 minutes. I travel frequently, and this is the only hotel where I’ve experienced such poor housekeeping. Very disappointing for a hotel that claims to be high-end.

Unbelievable location within 5 min of Trocadero metro stop, 5 min to trocadero plaza overlooking the eiffel tower, 15 min walk to arch de triomphe, etc. Wonderful spacious room with kitchen, laundry, huge for Paris bathroom with double sink. Lovely breakfast buffet and great bartender!

I booked a one bedroom unit for an 11 night stay at the hotel. The room was advertised on the Expedia website as well as the hotel website as “sound proof.” I was given room 133 which sits above the nightclub. The booming music from the club can be heard through the wall and floor into the early hours of the morning. I spoke to reception one the first night about the music and asked to have a different room, I was told the hotel is fully booked but that they would let the manager know I’d requested a room change. The hotel did not take my request seriously and had no record of my requests with reception or emails. The music from the club made it impossible to enjoy the room and for my children to sleep at normal hours. The hotel on the 4th night said they could switch my room on the 5th night but that would be another sleepless night for my kids so we decided to check out early. If you get room 133 ask to switch immediately. I seriously think they saw single mom traveling with 2 young kids and thought they could get away with putting us in the worse room they had and that we would just put up with it. Word of advice is document your conversation with the front desk and work with the Manager. I would not recommend this hotel given my experience and would never return.

Great hotel near the Arch of Triumph and the Eiffel Tower. Very clean and with an excellent staff. We enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower from our large and comfortable room. We loved the bath and mini fridge.

We had 2 of their apartment rooms for my family of 5 to all fit in. The location was perfect. Close to a metro station, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower on multiple nights and friendly staff. There were a couple small issues with the room that I would have liked fixed while we were there. That’s the only reason for the slightly lower rating. The main one was that the bathroom light didn’t work in one room, so it was dark getting ready in the morning.

Perfect place to stay in Paris. We stayed here in June with a toddler. Had a one bedroom suite. Includes a little kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. Hotel provided the crib which is a plus. Very cute hotel with a nice Parisian feel. Great size bathroom. Bigger than your typical European hotel. Great location. 2-3 min walk to the train and bus stop outside the hotel. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower! You can see it early in the day and beat the crowd and at night. Walking distance to restaurants. There is a little market just two doors down and a pharmacy right next door. Would highly recommend this hotel

I’m traveling with my family. On the evening we arrived, the family room I had reserved was not available, so the hotel offered us their best suite instead. We stayed there for two nights. Later, when my daughter fell ill, I requested a late check-out. Although the room wasn’t available, they kindly offered us another room at no additional charge. From the front desk to room service, valet, and housekeeping—every staff member we encountered was outstanding and truly passionate about their work. The hotel was clean and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. On the first night, a fire alarm went off on all floors due to a system error, and later that evening, there was a power outage on the entire street for a few hours. We absolutely loved our stay at La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris. The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was so cozy and clean. Having easy access to a washing machine and dryer, since Paris was the very middle of our 3 week trip, was the biggest bonus we could have received. The location is impeccable and the staff is so, so kind. We will be back & highly recommend it to anyone staying in Paris!

I have stayed at La Clef in several Paris locations in the past and always had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The room appeared to be recently remodeled with low-quality tiles and cheap finishes, which was a significant downgrade from my previous stays. When I raised my concerns and explained that I had experienced much better rooms before, no effort was made to accommodate or change my room. Sadly, this experience has led me to decide that I will not be returning to La Clef.

Great customer service! They managed to capture all my special request, and even surprise me with an Eiffel Tower room (room no. 721). Anastacia greeted me and my friend and offer us to have a look first at the room which I find an extra mile service. Spacious and modern room. Cafes, restaurants pharmacy and grocery store all just down the road. For the price you pay, is totally worth it!

The hotel was close to tourist attractions with cafes and restaurants all within close proximity . 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable . The service of the entire hotel staff we engaged with were amazing . This is definitely a 5 star hotel .
