Room was spotless and modern. All the comforts of home. Washer dryer nespresso machine dishwasher fridge and stove. Great area with boardwalk and great restaurants close by. Only thing to check in winter is make sure heat is unlocked. We were not aware til 1:00 am that the heat thermostat had been locked and we had to call for assistance. It was only hiccup. Would definitely stay again and recommend for families or couples. A crib was also provided with no problem. Check in and out was pretty convenient with no problems. Bed was comfortable and housecoats and umbrellas were provided also. Thank you sooo much for a great stay!!

Very impressive property. Quiet and clean. Unsure how long this has been in operation but everything is like new and almost like never been used. Fully functional and equipped kitchen was a big plus, we cooked a delicious meal with fresh seafood and ingredients just a short walk away.Used as a home base but wish we had more time to enjoy the location. Highly recommend!!

The suite was spotlessly clean and had all the basics needed to cook a meal or do laundry. We were so comfortable there, that we decided to stay an extra night even though it is a little pricey. Guest services were generally quick to respond to questions via email. They weren’t able to help us figure out how to operate the thermostat in the suite, but thankfully the on site front desk was able to come to the suite and help. Overall, I would be very excited to stay at the Steveston Waterfront again!

Couple of problems - there was no luggage cart and it was very difficult to bring things in and out with the stairs and multiple times to input the code. That being said, we appreciated the security. The shower was dangerous as there was no mat or grippers on the floor. The chance of slipping and falling was high which is dangerous.

Very clean and quiet, secure and a great location.. They do not have luggage carts so be prepared to carry your own and be careful in the shower as there is no bath mat and it is quite slippery

I loved everything about the Steveston Waterfront Hotel however the parking was a bit inconvenient. After calling the support number it turns out that Steveston Waterfront has two buildings, Port and Starboard and our ground level suite was in the Port but the secure underground parking is located in the Starboard building. Its a bit of a hike when you're hauling luggage. However, once I figured out that there is above ground parking right beside the Port building with 3 hr parking made it much handier to unload/load your luggage from that spot. You can park on the street after 6pm, otherwise its only 3 hr parking. Underground secure parking was $25/day; a bit pricey, wish it was included in hotel price but being from out of town didn't want to take a chance with my vehicle as I had a long journey ahead of me still. The support was very helpful and responded quickly. For some reason the digital code malfunctioned and I got locked out of our room briefly but a quick call to support resolved it with a backup code and all was good. The rooms are awesome, very clean and roomy and great location as very walkable distances for everything in Steveston. Having a kitchenette is a great too. I'd definitely stay there again. Its a beatiful place right on the water! Doesn't get bet than that!

Clean, plenty of space, easily accessible to shops, laundry in the room, full kitchen, TV in every room, great Internet, we had an amazing stay. Only thing weird was parking in the garage and finding your way to your suite but other then that it we lovely.

The room seemed like it was clean at first but the pillow cases was smelling like it had been used before and also there was make up on the pillow case before we even sat on the bed to begin with. The dryer had no power and just had air come out, and the room was very cold when we entered. Overall, a very poor experience unfortunately due to the uncleanliness

The place was beautiful. But the floors were really dirty. Someone left a wet dirty rag beside the bed. The bathtub had weird black stains all on the floor of it and the handle to regulate the water came off. Someone forgot to put a bolt/screw in. Otherwise, if it was cleaned better, would have been great! Nice and new. Washer dryer is handy. Nice 2 bedroom suite for my fam of 6. Nice deck area for my dogs. Nice that it was pet friendly. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. EV charger sucked. Too slow. All of Richmond was impossible to find a good EV charging station in. The area was insanely busy as well. There was a dragon boat festival going on.

Rooms were great! The only thing that annoyed me was how loud the hallway sounds were like closing doors and people talking when they’re in the hallway. Investing in thicker doors maybe would be a good thing. Also, it felt like there wasn’t a buffer between the entrance and the bedroom area so there wasn’t someplace to put down my stuff like purse or coat. I was happy to be on the waterfront, but I was not a fan of being on the first floor with people walking right past the room. If I knew that I would’ve happily been on the second or third floor. as a woman travelling alone I would prefer that. I didn’t see that as an option to choose something different if I wanted to be on the waterfront. I actually really couldn’t see the water because of the planters. But for one night, definitely great! Really nice place to walk my dog.

Our iPhones did not work in the building. We had to open the patio door and stand at the door or sit on the patio which was quite public. We booked for 6 people and had to ask for enough dishes cutlery and chairs. Beautiful location and building

A bit of a mixed experience. The room is modern, comfortable and well fitted out. The WiFi is excellent. The location is amazing - great views and just a few of minutes walk from excellent bars, cafes and restaurants. It is also a very quiet neighbourhood. The downsides are that, as far as I could work out, the aircon is actually either heat or fan. There is no cooling. Also the exposed pipework in the ceiling is sometime is use! So you can hear toilets flushing, showers etc. Lastly, there was a beeping noise from the bathroom (15 rapid beeps at 5 minutes past the hour - every hour!!)

There are too many electronic clocks from the microwave to the dishwasher. The main irritant was the ceiling high heater a/c which had a large display that indicated the temperature. It was lit up all the time but it was in the bedroom. In essence there was a nightlight on the whole night. It was very difficult to sleep. We managed to cover up all the other electronic lights but couldn’t black out the “nightlight “. As well the heater a/c unit was quite noisy and could not be shut off. I would not recommend this place unlessotger rooms were configured differently.

Tolles Zimmer mit viel Platz und kompletter Küche. Terrassentür als zweiter Ausgang nutzbar. Schlafzimmer leider ohne Fenster, was sehr ungewohnt war, aber mit offener Tür ging es.

Très bel hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. Arrivée et départ autonomes via un système de code d'accès virtuel. Tout était bien sauf la ventilation et la climatisation qui sont énormément bruyants, bouchons recommandés pour dormir car il y a toujours un bruit de fond important. C'est le bémol principal, le reste est très bien.

I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would stay here again for sure. I would’ve enjoyed having my room tidied up each day. Example: having my bed made. I make my bed every day at home, but it’s nice when you pay for a hotel room to have it done for you as a treat. This was not done on this trip for me. Not sure why?

The suite was spotlessly clean and had all the basics needed to cook a meal or do laundry. We were so comfortable there, that we decided to stay an extra night even though it is a little pricey. Guest services were generally quick to respond to questions via email. They weren’t able to help us figure out how to operate the thermostat in the suite, but thankfully the on site front desk was able to come to the suite and help. Overall, I would be very excited to stay at the Steveston Waterfront again!

We had an issue at check in. They gave us the wrong room number and access code. When we entered the room, there was other people’s belongings already in there…kind of felt unsafe. How are we able to enter a room that was already occupied? Called customer service and was set up with a different room but the whole stay we wondered if people can just enter our room and steal our belongings. They were suppose to call me back with a response on why this happened but a week later I’m still waiting for the call. Just beware anyone might enter your room at anytime…

I loved everything about the Steveston Waterfront Hotel however the parking was a bit inconvenient. After calling the support number it turns out that Steveston Waterfront has two buildings, Port and Starboard and our ground level suite was in the Port but the secure underground parking is located in the Starboard building. Its a bit of a hike when you're hauling luggage. However, once I figured out that there is above ground parking right beside the Port building with 3 hr parking made it much handier to unload/load your luggage from that spot. You can park on the street after 6pm, otherwise its only 3 hr parking. Underground secure parking was $25/day; a bit pricey, wish it was included in hotel price but being from out of town didn't want to take a chance with my vehicle as I had a long journey ahead of me still. The support was very helpful and responded quickly. For some reason the digital code malfunctioned and I got locked out of our room briefly but a quick call to support resolved it with a backup code and all was good. The rooms are awesome, very clean and roomy and great location as very walkable distances for everything in Steveston. Having a kitchenette is a great too. I'd definitely stay there again. Its a beatiful place right on the water! Doesn't get bet than that!

Room was great, location was great but the customer service is completely unacceptable. When we checked out we forgot our diaper bag that had my wife’s purse in it. Had a lovely stay, very nice apartment and environment with lovely shops. Unfortunately the power was off for about 1,5 hrs so me and several other guests could not enter their apartment. However the staff was very friendly and did everything to solve the probleem as quick as possible.

The bayside neighborhood is so safe and quiet. The view of the bay/boardwalk was really nice and clean. If you are a walker or jogger, this is a place for you. Our condo was amazing. The host/staff was great. Oh, about the parking, we didn’t have trouble with street parking. Very safe and available.

Absolutely loved the Stevenson Waterfront Hotel. It had everything our family needed, including multi- room suites. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything is new, modern. It is walkable to restaurants, coffee houses, fresh fish sales right from the boats, and a nice wharf walk. Highly recommend.

Very impressive property. Quiet and clean. Unsure how long this has been in operation but everything is like new and almost like never been used. Fully functional and equipped kitchen was a big plus, we cooked a delicious meal with fresh seafood and ingredients just a short walk away.Used as a home base but wish we had more time to enjoy the location. Highly recommend!!

Great location for walking to downtown Steveston. Lots of shops and food choices. Very nice room with lots of amenities, including a washer and dryer. Remember to download the key app or save the code before entering the parkade, no cell service in the parkade.

Stayed here with my family for just one night but would thoroughly recommend. This is not your typical hotel in that you book and communicate online but the service is great. Really nice clean room with great amenities. The village is really nice too with coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket. Location great as right near the waterfront. As I mentioned, you communicate via email but guest services extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again and actually preferred to some fully staffed hotels I have stayed in for the same price. There is no bar or restaurant as that is not what this hotel is about but this is all available just down the street.

TV in the bedroom didnt work, no bathroom fan when showering made the place humid. Sent concerns to wherever the virtual staff are and got no reply. When someone gets a kitchen it usually means they will be cooking a few meals, it is not well equipped.. no food storage, not many dishes, old cheap utensils, no bread knife, etc. A nice modern place but not well thought out. There is no office, and no staff we saw onsite, only cleaners. Parking at the Starboard building was only 3 hour max in the surface lot outside our room so we chose to park underground for 25 bucks a day only to see an old beat up truck parked outside our room for 3 days. Again, no staff on it. The location is 10/10 and the room is ok but it is definitely a hotel with no staff not a well equipped condo. The view in the ad and the actual view from the room is deceiving.

The location was lovely, just a short walk away from the local town amenities, shops and restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped, modern and very clean. We appreciated the robes and coffee pods.
