처음에 배정된 방이 복층 구조에 너무 작아 업그레이드를 요청하였고, 호텔 상주 직원은 아주 친절하게 업그레이드를 해주었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 라면을 끓일 물과 젓가락 오프너등 많은 것들을 제공해주었습니다. 하지만 업그레이드 된 방에 히터가 제대로 작동하지 않았으며 우풍이 너무 심하여 저녁마다 샤워기로 따뜻한 물을 틀어 공기를 데펴야했습니다. 엘레베이터도 매우 좁아 캐리어와 사람이 한명만 들어갈 수 있습니다. 위치는 쇼핑거리 근처에 있어 샹젤리제와 광장이 가까웠지만 호텔의 상태가 전반적으로 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

We were pleased with the property. Excellent price for the location. It is only a few blocks away from Place Vendome, the Tuileries Gardens, and the Louvre. The rooms were clean, and staff was great. Rooms were a little small, but that is Paris for that price. The air wasn’t turned on, so it got a little warm in the room. Other than that, it was pleasant.

The historic property was decorated super modern on the inside. Very special. However, I was expecting a one bedroom apartment and this large room had no wall separating the bed area from the living room area. There was no kitchen, only a tiny refrigerator. The staff let me use the microwave behind the front desk.

While the location is good and the staff were nice, the room itself was not good at all. Small room with real safety hazards (window walls block movement specially near the bed and my wife and I hit our heads a few times, very painful) and security hazard (as there’s no door chain to secure the door from inside). Additionally, our room was on the 6th floor with elevator stopping on the 5th, so had to walk up in a very narrow staircase.

Breakfast was the only disappointment at this property (maybe it’s a French thing). Otherwise the 6th floor room was very quiet, though it required a climb of one flight of stairs from the 2-person elevator, that only reaches the 5th floor. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with AC that actually worked well. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Easy walk to the Louvre, and dining/shopping.

My room was number 64 on the 6th floor, and the ceiling was very low and close to the bed. I hit my head onto the ceiling on the first night of my stay. There was no warning sign or cushions for protection on the ceiling at all. I felt dizzy and I had to lay on the bed to recover. It was a terrible experience!

We had the Junior Suite and were on the top floor. We had 3 small balconies, which was lovely, a comfortable, double sized sofa bed and large queen sized bed that was lovely. The room was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. The area was perfect for exploring! If you like high fashion, you are in the right part of the city, all of the designer labels are within a 5 minute walk, so many restaurants and cafes also within a 5 minute walk as well as the Tulieres Jardins. I would definitely stay again.

The property failed to mention that the bathrooms are downstairs in your room. You have to go down a narrow stairs from the room to reach the bathroom. This is a major point that needs to be mentioned as not everyone has the mobility to take the stairs downstairs in their own room.

Great place to be, and the area was very central. Lovely and cozy hotel, with nice staff and all that you need. The decoration was so cool and carefully chosen. Great room, not too big, but very confortable. And we had a window direct to the street: nice touch. We didn´t try breakfast, but I really wanna go back to this place.

Room is small, but has everything you need, including a proper enclosed shower, but no coffee maker. The location is incredible. Steps away for the Jardin de Tuileries and the Concorde metro station. Surrounding shops and restaurants are high end and boutique, so have to walk a little ways to find a boulangerie or more reasonable food options, but this is the heart of the 1st arrondissement... Highly suggest staying here if this is your first visit to Paris; you get the full grandeur of the city. If you've been before and know the city, then other neighbourhoods might offer character and a new experience.

Lovely hotel room in cental Paris. Lovely staff especially the front desk and the really lovely lady at breakfast. For a three star hotel it does have some nice amenities such as water in room, slippers and nicely decorated. Only one tiny but could be big for others is housekeeping coming into room. Understandable the first time as they allowed me to check in few minutes early but in morning at 10.30 (checkout at 12) not so much. Need to communicate with front desk if guest has checked out.

So kind, responsive, and proactive— they really cared about making our stay lovely. I know/speak a bit of French (by no means fluent) and each staff member was understanding and communicated in English when we got to a bit of an impasse (so appreciated and I didn’t feel judged, nor uncomfortable). We loved our rooms, fabulous decor, great breakfast, stellar location, just a wonderful experience and I’m so happy we stayed here ❤️

Annie at the front desk in particular makes the hotel guests feel very welcome . The breakfast is a good value at $12, and easier than locating a Boulangerie nearby . We had a great three night stay as first time travellers to Paris. The hotel staff were very friendly, the room and bathroom were clean and the location was fantastic (close to the metro station and in walking distance of many sights a restaurants). Breakfast is not included but offered for an additional €12 and is a nice continental style breakfast to start the day. Water pressure was quite good by European standards and the neighborhood feels quite safe. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is excellently located, with a wide range of shops in the surrounding area. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and attentive. The mattress I slept on was very firm; I am unsure whether this was due to wear or because it was not suited to my personal needs. I requested two duvets to place on top of the mattress to improve my comfort, and my request was promptly fulfilled. The bathroom has had better days. The tiles were a dark brown marble that was heavily etched from cleaning making it look dirty al the time. The spray mounting bar was very loose. The wardrobe frame was cracked. It looked like someone had a very bad temper tantrum in the room. The 12 euro breakfast was basic. There was a fridge which was good. The staff were great and overall our stay was good.
