A short 2 night stay but perfect room for me and my daughter as a place to get our heads down at night as we were barely in the hotel. Staff at the desk really friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Was also able to leave our luggage safely before getting our eurostar back later in the day. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Paris

Disappointed that there was no condiments i.e. kettle, tea bags, coffee etc. in the room, I had to ask the receptionist and to my surprise he only offered a kettle, cups, and tea bags, they had no milk? I had to go the the local supermarket and buy my own. This is the first time staying in an hotel where no refreshment provisions in the room, If it was a question that it was simply missed from our room (I suspect it was not) as common courtesy I would have thought the reception would have retrieve some milk from their kitchen after all I paid £183 for one night with breakfast, (strangely there was plenty of milk on offer there) I expected some better service than just brushed off. If this is a standard service from this hotel then it should be degraded to one star. Although The hotel was clean and reasonable the no show of the condiments and lack of provisions spoiled the day, hence the low ratings.

Hotel ótimo, a poucos passos (cerca de 20) da estação Argentine. A localização é muito boa, a uma curta caminhada do Arco do Triunfo, e com algumas opções no bairro de restaurante, padaria, pequeno mercado e café. Quarto e banheiro reformados. O espaço do 602 é bem grande para o padrão parisiense, e ainda desfruta de uma varanda nesse andar. Banheiro pequeno mas funcional. Recomendo apenas ter um porta toalha de rosto próximo a pia. Como há espaço suficiente no quarto, falta um suporte para malas. A cama é confortável mas afunda um pouco onde deita. Na média o quarto é muito bom. Elevador pequeno mas atende aos poucos quartos que o hotel possui. Café da manhã no nível inferior com boas opções, mas sem muitas opções de queijo e não há ovo, mas o restante é ótimo.

While a bit dated in some ways, the hotel is in a great spot when it comes to access and location. A short walk takes you right to the Arc de Triomphe and options for riding the Paris Metro. Several options for dining nearby, too. One weird thing: you have to turn in your room key when you go out, and they don't even check your ID when you come back and ask for your key. No great views from the balcony, but for the price it's not a bad option at all when staying in Paris.

I am genuinely glad we found and stayed at this Hotel Fertel Etoile. Staff: Each and every hotel staff we came across was incredibly nice & helpful. Property: The property was clean, in a great location 8 minute walk to Arc Du Triomphe, 20 minute walk to Trocadero Square. Located off of a main road with metro station on corner, buses, & plenty of cafe's/restaurants. Grocery store on the same street of the hotel. The location is also quiet & safe. A truly pleasant location. Room: The room was decent size, considering it is Paris, and had a large bed, closet & drawer for clothes, a safe for valuables, a work station with a desk & chair, recently renovated bathroom (good shower head and drainage), & air conditioning that worked beautifully which was super considering it was 28 - 30 degrees Celsius. There is no fridge, kettle, or iron / ironing board in the room; however, this is noted in the details when booking and if you ask the front desk - you will have within a minute. No hassle. Last, the door locking system is old with actual keys that they attach to big heavy objects - presumably to prevent guests going out with keys to only lose them. As a result, they request all guests to leave the keys at the front desk on their way out. The front desk is 24/7 & it was seamless this system. Overall all great hotel for the price!

The hotel is spotelss and very convenient for the Metro (Argentine) and walking around the Etoile area. The staff are very kind and helpful. The only issue with the facilities is the towels, which need to be changed. Overall, it is a superb hotel and we will stay again.

The hotel did provide Kettle for boiling water altho' they gave me one to use after I asked for it. There were 2 glasses in the room, no kettle and nothing else to make coffee and tea. Such a pricey hotel but no such amenitiy like this. The street paved with cobbled stones and on an inclined slope. Very close to the Metro and Arc de Triomphe. Overall, I had a nice stay but I'd probably look for a different hotel next time I go back to Paris.

Staff was extremely friendly and was able to help in English. Hotel is clean & bed is very firm. Nice window that opens to courtyard to let in fresh air but is not noisy. I slept with the window open each night & enjoyed it. I do not believe the hotel has AC so be mindful if you have issues with that. The hotel is very well located: 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and 10 munute walk to the RER C & M lines (these will take you direct to Eiffel Tower or Palais Royale/Louvre). I highly recommend as it very reasonably priced for the great location.

Very nice property. We only stayed 2 nights but it was perfect. Very close to the Arc de Triomphe. We walked to the Eiffel tower, the louvre, and the seine river from the hotel. We also took a taxi to Versailles. There is a nice view from the terrace and the windows and doors are sound proof. Very clean.

I stayed at the Hotel Fertel Etoile for three nights. It is located a short walk away from the Arc De Triomphe and the Avenue des Champs-Élysées shopping district, while also having lots of eateries, supermarkets and services even closer. It is near a Metro and train stop and was easy to get to from across the city. I stayed in a twin room and the only concern was that the bedding on one bed was dirty and was promptly changed once staff were notified. The staff were always respectful, courteous and helpful and the breakfast offerings were nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those wanting to stay in Paris near a central area and well known landmark.

De bedden waren echter keihard, de vering was voelbaar en na een dag veel lopen helpt nachtrust vaak, maar na een nacht in dit bed voelde je je niet heel uitgerust. The place is really quite. I can not hear hardly any noises and the hotel is very close to the downtown so that many hot spots for the tourist is in working distance. Even thoug your destination can not be reached on foor, a subway station is just around coner. Only one thing that I am not satisfied is that the hotel is not spacious.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito rude, à recepção começamos tendo um check in confuso e seco, na manhã seguinte, no café da manhã, não nos deixaram sentar onde queríamos e ficavam batendo papo super alto, quando pedimos na noite posterior um segundo lençol para nos cobrir, a resposta da recepcionista foi que poderíamos aumentar a temperatura do ar condicionado e não teria nenhum lençol para nós. Na área do café da manhã (o qual tinha uma boa oferta, porém não tão boa qualidade) era quente e abafado. O ponto positivo era a localização e o fato dos quartos serem um pouco maiores que o usual de Paris.

The location was fantastic - about 2 minutes walk away from Argentine metro station which meant quick and easy transport around the city. I also loved how close the hotel was to the Arc de Triomphe as the sight of it never fails to make me smile. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and, travelling as on my own as a woman, I felt safe at all times during my visit.

Fantastic hotel and perfect location on a small quiet street – it’s just a few steps from Argentine station and less than a five minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe which makes navigation easy. Room was clean and comfortable, very safe, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I can’t wait to visit Paris again, and when I do I will 100% be rebooking at l’Hôtel Fertel Etoile! the property location is perfect, half a block away to a metro station, bakery, restaurants with several options to choose. Walking distance to Arc de triomphe and champs -elysees, the staff is very helpful, they have a breakfast option which is good and convenient. the next time I'll go to Paris I will stay there.

Great location! The arch was steps away and the walk to the Eiffel Tower was just over half hour. Very close to train station and subway making it easy to get in and out of town. The train from the airport was easy to navigate to here. Room was clean and staff were great! We would stay again!

Matelas hyper dur. J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à dormir et au eu mal au dos une partie de la journée. Ce n’est pas ce que j’attendais d’une nuit en 3 étoiles. Petit dej en sous sol surchauffé,le café était très mauvais et il fallait payer un supplément pour avoir des œufs.
