Highly recommend the breakfast option. Room was clean and located in the center of activity. Staff were very kind and helpful. Located within 3 blocks of about 50 restaurants and shops. Bus 69 can take you to the main visitor sites and it stops just a block from the hotel.

This was not a three star hotel. Very shabby. Broken air conditioning with a laminated note that had clearly been there for ages saying it was out. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep and found a different hotel. They said they would be in touch to process the refund as they couldn’t do it without a manger but we have yet to be contacted days later and have had to reach out.

Simple but adequate room: you get what you pay for. But first night a ceiling water leak near the toilet. Dripping every 5 seconds, audible even through the closed door (and you hear the neighbors snore). Reported it in the morning. Passed by during the day and asked if it was fixed: confirmed: returned at 10pm: nothing done, leak still dripping: complained to the front desk :Reply "Not my problem, I am not going to apologize for it, fully booked nothing can be done: want free breakfast to get you out off your bad mood?" What kind of customer service is that. The next day it was fixed but they still denied it ever happened.

In considering the exceptional VALUE of this place we have got to give 5 stars. Amazing staff, best location, house keeping was on the ball. Definitely will be back! This was my first time in Paris so I have nothing to compare it to so here’s why to expect: Rooms are small— this has to be a high rent area so to be expected. We liked having everything in reach and we’re not at all bothered by this Room was pretty moist. It rained everyday the week we were there so again… to be expected Really a wonderful stay at a bargain price
