I don’t recommend this hotel as you can find better one with this price ! Very impolite personal ! Very little rooms and elevator are broken ! Reception only say I’m sorry ! Their breakfast is also very subtle !

Please DON’T STAY HERE if you have any breathing issues like asthma. We arrived for a 3 night-stay in Paris and paid almost €1000 for a family room. When we entered the room for the first time, the heater was turned off and it was -2 outside, so the room was freezing cold when we got inside. The manager didn’t speak English, making it difficult to communicate properly. This, plus the dirtiness of the room, as you can see by the photos, caused me an asthma attack. I had to take medications and it really ruined my trip to Paris. The room was not only dirty, but the heater didn’t work properly. The bathroom was always freezing cold, as there was only a small old heater with a timing inside, making it impossible to shower without discomfort. The staff also didn’t really seem to be interested in customer satisfaction as well. No one asked how was our stay, nor if we were facing any problems. Please reconsider booking a room at this hotel. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

We stayed for a conference and chose this hotel for its great location and decent affordability for accommodating 3 adults. The hotel is located on a quiet street with several good restaurants and a great market with fresh product nearby. Our room was a bit tight for 3, but we made it work. The bathroom shower is not made for tall people (e.g. anyone taller than 5’6”, and I am 6’2”…). The breakfast area was nice, but also small and difficult to find a seat in the morning. The staff was nice and helpful, but the elevator was not, as it broke down twice during our 6 nights (once with someone stuck in it!). Overall, it was a decent place to stay for a few nights.

Go to paris and be 3 streets below the Arche De Triomphe is great. The area Ternes has excellent dining options close to metro great shopping all around. Bakeries and Cafes Galore. The hotel is on a quiet side street. The breakfast is complete and easy. The rooms are quite small, the upholstered walls could be redone. The shower cabin bearly fits a large American. The bed and the sheets are nice. For the Value I highly recommend this hotel. You can’t be in a better part of Paris for that price with an elevator and AC.

Excellent location. Fantastic food options just steps away. Rooms are quite small and dated. However, extremely clean with excellent air conditioning. I would stay again but with a higher room category based on location and cleanliness.

The property is in a good area for shopping and restaurants. The facility had some areas in disrepair. For 3.5 hours we had no power. Therefore no tv, no shower, no lights, etc. it was a two block power outage but not even an offer of a complimentary breakfast for inconvenience.

The heaters did not work, it was 37f and no other option was offered. The front desk employee at night tried to help but could not do anything about it nor offer another room. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel a short walk from Champs-Élysée. Clean and tidy. Typical Paris-hotel with small but cosy rooms. Only minus was the breakfast area that was poorly planned and way too small. Plus the staff was pretty unefficient there.

Room was a little outdated and location is not the best. Not close to attractions or transportation. You can walk to the arch of the triumph but it is complicated. The shower didn’t have a full door so the water spilled and got the floor wet every time we showered. The toilet was too close to the wall with a window that was not completely sealed and made the toilet very cold. Other than that. I like that they have a lift. The room was clean and good size.

Maybe there was repair going on… I could hear drilling sound. The shower booth was not completely sealed therefore some water splashed out of the bath tub. The room was small but cozy and comfortable and staff were friendly.

Établissement très proche des transports en commun, ainsi que des restaurants, boutiques , épicerie ... Également proche à pieds des Champs-Elysées Travaux très bruyant sur la façade a partir de 8h30 et mauvaise insonorisation des chambres car on entend les voisins quand ils parlent sur le palier Je ne trouve pas que cet hôtel mérite 3 étoiles, 2 étoiles serait plus adapté à l'établissement. Ceci dit il reste un hôtel plus que correct pour un séjour dans la capitale

Emplacement ideal à Paris pour tous faire, dans un quartier encore protégé.Petit marché en bas de l'hotel tous les jours, rue silencieuse, je recommande. Receptioniste de nuit persone d'un certain age, trés pro et vraiment sympa. La personne croisé à la reception le dimanche matin jour du départ est trés loin d'être courtoise et flirt avec les limites de l'impolitesse. Durant ce week end le pyjamas de mon épouse a disparue, personne n'est informé......c'est loin d^'être un soucis, surtout pour le réceptionniste du dimanche.. Enfin c'est bientôt noel...j'ai au moins une idée cadeau...

I will never forget Hotel Niel and would return to this hotel. The staff was very nice. All of them. They treated me like I was a human and that will never be forgotten. I was exhausted when I arrived and I was prepared to sit in the lobby until check in. They let me check in early without charging me extra. The breakfast was nice and filling. One day I lost my nice pen. Did not even realize I had lost it. They found me two days later and handed me my pen. I was shocked. I needed to heat my food and they let me use the microwave. I was traveling solo and this hotel felt very safe. The neighborhood is walkable and near everything! Nice cafes and supermarkets around. Everything I wanted and more. I would stay here over and over again. It felt like home in another country.

This hotel is a prime example of shady hotels to avoid in Paris. Only focus is on gauging the most money from customers. The customer service is by far the worst we experienced with very arrogant staff at the desk refusing to make any change to booking few hours after booking. If you want a good experience, there are hundreds of others. We ended up falling for the proximity to tourist areas factors and ended up being a steep price.

With the exception of Painkaj, the desk staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude. Felt like they hate tourists! Housekeeping was excellent. Little chicken rotisserie across the street fantastic!

Absolutely loved our stay. Stayed in the middle of the Olympics but it was silent in our 2nd floor room. The room itself was a perfect size for a couple with a cute view of the rooftops and garden below. 7 minute walk to the arc de triomphe and metro lines underneath. Great markets right outside the hotel and an Aldi with everything you’d need for a stay. Tons of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Perfect stay.

The airline cancelled our flight and we had to find another hotel. Hotel Neil had a room and we liked the fact it was in a different district than where we had been staying. The room was on the top floor. Very Parisian looking. Very small but we found a lot of hotel rooms in Paris are small. The staff was nice. Breakfast was very nice choices for 12euro. The hotel was on a quiet street. It was a 15 min. Walk to Arc de Triomphe. Bed was a bit lumpy but we slept well .

A perfect location for our Parisienne experience and the Arc de Triomphe is just around the corner. The staff are very gracious and accommodating. The 17th arrondisement has everything there's to offer and the Metro is well within walking distance to take you everywhere you need to go.

Localização é boa, metrô próximo, ruas próximas com restaurantes, padarias, lojas de frutas, farmácia e mercado. Ponto negativo foi a falta do frigobar no quarto. Isso é essencial. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure to stay at hotel Niel. The rooms are comfortable and have a good size for Paris. The location is really nice, in a street not too busy, at a few minutes walk of the Arc de Triomphe. Around the corner, there a street with cafés, shops and (fruit) market with a very nice market vibe every day.
