The room was nice justca little small. The elevator was very small but guess you can't have everything. Breakfast was great. Nice restaurant near by I eat their duck special forv3 days it was that good! Lol

Nice room and bathroom, very clean. Due to the age of the building, it has great character, but lift very small and stairs a little steep, but not a problem.

Ok, so i did have to recharge the room key but no biggie quick jaunt down the stairs and always met but friendly staff ( morning noon or night). Kids had buffet each day and set them up for the day.. only negative by the time they were hungry it was after 2pm. Room was advertised nice clean and perfect for 3 visitors to crash after exploring Paris. Passy is awesome a rest bite from the madding crowds and only 2km easy walk to the eiffel tower or vantage points for night sparky views. Out of 10 a 9.5 (would have liked more pillows.. and the 0.5 is probably against me as too tired to ask)

Lo bueno: muy cerca De la Torre Eiffel y Trocadero, una zona muy tranquila y segura. Su personal muy atento, el desayuno es muy buena opción porque hay buena variedad de alimentos. Hay muy buena limpieza en las habitaciones diariamente. Lo malo: el hotel está adaptado dentro de un edificio muy antiguo, la escalera es muy pequeña y de caracol y el elevador es pequeñito solo para una persona y una maleta, se descompone con mucha facilidad, el sistema de key cards para abrir las puertas de las habitaciones se desprograma diariamente, era una lata bajar al lobby por las escaleras o el elevador tan pequeño. Necesitan renovar sus secadoras de cabello, están a punto de quemarse.

Quiet little hotel in the heart of the Passy neighborhood. Calm surrounding areas, staff at the desk polite and attentive. Eiffel Tower is walkable, about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the route (we had to divert a few times because streets were blocked for the Olympics). Plenty of little shops and botiques in the area. Easy to get an Uber to get around. The elevator is tiny, which is common for Europe, so be aware of that if you are from the States. We didnt eat at the hotel but it looked good for the price. Gladly would go back!

This hotel as described by Expedia was a sham. The address given was incorrect. 4 Rue de Masenet was an empty building probably the original Best Western. 5 Rue Masenet was across the street and they explained that they were th. BW Trocadero. The street was fully under construction. we had to drag our bags to the tiny entrance. I can't explain every thing in this space. 646-522-9607is my number, feel free to call. The extra large room shown in the Expedia photo was not even close to what we wound up with. We had to literally live out of our suitcases. It was awful. The photo Expedia showed had to large windows. This room had one small double door leading to a very small terrace right over the loud dirty construction. Coming in at night there were no lights on the street and we tripped on the broken sidewalk more than once. I travel often and this booking was the worst experience overall I ever experienced.

We needed a room for three, and this hotel came through with a queen bed and two singles for a reasonable price. The bathroom was large, with two sinks. Everything was spotless. I had read some complaints about the tiny elevator, but it holds one person and one suitcase -- if you need more, make several trips! The staff was kind and welcoming.

Great location close to Monoprix grocery and exceptional bakeries and restaurants. Located in a high-end retail and residential area so didn't feel touristy. Room was a good size with nice, large, comfortable bed. We had 2 extra beds set up for the children but still had plenty of room to move around. Our rear room overlooked pleasant interior courtyard gardens. Room was quiet (no traffic noise) but unfortunately can hear plumbing and hairdryer in next room's bathroom. Staff were friendly. A few irritating niggles that I wouldn't expect of a 4 star hotel lost the hotel points from us such as: plug sockets not all able to charge phones properly, dirty carpet seemed not to have been shampooed in a long time, erratic replenishing of bathroom sundries and a lose, cheap quality toilet seat! We won't return as didn't blow us away and was relatively expensive for what we got. But give it a go if you get a good deal!

Great location, easy 10 minute stroll to Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro, with lots of cafes and restaurants plus metro. Good size family room, easily accommodated 2 full size single beds for children and very comfortable plus a queen size bed, didn’t feel cramped. Nice bathroom, bath, shower and double sink. Fresh towels daily and friendly staff. Will stay here again.

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the tourist attractions, e.g. 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. There are also shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes within 5 minutes, even McDonald’s. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is nice, for the price point you can’t beat this. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The cleanliness and the staff's attention is terrible. They only make the bed, they don't clean the bathroom, and they don't pick up the trash from the room, except if it's food. I stayed there for 9 nights and from the first day I dropped a piece of paper on the floor and it remained there every day, despite the fact that I asked the lobby staff to clean it properly and change the sheets, which never happened.

Chambre un peu petite mais très propre je conseil vivement juste dommage pour la femme de ménage qui n’arrête pas d’essayer d’ouvri la porte sa m’a beaucoup soûler et le fais qu’on m’a demandé 5 en espèces pour les taxe et que dé jour plus tard j’ai étais prélevé 5 €

(1) Room WAY TOO SMALL for 4 grown adults. (Not as in promotional pictures). Hardly any room to walk about for an adult. Asked to be moved. Hotels.com refused and refused any refund. (2) Absolutely no HOT WATER on our first night. Hotel had to restart boiler and we were told to wait (3) Queen bed were 2 singles pushed together (4) Guest bed broken on arrival (5) No toiletries (as stated) on arrival (6) No robes (as stated) on arrival

방음이 좀 안되고 엘베가 엄청 작아요. 파리 호텔이 다 그렇죠 머… 깨끗하고 스탭들은 친절합니다. 침대도 괜찮고 화장실도 넓고 욕조 있는것도 좋았어요. 다만 목욕가운이 없고 어메니티가 약하다는거 정도? 면봉 없어요 ㅋ

I had a good stay here, but I’m glad I chose the executive room… some of the standard rooms are so small that there is barely any room to move around the bed… the door almost bangs into the bed when you open it.

Horrid service for check-in. Woman who checked us in was extremely RUDE. Hotel is over priced, I had many issues, asked to speak to a Manager on 4 separate occasion and my request was completely ignored. Got to the hotel 12:30 pm early, was told room would be ready for 2 pm. Walked around Paris until 2pm and went back to hotel only to be rudely told room was not ready. We didnt get into a room until 3 pm. The room I paid for on Expedia was not the room I was given either. I paid for the larger room for 3 people and was given a room with a double bed and a cot for 3 people. Manager totally ignored my requests regarding my room and the way we were being treated!. Paid for breakfast only to be told by the front desk staff breakfast is FREE. Yet Expedia robbed me more money by charging me for breakfast that was free??? I do not recommend!

The location is accessible. Near to metro, near Eiffel tower, near to high street, near to grocery.with bakery around the corner.The room was great. The bed was very comfee. The stairs is nice.Lift is available but will fit 1 person and luggage only.But not a problem we only use it to take luggages.Overall its a great hotel and we will book again if we go back to paris.

Our first time in Paris and couldn’t be happier with my choice of hotel. I traveled with my 11 year old daughter, we walk up and down the city including late nights and felt super safe in the area we stayed in. A few steps from the hotel there is mall with a big supermarket which was convenient. Shops every where, restaurants and whatnot. About 10 min walk to trocadero where you have a great Eiffel Tower view and about 30 min walk to Arc of Triumph. The hotel was cozy, clean, staff very cordial. I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel :)

Great location, easy 10 minute stroll to Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro, with lots of cafes and restaurants plus metro. Good size family room, easily accommodated 2 full size single beds for children and very comfortable plus a queen size bed, didn’t feel cramped. Nice bathroom, bath, shower and double sink. Fresh towels daily and friendly staff. Will stay here again.

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the tourist attractions, e.g. 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. There are also shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes within 5 minutes, even McDonald’s. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is nice, for the price point you can’t beat this. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We stayed at this location during the time of the Olympics. This was by far one of the quietest and safest locations in the city. We were a very convenient walk to the Trocadéro. We had access to two wonderful Metro lines. We had wonderful shopping and eateries on rue de Passy. The site and absolutely quiet to city noise. We could hear some of our fellow residents at times but otherwise the hotel was perfect. Staff were kind and attentive and rooms were very clean! We had ample space for our family of four.

Não recomendo o hotel. Apesar da beleza arquitetônica e da boa localização, o quarto onde me hospedei com meus dois filhos foi muito pequeno e, ao usar o chuveiro, molhava-se boa parte do banheiro. O elevador é bastante antigo e minúsculo (com capacidade p apenas 3 pessoas mas dependendo do porte físico da pessoa já ocupa todo o espaço). Café da manhã com poucas opções (encontrei um iogurte fora da validade).

We loved the decor especially in the lobby and dining area. We also had a fairly good amount of space in the room for a centrally located hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and there was always hot water. All of the staff were very pleasant and a special note to our breakfast attendant who knew our room number and beverage preference by heart after the first day.

Amazing!!! The hotel is in a beautiful and safe location, next to a shopping street but in a quiet area. So close to tour eiffel and the metro station. The room is small but gorgeous and extremely clean, the best is the personnel. They were so kind and nice, thanks for an amazing stay!!! we will be back
