Helt ok Ligger lite stökigt till vid Gare Montparnasse men kändes ändå säkert. Personalen var ok - kvällspersonal bättre. Inte så vidare service. Saknade en bar på hotellet. Fin inredning - gullig innergård. Extremt lyhörda rum - inte mot gatan men mellan rum och våningar. Rummet litet men i bra skick och städ gjorde bra jobb.

What surprised us was, our room was on the fith floor through the fire exit door and through 2 more doors really closed together We almost couldn't find it, a bit uncomfortable going through two door 3 feet apart with luggage

Great location near train and metro station. Really spacious and blight room, very rare in Paris. The room was clean and bathroom was perfect. Wifi and shower worked well. Good bed. Breakfast was rather ordinary but competitively priced. Elevator was old and a little wobbly,. Nonetheless, overall it was such a good stay and would love to stay here again.

Check - in ok. Location gut.Leider war das WLAN sehr schlecht. Zimmerreinigung hätte besser sein können. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Konnte Nachbar im anderen Zimmer hören, und denn Lärm von draussen. Check - out unfreundlich war die ganze Zeit am Telefon, keine Nachfrage wie es uns gefallen hat, kein Dankeschön und kein Verabschieden. Shuttle-Service von und zum Flughafen war nicht vorhanden, war jedoch vermerkt bei der Buchung und der Beschreibung vom Hotel.

This small hotel is conveniently situated. It has double glazing, elevator, air conditioning with controls in the room. It is quiet and comfortable, with a reasonable sized room. The wifi is good. There are a lot of good restaurants of a variety of cuisines close by, also a Metro station, several supermarkets, Boulangerie, post office, Montparnasse station. The beds were comfortable. Suggest bringing a double adapter if you like to charge your phone by the bed, as there is only one power point, used by the bedside lamp. Staff are friendly and helpful and very professional and pleasant. Would stay again.

Property was very convenient for transport, shopping and restaurants. Daytime reception staff very helpful. Rooms were dated but very clean. Could have done with daily drinking water in the room. Travelled with daughter and grandchildren. Very small lift available but hard to manoeuvre to the family rooms with pram and luggage. But that's a minor detail. Very good stay overall.

The rooms were a good size and staff were good. Had all facilities required in the rooms, but walls are very thin, so room can be very noisy. Lift is very small too, so utilised the stairs quite a bit. Might need to allow time for this if unable to take the stairs.

Lovely, quiet hotel that is steps away from the Metro and great restaurants. Good service - the rooms feel typically Parisian and the staff did a deep clean every day. We would happily stay here again!

The shower area is dirty. There’s mold on the wall or tiles at the shower and on the floor. The location is the only thing that’s count convenient to the train station. It’s too pricey for the condition of the cleanliness of the shower.

Service underbar. Mycket trevliga i receptionen och hjälpsamma! Rummet är ljudisolerat mot gatan men inte mot trapphus/andra rum. Det lät nästan som grannarna var i vårat rum. Många utrymmen har inte blivit städade på ett tag och det syndes. Gula fläckar på kuddarna var mindre trevligt.

The room did not look anything like the website. We stayed in a club room which was suppose to have view of the city. True room was facing an old derelict multi-storey car park looking building. It says the rooms are sound proof but we could hear people walking in the hallway. The room was really small. The shower was of poor standard and not maintained well. Th O say the description of the room was exaggerated is an understatement. The bed was comfy which was a surprise. Will defo at Ely not stay here again.

The room was a little small for three people, and we could hear footsteps from the floor above, but overall we had a comfortable stay. We were happy to receive a welcome drink for three people. They also kindly accommodated our luggage storage after check-out. The hotel reminded me of the one I stayed at when I first came to Paris over 30 years ago, and it brought back memories.

The lobby was renovated and is nice; however, the rooms appeared old and didn't provide much amenities, one bottle for both shampoo and body wash and no moisturizer. Just an average hotel, small and not as comfortable. the staff were not friendly and seemed bothered when asked questions.

The hotel was clean, but everything about the experience felt just average at best. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, and the mini fridge barely worked – not ideal for even a short stay. To make matters worse, we were locked out and had to wait outside for a while because no one was at the front desk. When someone finally showed up, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. There were also some missing basics you’d expect in any modern room: no USB outlets or sockets to charge your phone, and only one trash bin – located in the bathroom. For a longer stay, that’s just not practical. We weren’t expecting luxury, but for the price, the service and amenities were underwhelming. I split my time between Paris and other cities in France, so I’m familiar with the hotel landscape. Just prior to this, we stayed at La Valiz in Lille, where we were treated like five-star guests. The contrast was striking. This hotel might suffice for a quick overnight, but if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, or even basic customer service, you’d be better off spending your money elsewhere. I had a wonderful stay. The staff were accommodating and always available. The one gentleman (I believe his name was Victor), who worked the overnight shift was extremely helpful in answering my questions and providing directions to get around the city. His customer service was exceptional. The room was clean and the hotel is located walking distance from most attractions. I would recommend this stay for others.

The Hotel Waldorf is a great place to stay if you are looking for these things - fun neighborhood central to everything by metro and outside the overcrowded tourist area. We got everywhere in 15-30 minutes with super easy metro rides. The staff is really wonderful, especially Anna. They have air conditioning!!! That is a huge plus. We elected to eat at the local Boulangerie every morning but the breakfast they offered smelled great. You won’t get a huge room but that seems to be the case in Europe and who stays in the room other than to sleep anyway. The lobby is cute and a nice place for a drink and a macron. We really enjoyed our stay there and the price is right!

We had a water leak in the bathroom from the bathroom above. The personnel did not want to deal with this properly and gave us no new room.it was an old issue as the ceiling looked bad from the beginning. It should have never been rented out. Employees did not seem to understand proper French or English and when there was someone they just seemed annoyed about our complain. Hotel otherwise would have been great . Very disappointing it caused unnecessary stress.

The staff was very nice, but the walls are paper thin. I could beds squeeking upstairs, and walls banging next door. It is very loud at night due to there is bar directly next door. However location to the Metro is convenient

The hotel is well located.The staff is friendly. breadfast was good. Hotel room has the minimum and very small, is good for two people, but n ot for three. The bathtub is too high if you have mobility issues or are too big. the glass only cover half of the tub.
