Overall the hotel was okay. The rooms are really small and tight. We had multiple suitcases so it was difficult to move around. On our last day there, an elevator was out of service so it took forever to get down to the bottom to leave for the airport.

In der nähe des Hotels gibt es jede Menge Einkaufs- und Essens möglichkeiten. Das Hotel bietet die Möglichkeiten das Gepäck vor und nach dem Check-In dort einzulagern. Dies ist jedoch gegen Aufpreis. Hierzu befinden sich im Keller 3 Self Storage Boxen für die Koffer (siehe Bilder). Die Preise betragen pro Fach jeweils 2€ oder 3€. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Es gab u.a. jeden morgen frisch gebackene Mini Croissant und Schokobrötchen. A nice, clean hotel, quite close to the train station. Aircon, double glaze windows, facility to fill your water bottles in the reception, excellent cleaning, very nice breakfast, airy and spacious. A real find! The only drawback being the side streets to Gare du Nord. Not very safe. And some staff being reluctant to speak English and seeming a bit uninterested in their guests. But other than that - very good!

the room itself was ok for the price i paid except for the substantial amount of mould in the bathroom. the staff were not very helpful, i had asked beforehand if there was luggage storage or early check in available and had no response. when i got there i was told i could use the storage unit in the car park which was down several flights of stairs and required cash which i was not warned about. the lifts were also out of order and none of the staff were helping any of the guests to carry their luggage up the stairs. there was also no milk at the coffee station as i was told they do not provide this for guests.

This hotel is located by the two main train stations which is helpful if you are on the Eurostar or other train. And while I understand no one goes to an Ibis expecting a high level of service this place is bad even by that standard. Hundreds of euro per night for a hotel that smells variously like mold, dirty carpet, vinegar or cigarettes depending on where you stand. The windows open, which you open expecting some form of relief but the street is so loud it quickly becomes a choice between sleeping at all or breathing. The carpets are atrocious. Neither of the drains in the bathroom drained well. There is no kettle in the room or coffee anywhere. They have what can only be described as farcical “kettle station” in the lobby bring your own everything else. You know what absolutely no one wants to do? Go down to the lobby to stand in line to use a kettle to make bad instant coffee. There is no iron, the hair dryer is from 1972, they charge to hold your bags. It’s a hotel that openly and aggressively trolls you for expecting that €200 might allow you the basic amenities you’d expect from a hotel literally anywhere else in the world. Do not stay here.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis war super. Dennoch gab es Kleinigkeiten die nicht so schön waren! Es gab keine Klobürste im Bad und auch die Baden konnte man nicht, das sich der Stöpsel nicht schließen ließ. Leider stand auch kein Mülleimer zur Verfügung, lediglich im Bas gab es einen kleinen Mülleimer. Desweiteren haben wir leider Haare im Waschbecken sowie im Bett gefunden :-( Bettlaken und Bettwäsche waren aber fleckenfrei und man konnte beruhigt die Nacht darin verbringen. :-) Frühstück war ausreichend und man wird auch satt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am sonsten waren wir Top zufrieden.

The room was clean and comfortable though basic. Better air conditioning would be welcome. One thing I wish the room had was a small fridge. All in all, it worked for us and I would stay there again.

We booked this hotel because of its location being in close proximity to the gare du nord train station. However we felt a little unsafe walking in and around the area. No wonder the hotel locks the front doors (albeit a good thing). Rooms are teeny tiny with no luggage space, no mini fridge and the bathroom was so cramped I had to sit sideways in the toilet...unless I wanted my face right up against the wall. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Vi fikk sjekket inn før tiden og herren i frokostsalen var sjarmerende og ga oss en god start på dagen hver dag. Lyd-tette rom. Fremsto ganske nytt. Vi bodde i 7. etasje med utsikt til Sacré-Cœur. Kort avstand til flere metro-stasjoner. Bor her gjerne igjen!

Ottima colazione e posizione strategica nei pressi Gare du nord e Gare de l'est. La metro si trova a 200 metri e permette di muoversi comodamente a Parigi. Fra i lati negativi le dimensioni troppo piccole delle stanze, va bene per massimo 2/3 notti. In reception fanno pagare il deposito bagagli ma per fortuna non abbiamo avuto questo problema. Il check out è alle 12 ma già in mattinata disattivano il badge, attenzione.

We loved this property and will be back. Its convenient to transportation, lots of dining and shopping options surround it. The room was clean and the staff so welcoming and helpful. There are no frills/toiletries and for those coming from the US no face towels or wash clothes but thats to be expected in most of europe. Well worth the price for the convenience of the location.

Very good location near Gare du Nord and where we needed to be based. Far from central Paris and main tourist areas but for us, visiting friends in the area was great. Clean and really lovely staff. Room was small, not much surface space to put our things. Room could be updated but was clean.

Near Gare du Nord which is convenient but the area is sketchy and does not feel safe at night. Staff were not friendly - stood in the lobby waiting to check in and they ignored us for a good five minutes before finally acknowledging that we were there. Our room was very hot and they did not turn on the AC.

Convenient - an easy short walk to a metro station, which means you are minutes away from all the main attractions. Very clean and very quiet room - important for a good sleep. Amazing breakfast - a very highly recommended addition. Friendly and helpful staff. Very happy - I will definitely consider the place for my next stay in Paris.

Passage en solo à paris, sejour très agrable dans cet hôtel, la chambre est propre et confortable, un vrai petit cocon. Salle d'eau propre et fonctionnelle. Je souligne le calme fort apprécié. Le personnel est souriant, avenant. Mention spécial pour le petit déjeuner. Salle espacée, un choix plus que suffisant en pain, viennoiserie, céréales, plat chaud, confitures et j'en passe, mention ++ pour le thé en privenance du palais des thés dans des grands pots à faire soit même, pas de thé en sachet.
