This was my first trip to Paris and my husband's second trip. The "Miiro Le Grand Hotel Cayre'" was gorgeous. Everything I dreamed of and more. It's a Beautiful place to stay. The decor is very French. My daughter recommended it. She had stayed here before, and loved it. It was charming, and since then has been renovated, and is even better now. Once we arrived we were greeted by Raphael, a nice friendly gentleman. He offered us two seats in the lovely lobby. Unlike other hotels where you stand at the counter to check in. Here you're seated in two chairs in front of a desk. Such a nice touch after a long day of traveling. He graciously explained all the services offered, answered a few questions, and gave us our room key. Our room was as expected very pretty, clean with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower. The room looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The staff were amazing. Friendly, always helpful and very professional. Everyone spoke English. Max and Yennis the two gentlemen that worked at the main bar were fun and fabulous. They made the Best Latte Coffees in the morning, and cocktails in the evenings. We enjoyed talking with them. Annette's restaurant in the hotel lobby was elegant and the food is delightful. Every meal was delicious. The manager Lionel was so nice and welcoming to us. Excellent location, walkable to outdoor cafes and shops. Thank you for an exceptional time. We'd definitely stay here again. Sincerely, Andree' Honore' Smith

Excellent hotel in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable , newly remodel with adequate amenities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. many bus lines and the metro station are two minutes walk. We booked two rooms with city view and enjoyed our stay.

The staff was wonderful- we arrived at 7 am after an overnight flight from NY- we were checked in promptly and managed to get some sleep after a long sleepless flight. The room was clean and well- maintained- my only complaint was the AC didn't work well and the room got a bit warm. Otherwise, a terrific stay, we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel's location is amazing, in the heart of the elegant thus vibrant 6th arrondissement (restaurants, cafes, museums, churches, shops), with nice interior design and ambiance. Newly renovated it seems. Very nice staff. Quiet room on the courtyard, not big but nicely decorated and comfortable, with nice stall shower, bathrobes and slippers. No cap shower. Good snacks available (but no price indicated). Overall, a good stay.

This hotel has a great location and you will be able to easily walk to the L’ouvres from there. It’s new and quite comfortable with great amenities in the room. It was very quiet at night and in the morning so I had a good night sleep throughout my stay.

The hotel property itself is lovely and is in a great, very convenient location but the reception service needs vast improvement. We emailed in advance of our stay asking if it would be possible to make several reservations. No reply for 3 entire days, despite multiple follow ups until I tried reaching out via Expedia for them to finally reply on the original email. This should’ve been the first red flag. The night of (which happened to be my husband’s birthday), we asked them to reconfirm our reservation only to find out they made it at the wrong location- even though we specified the exact street in our email. If we didn’t proactively ask them to reconfirm, we would’ve ended up at the restaurant with no reservation at all (they would not have been able to accommodate us as walk-in) and we had to scramble to find a reservation last second for my husband’s birthday on a Friday night. We were clearly disappointed, especially after having a poor experience asking them to make a reservation and there was no follow up from anyone the following day. It is a shame because we were looking forward to staying there but our stay was sullied by the hospitality gaps from reception. Everyone else beyond the front desk was kind and lovely. I understand they just opened, and I hope they can improve as there is clearly some hospitality training still needed.

Outstanding experience! Fully renovated in the best location 4 min from Le Bon Marche and the most beautiful small boutiques! And the most important each of the staff personnel was amazing! Florencia, Lorina, Maria, incredible welcoming, super professional and provided great advice and service from the second I entered the Hotel! Spacious room with a King Bed and room modern, and well decorated with Le Labo products! Thank you, enjoyed my stay every minute!

We were there for a couple of nights and wished we stayed for longer. They let us check in early because the room was available. These days, hotels are just trying to charge you for storing luggage or checking in a few hours early; it is nice to come across hotels like this. The staff were courteous, kind, and sweet. That is what you want after an exhausting travel day. We loved our stay. Thank you.
