Hotel Lautrec Opera

いつも空港からロワシーバスで移動するため、オペラから徒歩圏内のこちらのホテルに滞在しました。一人旅ですが、比較的リーズナブルで、ダブルベッド、部屋もスーツケースを広げられる程十分に広く、バスタブ付きで満足。 古い建物なので仕方ないですが扉の建て付けが悪く、閉まりが悪かったです。あと、隣の部屋とかの開閉、廊下での話し声は聞こえます。エレベーターは動き出す前に揺れて初めの頃は怖かったです。 歩いて5分くらいの位置にモノップ、ちょっと歩けば薬局もあります。

ホテル自体は古く、エレベーターは少しこわかったですが、部屋はとてもきれいで過ごしやすかったです。

Dear Manager I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your hotel, room My Room ]46 from [Check-In date 13th to [Check-Out 15 of October ], and I felt compelled to share my experience with you. During our entire stay, the elevators were out of service. We were on the 4th floor, and the inconvenience of having to climb the stairs was not what we expected from a hotel of your caliber. We inquired at the front desk, and the response we received was that it would be fixed "tomorrow." Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled. Another issue we encountered was related to the breakfast. We had paid for breakfast as part of our reservation, but on the last day, for unexpected reasons, it was not provided. We spoke to the manager at the front desk, expressing our disappointment and suggesting that it would have been a good gesture to compensate for the elevator inconvenience. Regrettably, the response was a firm "no." I must say that the combination of the elevator issue and the unmet breakfast expectation left a very negative impression. I had hoped for better service, especially considering the reputation of your establishment. I believe it's essential for your management to be aware of these issues so that improvements can be made.

Narrow stairwells and lots of fire doors, but expected given the age of most buildings in Paris … overall great little hotel. Only issue being the heat was centrally controlled displaying 26 degrees and had to ask for this to be lowered to sleep at night, which it was … very central and ideal if arriving late - as decent takeaways restaurants very nearby … not good for those less mobile …

レトロな感じで清潔感があり、とても良いホテルでした。 スタッフも親切で24時間常駐しているので、安心です。 私が泊まった際は、ほとんど日本人の方でしたね。 日本だとビジネスホテルのレベルですが、朝食も付いて、オペラ座とメトロの駅からも近いので、星5つのホテルです。 チェックアウト後も無料で荷物を預かってくれるのも助かりました。 コメントを見ると、狭いとか、設備が古い等の記載がありますが、メンテナンスが行き届いており、機能としては何の問題もありません。 ドアはオートロックで室内にセキュリティBOXもあり、安全面も心配ないです。 この金額なら最高のコストパフォーマンスであり、不満がある人はもっとお金をだして、高いホテルに泊まってください。 私は機会があれば、また、泊まりますね。 ありがとう、ホテル ロートレック オペラ。

The hotel is very well located, like 3 blocks from a Metro station, surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc. It does have elevators, small ones, but good enough. The room had a good size, with a refrigerator, electric kettle, etc but what I had a big complaint about was the shower, because it had a moveable shower head that wouldn't stay in its place while showering, it would slide down, so it was very uncomfortable to take showers. The only good thing is that it had also a tub, so after a long day walking, you could fill the tub and rest. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel because it seemed they didn't offer much for what they charged. We bought some food in a supermarket or in restaurants and the person in the front desk did let us use the microwave. About the staff: There was only one guy, like Indian, that wasn't very good at his job, didn't speak English very well nor Spanish, he wasn't attentive, etc but the ther 2 we saw were nice enough.

Hallways were a little dark and the elevator was hard to work, but the area was very nice.

オペラ座近くで拠点とするには好立地です。スタッフも感じが良いです。施設は古い建物なので、エレベーターが小さいなどの難点がありますが、大きな問題ではありません。総合的に良いと思います？

Property was fine , elevator was broken and unfortunately it was a 5 floor walk up for my 5 day 4 night stay , the staff didn’t try to accommodate a room move or there was no one working on the fixing the elevator

Apartamento muito pequeno, sem espaço para abrir malas e guarda roupa minúsculo para acondicionar roupas. Pois ficamos 6 diárias e era necessário. Geladeira do quarto sem funcionar e recepção nada fez para nos ajudar. Tapete do quarto muito sujo. Elevador pequeno e sem ventilação. Pontos a favor: boa localização, tem metro por perto e rua tranquila sem barulho. Recepção ajudou em termos de orientação.

O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com tudo funcionando. Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro. As pessoas que trabalham foram muito atenciosas e simpáticas.

Habitación muy pequeña, pasillos descuidados y poco limpios. Las instalaciones vs la tarifa muestra que está sobrevalorado. Puedes obtener mejores opciones

Overpriced for what it is. Very basic hotel with poor hygiene in rooms. Mirror was hanging off the wall when we went in, shower head was split at base so sprayed water all over you when in use, tiles smashed in shower. Generally dirt and dust present in room. The walls are thin. You could hear conversations from other rooms, other room doors opening and the stair door/elevator doors slamming at all hours. Does not match pictures. We only used this for sleeping and showering as we left early and got back late or would have demanded refund and moved hotel.

The hotel room was extremely clean. The décor in the room was a little dated but the beds were comfortable with lovely clean linen. The on-duty staff were extremely helpful regarding local transport and amenities. The hotel was tucked away from the main street so nice and quiet. It was in a good location for restaurants, bars etc. walking distance to Gard Du Nord and Louvre

Our stay was average at this property. It was our first time in Paris and the Hôtel is located in a great area to explore the city. The check in process was simple and easy. The elevator is very small, the bathroom was pretty dated and the toilet seat lid was broken. No fan in the bathroom. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway.

A bare-bones, tiny but cozy and clean hotel suitable for short stays. If you are just in town as a busy, in-and-out tourist, this is really all you really need. The bed was super comfortable! However, a concrete wall is the main scenery you see from the window. Considering the price, I can't complain much. The negatives are: no microwave, the fridge does not get cold enough, the sink doesn’t drain well, and the walls are thin—you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom.

Os quartos são minusculos, chegando a causar claustrofobia. Estão no entanto bastante limpos. A localização do hotel é otima e esse é o ponto forte do hotel.

Hôtel was very different from photos. Room was small but comfortable. Our friend’s shower cubicle was very small. Windows single glazed therefore lots of outside noise when busy.

Good hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bakery and places to eat just around the corner. The busy street is one block away and not noisy. Try to get a room in the above floors, I was in the first floor close to the main desk and in the morning at 7 you can hear everyone talking. Metro station just around the corner; download the metro app and it will be very easy to add tickets and enter the stations.

Superior rooms are great. Regular rooms are small and bathrooms have nowhere to put toiletries. But great staff.

Super placering. Meget lille værelse med vindue ud til skakt, hvor en “maskine” larmede i døgndrift. Værelset var pænt rent. Vandtrykket var så lavt at det var svært at brusebade.

Hotel staff weren’t the most friendly. Almost seemed like we were an inconvenience. Been to many city hotels where the staff are friendly and was hoping this would be the same. That said the hotel was very clean and in a perfect location

While the hotel itself is lovely, the front desk staff are rude.

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay here again.

服務態度非常差，沒有禮貌，過程中我們提問的問題櫃檯的服務員完全沒有解答，地方破舊，而且升降機壞的門不斷開開合合，非常恐怖跟服務員說他說是這樣的，令我們感到非常之害怕不敢使用升降機，唯有將行李抬上6樓，房間的走廊非常狹窄，而且非常破舊。

An absolutely delightful stay. Nadine was so gracious. Her kindness and bright spirit were so very welcoming.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean room!

The friendly, helpful woman that helped us at the front desk was Exceptional! If I had a hotel I would want her to greet my customers. Every time we came in we were greeted with Bonjour! She made us feel like we were home. She went above and beyond to answer questions and help.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was quiet and nice, and I enjoyed my stay.

este hotel no lo recomiendo, en primea la persona que nos atendió ya grande muy déspota, muy altanero y muy autoritario, reservé una habitación con dos camas individuales y nos estaba dando con una cama matrimonial y le comenté que esa no era la reservación, el señor se molestó y de mala gana nos dió la habitación con dos cama, bueno eso no era todo es un hotel viejo remodelado pero es muy chiquito, los pasillos de menos de un metro donde no cabías con las maletas, tenias que ponerlas delante de ti para avanzar, en sí la habitación no vale lo que pagué por ella, con decirles que la puerta de entrada apurado y abre, el filo de la cama, hay un espacio entre la cama y la puerta de 20 cm no cabe nada en ese cuarto, y por lo que a mi concierne busquen otra opción que no sea esta, no lo recomiendo y menos con el señor que nos atendió, es grosero y muy mala atención, no se si seria el dueño o es un pobre señor que está arto de atender a la gente, busquen otro hotel se van a llevar una desagradable experiencia por sus instalaciones, Expedia ofrece las mejores vista en su pagina, pero la realidad te dan lo que se les pegue la gana no importando cuanto pagues por ellas, es mi sentir y lo puedo asegurar por la experiencia obtenida con este hotel, dice 3 estrellas creo, pero no llega a una.

I asked to check in early if possible. The man looked like he was checking me in. After copying my passport, he said, "leave your bag over there and come back this afternoon." He wasn't friendly, nor did he assure me my bag was safe sitting in the lobby. I had a great experience with the woman who checked me out. She was very friendly and supported me to secure a taxi on a very busy morning with no Ubers available. She went above and beyond.

There was plenty of shopping options and food options near by, just a short walk away. The hotel was down a nice little quite street with not a lot of traffic. So you could sleep without all the street noise. Would stay again. Very safe neighborhood

Le frigo dans ma chambre ne refroidissait pas. Malgré ce petits points à améliorer, je recommande cet hôtel.

Excellent hotel in a side street not far from L'Opera and Galleries Lafayette. It is also close to a Metro line (8&9) and only 10 minutes by taxi from Gare du Nord. Good value for money and I had a lovely 4 night stay.

Charming and comfortable boutique hotel on a side street close to delicious restaurants and many tourist sites. We had the hotel breakfast on our last morning. It was a good value and the food was fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

Rien à redire. Je n'ai pas particulièrement vérifié la propreté ou l'éco-responsabilité, mais rien de dérangeant ne m'a sauté aux yeux. Petit-déjeuner en self-service au sous-sol, avec une bonne variété. Bouilloire d'eau + thé et café en chambre, ainsi qu'un panneau de contrôle de la température de la pièce. Personnel agréable. Merci pour un séjour sans problème et confortable.

Small but very cozy hotel. I loved staying in this hotel. People were very nice and proud of their work. Very good breakfast!

Camera piccola e essenziale, ma con tutto il necessario. Pulizia da migliorare. Colazione nel complesso buona, anche se limitata nelle scelte. Ottima la posizione per visitare la città a piedi. Il personale è stato gentile e accogliente.

The hotel is well located with a lot of options for dinner and shopping around. Close to a metro station. The room was very nice. Breakfast was good.
