No es la habitación de la foto, no hay a/c hay ventilador; el elevador llega al 5to piso de allí tienes que subir.

Location was great, however the whole hotel needs updating, air con hasn’t been working for a long time and still not and also elevator not working the whole time we were there. Breakfast was only ok.

The hotel was nice, although a little small, but the thing that really stood out about this stay was the staff. The desk manager that checked us in and out was very friendly and even upgraded us to free breakfast all 3 days of our stay because the ac was not working during our stay! The broken ac was not a problem either as there was a fan provided in place. Although the room was small, it was cozy and the bathroom was still quite large considering the size of the rest of the room. Great stay!

The hotel is in a good location and is decent if you’re only going to be there for a couple days, but I do think it’s false advertisement to say that there’s air conditioning on the booking yet the air conditioner hasn’t worked for a while and the elevator is also broken. Staying in March I was lucky that the weather outside wasn’t too hot, but checking into the room was still very warm. Also, if you’re going to have more than one luggage it will be very difficult as the rooms are small. It is a very affordable hotel in a convenient location so I do think it’s worth certain sacrifices but just be warned about the air conditioning!

On arrival at the hotel we were told that there was a problem with the air con so we were offered free breakfast which I thought was a lovely gesture-esp. as it was only about 22°C so not that hot anyway. Yes, the room was small, but it was totally fine-a great location, well staffed, clean & tidy. I would stay again when on a city break.

First when I arrive, they tell me I’m in the 6th (top) floor which normally I would be happy about, only the elevator only goes to the 5th floor so you have to take stairs. I had a huge luggage! Second, the 5th and 6th floors were under construction so everything was covered in tarp and rooms were wide open under construction with a mess inside. Close the floors if that’s the case! I felt like I was in a murder show. Lastly, there was insane MOULD all over the shower in my room. Assuming that’s why they’re renovating? How can they put someone in that room?

The property claim they have AC in all rooms but the AC was not working for days before we arrived (based on the clerk information). Looking at the units in the rooms we got, it looks like the AC units have not been working in a long, long time. They have a new AC unit in the dinning room though. They could have emailed us about this issue so we could have booked another hotel but they decided to keep this info for themselves until we were done with check in. Big dishonesty move on their parts. Some personal were nice other talked to us like dogs! Breakfast is a joke. I do it recommande this hotel. The location and price were attractive but I should have read more reviews about this place.

Reservamos esse hotel porque a descrição mostrava ar condicionado. Quando chegamos fomos avisados que o ar condicionado não funcionava, porém depois fui ler as avaliações dos hóspedes e o problema com ar condicionado é antigo. Nós sentimos enganados. Mês de junho em Paris é muito quente. O sol se põe as 22:00, como dormir no calor? O café da manhã é razoável.

De lokatie is top, op loopafstand van OV en in de nabijheid veel eetgelegenheden en supermarkten. Tevens zijn enkele bezienswaardigheden ook op circa 20-30 loopafstand te doen. We hadden drie kamers, waarvan de airco in 2 kamers het niet deed. Na het aankaarten kregen we wel een andere kamer de dag erop. Schijnbaar was dit een bekend probleem, gezien toen we naar ventilatoren vroegen deze allemaal al uitgeleend bleken te zijn. Bedden waren prima. Badkamer wat aan de kleine kant, maar voor een kort verblijf orima.

O hotel é muito bonito e bem localizado. O quarto era grande, lindo, limpo e confortável, além de ter uma otima localização.

Good location, rooms adequate for a city break and clean

Really disappointing stay. It is supposedly none smoking but the room smelt of smoke. The bathroom was dirty- lots of discolouring and dirt on radiator around the bath. In the evening the water was lukewarm and was cold in the morning so we had to have cold showers. Very noisy from the road and slamming doors in the hotel which woke us up twice. The shared bathroom was cleaner than our room bathroom. We were allowed to store our luggage which was good and staff were friendly but they didn’t bother to ask us how our stay was and as we were so disappointed we just left.

Good location but every day we woke up to noises from the hotel staff (talking to each other), always around 8.00 am. Towels were dirty when we arrived. The front desk staff was friendly. Would repeat, but the noises in the morning and the dirty towels were unbearable.

Ce hôtel est iéalement situé , nous sommes très satisfaites de notre sejour.....nous reviendrons....l accueil est chaleureux...le personnel efficace et serviable......les chambres propres et agreables..... Je conseille vivement cette adresse

L’unica parola per descrivere il soggiorno è “orribile”. Abbiamo la struttura, perché garantiva: aria condizionata in tutte le camere, letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia… Detti servizi incidevano sicuramente sul prezzo di circa 1100 € per una Camera Classic per 5 notti. Al nostro arrivo ci viene assegnata la camera 57 dove ci sono 2 letti singoli e bagno con vasca, privo di finestra. Condizioni di pulizia del bagno, non commentabili ed una temperatura rilevata di 30°;chiediamo un cambio e ci viene assegnata la camera 47, che è identica alla precedente. L’operatore si scusa, ma abbiamo passato la prima notte nella stanza 47. Il giorno successivo provvedono al cambio camera, ma ci viene subito comunicato che l’aria condizionata è guasta in tutta la struttura (garantita nella descrizione) ed in camera è presente un ventilatore; Un guasto improvviso?Possibile,ma eravamo fiduciosi nella risoluzione del problema il giorno dopo. L’indomani ci viene comunicato che non c’è nessuna probabilità che l’aria condizionata venga riparata per tutta la durata del soggiorno e ci viene assegnata la n. 35 e questa volta siamo riusciti ad avere un letto matrimoniale ed una doccia, ma dimensioni della camera ridotte e condizioni di pulizia pessime. In tutta la stanza evidenti segni di muffa sulla moquette, al soffitto, nella doccia, sulle finestre e al muro. Il nostro soggiorno è stato un vero e proprio incubo, in considerazione della cifra spesa.Le foto sono molto ingannevoli.

Overall, a very good property. Great location (very close to a metro station - Line 7 Cadet) that allowed us to access most neighborhoods quite easily. The staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. The breakfast served at the hotel was more than adequate. We had a couple of reservations about the hotel. Our room was quite small and difficult to navigate because of the size. Also, the patrons and workers (and their extended family members) at the Asian restaurant across the street were quite loud when that establishment closed (2:00 a.m.), so were awakened not only by their extremely loud voices but also by their street side, cell phone conversations with others. If the street cleaners come at or around 6:00 a.m. (which they did), then the nuisance of being awakened by those associated with the restaurant became much more troublesome. You might want to ask for a room that does not face the street.

Experience très positive surtout grace au personnel très attentionné et serviable. Quelques marches pour atteindre l'ascenseur mais ca n'est pas un problème car ils aident avec les valises. Hotel qui a du charme et chambres/ salle de bain propres; la chambre pour une personne est petite, j'ai changé pour une chambre double pour rallonger mon séjour, beaucoup plus spacieuse et très bien isolée, les fenetres donnaient sur la rue avec un bar en bas et je n'ai entendu aucun bruit. Station de metro est a 2 min a pied, plein de restaurants. Je reviendrai a cet hotel avec plaisir.

Too noisy

Staff were great. Bed was comfortable. We chose it because of the convenience to where we wanted to be. Room small but ok. Nice closet. Metro close. Lots of doning options. Reasonable value during the Rugby World Cup. Warm and cozy room.

The staffs are all very nice, accommodating, and ready to help. The location is safe and also convenient to metro.

No kettle in room- had to access hot water on ground floor in bkfst room but only til 10pm.I got abused by rude night receptionist for trying to access just after curfew.

Breakfast was just Ok. Great croissants, eggs and coffee were excellent. . But based on my previous stayrs in other hotels in Paris, the selection was limited. Staff was amazing. Friendly amd knowledgeable. Location was very good. Near metro and bus. Staid when I landed and stayed again4 nights before departure.

Very nice if you’re looking to sleep. Yes, I know I was on vacation but I still needed to get some work done and the nonexistent WiFi was a problem. I asked the front desk for a solution and the answer was “I don’t know “ and walked away. That with an outdated TV for the downtime, meant that I to go to Starbucks for WiFi and look at the ceiling on my downtime

Le fait d avoir eu une chambre surclassée pour la totalite du séjour de 5 jours☺. Hotel calme a l interieur mais un peu plus agite a l exterieur avec une chambre donnant côté rue. Le personnel etait tres agreable et disponible

Helpful staff and a comfortable room. Hallways were being decorated when I stayed plus the Paris strikes were in operation. Would favour staying here next time I’m in Paris.

The hotel was great! The staff were super friendly and happy to help. Would definitely stay again. Closest Metro stop is Cadet that is easy to navigate theoughout the culity and a few steps from Gare de l'est.

It iseasy to reach from Gare du Nord. You justneed to find Rue Lafayette and walk down. Much better than getting taxi. You can also get 45 Bus.

Fijn hotel, fijne omgeving met genoeg aanbod aan restaurants en barretjes, metrostation Cadet om de hoek, treinstation Gare du Nord op loopafstand, niet druk in de omgeving. Kortom, fijne plek en uitvalsbasis.

Personnel accueillant. Chambre propre. Climatisation réversible Nombreuses salles de théâtre et restaurants. Tout près de la station de métro Cadet

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un cadre sympas . Le personnel est très bien . Petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Beaucoup de travaux aux alentours . Métro ligne 7 à proximité.(CADET). Métro ligne 4 à 8 minutes .(GRANDS BOULEVARDS). Beaucoup de restaurants . A proximité : les folies bergères, théâtre Mogador, théâtre des variétés, le musée Grévin, musée des illusions...Beaucoup d'attraction . C'est une adresse à retenir

accueil et service vraiment très agréable, petit déjeuner très copieux également.

Pas d’eau chaude dans les chambres, des travaux qui empêche les clients de dormir, le petit déjeuner pas frais et infecte le café servie en machine comme dans les hôpitaux alors qu’on paye 12 euros l’unité je déconseille !

Chambre confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner dans un cadre agréable et convivial
