Stayed with my Mother and daughter. Had a beautiful room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Service was amazing. They treated us to a cocktail each as it was my Mums birthday. Shower was amazing. Beds so comfy. Clean room. Bar/ breakfast room has a great ambiance. I stayed last year and would definitely stay again.

We loved the location close to the metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood felt safe with a few shops and plenty of places to eat. On Wednesday there was a farmers market under the metro line. We had two rooms one on the metro side of the building with a partial view of the tower and you didn’t hear the train. The other was on the backside of the building. The building is French! The elevator and halls are tight. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for Europe and once the AC was running cold! We got daily housekeeping which is rare now in the US. Breakfast offered both hot and continental options. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke better English than I will ever speak French! I’d definitely recommend and stay again should I have the chance!

The staff were so friendly. They inquired about our stay, made recommendations for dining, shopping. They even accommodated and were able to check us in early. The hotel is clean and in a walkable location. About 10 mins from Eiffel towel. Our room had a nice view of the tower. The rooms and even the hotel is small and quiet. Intimate setting. There isn’t a restaurant on site but room service is quick, sourced from partnering surrounding restaurants. Served hot and fresh.

Would give this place a 5/5! Beautiful little boutique hotel walking distance from the Eiffel tower. Staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was always water and little pastries at the front desk. Hanging out in the lounge area was great as well. I’ve been to Paris multiple times and this was one of the best places to stay for a good price.

Air conditioning! There was a heat wave while we visited so having air conditioning was lovely. The amenities were nice, particularly the small fans and flags we were able to take with us to the Olympic events. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food.

I had a lovely room which looked out on the top half of the Eiffel Tower which was delightful. The Staff were fantastic, the rooms are immaculate and the cleaning team deserve a lot of credit for how well presented the rooms and everything else is. Just under a 10 Minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there are Train/subway stops very close by, but do not impact on the rooms in regards to noise. Lovely open market on the street out front on various days and plenty of amenities/restaurants/ shops near by.

Upon arrival, I was met with unhelpful and unfriendly service from the hotel staff. Once I entered my room, I found multiple cleanliness and hygiene issues: hair from a previous guest on the bed (which I had not yet used), a dead bug near the table, dirty carpeting and walls, and visible mold in the bathroom. These conditions made it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to my arrival. I immediately contacted Expedia to report the situation. I was told my refund would be denied but that hotel staff would discuss a room change with me. However, no one ever approached me to discuss this. The following day, I was relocated to a different room without notice or explanation. I had originally paid extra for a view of the Eiffel Tower, but the new room overlooked trash bins and was located in a noisy corner between the elevator and the stairwell. As a result, I was unable to sleep for two consecutive nights due to constant noise from guests and hallway traffic. No apology or compensation was offered for these issues, and I was left with no resolution despite the poor conditions and broken promises. This experience was unacceptable, and I believe a full refund is warranted based on the lack of cleanliness, the failure to deliver the room I paid for, and the severe disruption to my stay. I will be posting pictures of the hair found on the bed, the dead bug and other pictures from the property.

Our first time in Paris for my daughters special birthday and this hotel made it extra special. Our rooms on the 6th floor had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower which I would highly recommend. The room was spotless and my daughter’s room was decorated upon my request, which she loved. They provided a complimentary cocktail for us all which was a lovely surprise. Ideally located, only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower with some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would we return, 100% yes, thank you to the team.

Pictures on hotels.com and website are deceiving. Way too expensive for condition of the hotel. Should be less than € 200 a night. The room was the size expected but it smelled of cigarette smoke and sewage. The location of the hotel is in a scary looking area. Several homeless people sleeping in stoops and hassle you to and from the tram. There was a mold infestation in the bathroom, see photos of ceiling and walls. The toilet seat needs changed, has stains and was gross to use, see photos. If you book the third or fourth floor with Eiffel Tower view you will also see above ground tram rail, photo of this too. The hallways are dark and dingy and the carpet is sticky and stained in the room and hallways.

I felt very welcomed upon my arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Macaroons and welcoming note was very nice. The room was very modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. Also, enjoyed the breakfast provided in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

we stayed on the 3rd floor, room with a view of the eiffel. We can see the lightworks which is great. Bed and pillows are really comfortable. There’s nespresso and good tea in the room, including biscuits. Bottle water is also provided. Small things that we appreciate.

It was located close to metro and Eiffel Tower and was very quiet. There was plenty restaurants etc in walking distance. Hotel room is quite small and tight quarters and doors to other rooms extremely close. Hotel rooms could use some updating could see wear and tear in areas especially bathroom.

I chose this hotel to have a view of the Eiffel Tower. From our room, we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. But, this hotel was much more than the view and good, clean facility. The manager Nasim helped me to find a reasonable ticket for Versailles when all other guides request hundreds of euros. On the day of departure, I had my backpack stolen in the nearby metro station, including my passport, mobile, credit cards, etc. It was horrible. I came back to the hotel with two little daughters. I left them in the hotel and ran to the policy station for hours. In the meantime, the manager Nasim and the staff were extremely caring and kind, feeding my kids lunch and comforting crying girls, etc. They really helped me guide to the police station, etc. He also called my next hotel in Nice to explain to them that I lost my passport and could check in without my passport. In the time of extreme difficulty, Nasim and his staffers were extremely helpful, caring and comforting. Without them, our family could have gone through more difficulty. I very much appreciate their help, and based on my experiences, strongly recommend this hotel!

Service was top notch ! While we were waiting to checkin, we were offered the drinks of our choice. The location is central to many of the key attractions allowing us to walk to all of them. Definitely an upscale boutique feel to the hotel. Will definitely stay there next time we’re in Paris.

Such a friendly hotel. The team were fantastic. We arrived very late & the gentleman on reception very kindly printed out a list of the main sites with emojis, including the winter wonderland, for my 11 yr old girls. They absolutely loved the list and ticked off the sites on our trip. Thank you VERY much. We will be back. Excellent friendly service throughout our stay!! Thank you all

Veldig fint opphold. Interessant med markedet utenfor hver onsdag og søndag. Her selges mye for alle og enhver. Frokosten var også ganske bra. Hører ikke noe støy, så du sover godt. Litt harde puter, men du blir vant til det. Kort vei til Eiffeltårnet. Kun 15 minutters gåtur. Av restauranter så anbefales La Bouchon Steakhouse. Meget god mat. Spiste Boeuf Bourgogne og Bbq pork. Anbefales.

There are a Monoprix supermarket, a subway station, McDonald and Starbucks nearby. Across from the hotel, there ate plenty of dining options, brasseries, cafes and you can safely walk back to the hotel. I originally booked a room with a view of Eiffel Tower and they upgraded to a larger room on the 6th floor where I slept on an extra bed watching the sparkling tower. Breakfast is plentiful and pretty decent and the staff was very friendly.
