There are stairs leading up to the hotel entrance, and on our first day, no one offered to help with our luggage. I had to carry my luggages up the stairs by myself, and one of the wheels broke in the process. We booked three rooms with the same room type, but one of us was assigned to what felt like a small staff room in a separate annex near the entrance. Another room had a strong musty smell, so we requested a room change the next day. Unfortunately, the replacement room was also located in the annex near the entrance and didn’t even have a full-length mirror. Finally, despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, there was no air conditioning in either the lobby or the breakfast area, which made the common areas very uncomfortable.

The Black female staff member at the reception was extremely unfriendly. Whenever we asked for assistance, her answer was simply “No” without offering any alternatives or trying to help. It seemed like the hotel provided little to no customer service training.

It was very central and easy to walk the area . It’s a 3 minute walk from Moulin Rouge , bars , restaurants and other things . We stayed during the heat wave and although it had AC , it wasn’t strong enough to keep it cool . If you are going during a heat wave definitely take a fan . The front desk staff were great and the cold water they kept in the lobby was a life saver !

Hotel very clean and in a great central location. Walking distance to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. Quiet, slight rumble of metro. Some decor a bit tired and could do with modernization in the rooms. Overall a good stay.
