Jeg føler bildene til hotels.com lyger litt, hotellet ser nyere ut på bildene. Litt skuffelse ved første øyekast da vi kom dit, men det endret seg fort. Hotellet har et gammelt utseende, men er godt vedlikeholdt. Hjemmekoselig rent hotell med fantastisk betjening. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til alt. Vi kommer til å bruke det igjen. Great location, and wonderful stay. The staff were always happy and friendly, rooms and common areas were always neat and tidy. One small downside (the reason I knocked one star off) was the lack of storage for toiletries in the bathroom. Otherwise we were very pleased.

The West End Hotel was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean and the furniture was elegant . The location couldn’t be better; just a short walk to both the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly made our stay special. Highly recommend

The property was beautiful and staff was very kind and helpful. We did have a plumbing issue and the bathtub kept flooding. Staff helped fix the issue but it was still slow to drain after each shower. Other than that, the perks like breakfast in bed was lovely!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We had the BEST time and absolutely loved this hotel. It was convenient to everything, the metro stations were nearby, a lot of places were walkable, and we loved our room with the beautiful view of the Effiel Tower and having complimentary room service everyday. We were on the 5th floor. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay at The West End Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and decently sized. The one thing that was noticeable was how quiet it was. Normally, you’ll hear the person staying next to you or sometimes even above you, but not a peep - which made for a great night’s sleep which is saying something because we were there during the World Cup Final match. The breakfast was very good. It was like having a charcuterie board every morning. Location is amazing! It’s within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The Louvre is a bit farther but still walkable. Ample shopping and restaurants only a block away. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.

It is a great little boutique hotel not far from the fashion district and other attractions. There was some construction going on in the area, but it was not a problem. It couldn't be safer with a police station on the corner. From the balcony, you have great views of the Eiffel Tower!

Overall it was fantastic. It was unusual not to have a toilet in the bathroom. It was in a closet across the room and the “closet” did not have a sink so you had to walk out of the toilet room, cross the bedroom and go into the bathroom to wash your hands. Not horrible, just a little weird. Was disappointed in the view. I requested Eiffel Tower which I knew might not happen but the “courtyard” view we got was all cement and windows into other rooms. No yard or greenery at all. Also, the pictures on the website showed full length windows for our room with fancy iron gates/railings. In reality our windows were normal/waist height size with no decorative railings. Employees were wonderful. Decor was amazing.

We had a room for 3 of us and it was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was even a door between the rooms for more privacy. The toilet and shower areas were separate which is nice. There was even a nice walk outside in closet. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful!

I recently stayed at Hotel West End Paris, and while the location and amenities were excellent, my experience was completely ruined by the staff. During my stay, I was *shouted at* and *harassed* by the hotel staff for no apparent reason. This behavior was completely uncalled for and left me emotionally disturbed. What should have been a wonderful experience turned into a nightmare because of how I was treated. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your peace of mind and don't want to be shouted at during your stay, I suggest looking elsewhere. This was truly unacceptable and left me regretting my decision to stay here.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at. The staff is spectacular, accommodating, receptive, fast with international communication, and so forth. Breakfast was amazing, ideal location, and view was amazing. You are close to everything including the subway system and multiple popular restaurants within 20min walk. They treat every visitor as a VIP. Staff was amazing with their suggestions, and a quick 4 day itinerary. The private transfer service was so trust worthy and provided ease. 10/10 would recommend staying here for a more affordable option compared to the Ritz competitor. Thank you again!!

Items go missing! The general staff was friendly and did their due diligence . However, the blue dress I wore to check in, simply vanished. I emptied my suitcases and searched multiple times, before reluctantly reaching out to the hotel. We were told right away there was no dress. My friends and I had reached out on multiple occasions, and asked to speak with upper management in order to have an investigation conducted. We were always brushed off, and told they had looked everywhere. They always promised calling back, but never did. Not once! I submitted proof of receipt; hoping they would perhaps take me seriously and to back up my claim. Upper management finally reached out to me on my official third written request (not verbal). I was offered a partial refund for my missing dress, “because I was insisting and they had to close the case and move on.” This is definitely not the experience I expected, nor paid for. I had to decline the reimbursement due the circumstances and the way the whole case was handled. Very poorly to say the least! I really hope management puts a better process in place in order to find missing belongings, if any. I had recommended this hotel to a few friends, but now questioning doing so. If you do decide to stay at this hotel, please ensure your belongings are always locked in and constantly monitored. I will surely take my business where it is appreciated and valued.

My absolute favourite hotel in Paris. Staff is the best, always going out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. Great area within easy walking distance of everything in Paris. Fantastic breakfast included and a lovely room off the lobby with an honour bar. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed at the West End Hotel for 4 nights (May 30 - June 2, 2023. The hotel is excellent, conveniently located and within walking distance to major attractions. The staff are friendly and professional. They arranged transportation from and to CDG for us. Dounia, the front desk representative responded to all our needs and made everything fun. The only downside was the major construction project next to the hotel, which was very noisy from 7 am until 5 pm everyday, so there was no possibly to relax in your room until after 5 pm, and sleeping past 7 am was impossible.

I loved my stay in this hotel, it was safe, clean and the staff are wonderful. The area is very convenient and safe. The breakfast was great, fresh fruit, crepes, pastries, cereal, and many type of coffee and teas (among other offerings). I forget by Dior hat in the lobby and they shipped it to me (I got it back in 3 days)! Completely a wonderful stay (2 weeks) :)
