The hotel was modern and unique with the design in the room. We went in the summer time and the room had only a fan without AC, so the room was very warm with the direct sun in the room. Overall, the stay was good and would recommend for anyone who likes convenience to walkable distance to all the attractions. Warning for not having AC.

We loved this hotel, except for the carpet in our room. It was really worn and not very clean. Otherwise, it is a cute boutique hotel. We were told that only 3 rooms on each floor have air conditioning, and unfortunately ours did not. There was a floor fan which worked fine, but additional air was not possible with the balcony door open as the street noise is loud. The staff was outstanding!

Didn’t have half the facilities as advertised on your website. The facilities they did have weren’t open. Check in staff unaware of the hotel’s facilities that were available and ignorant of the surrounding area. No air conditioning in 40c temperature, the room was unsafe to sleep in. Expedia failed to address these issues at the time of our check in.

Poor standard for the price. No air conditioning which was really unsatisfactory in the heat of Paris this week. Breakfast very basic indeed - and took too much time to be prepared. There are smarter ways to arrange a better quality breakfast. Restaurant and bar availability very poor - it was rarely open and could not get a drink from anywhere. Okay the bar/restaurant also had no air conditioning which was unbearable for us at breakfast, and watching the staff trying to work in that heat was upsetting. Overall, poor quality for the price. Very basic indeed. However staff were very friendly and location good.

Davvero comoda per gli spostamenti con la metro M6 proprio davanti l'hotel che porta direttamente in centro ed è collegata molto bene con la Rer A per Disneyland. Zona dotata di tutti i servizi e non con prezzi turistici. Le camere erano un po' piccole per famiglie di 4 o più persone. Grande pecca la mancanza di aria condizionata,sopperita da un ventilatore a terra abbastanza rumoroso. Le tende sulle finestre non oscuravano completamente e nel bagno era mancante, quindi con la porta a vetri del bagno , alle prime luci dell'alba si era già in pieno giorno. Hotellet ligger i ett trevligt kvarter vid Métro-stationen Pasteur. Personalen trevlig. Rummet, ett Majeur - family Deluxerum för litet för oss fyra. Skön säng otroligt obekväm bäddsoffa utan bäddmadrass. Frågade efter extra bäddmadrass men personalen kunde inte fixa det. Till badrummet fanns ingen dörr man kan stänga. Bara en skjutdörr. Det gick inte att vara privat. Vattnet från duschen rinner ut över hela golvet. Ingen luftkonditionering: outhärdligt varmt och svårt att sova. Det gjorde också nätterna mycket svåra. Gick inte ett sova med fönstren då städpersonalen börjar dammsuga med öppna fönster kl 07.30. Kl 8 börjar kyrkklockorna slå varje morgon. Inget för morgontrötta. Obefintlig städning. Ofräscht på rummen. Hår från andra gäster på toalettgolvet. Matta, sängstomme och bäddsoffa smutsiga. Sänglakan, handdukar och badlakan byts inte ut. Frukosten mycket enkel frukost med juice, varm dryck lite bröd, en croissant, frukt och yoghurt. Och första dagen försökte personalen i restaurangen snåla in på barnens frukost. De fick varken yoghurt eller frukt. Sist men inte minst: vi vaknade med bett på kroppen. Allt tyder på myggbett, men vi är inte 100 procent säkra med tanke på den massiva vägglusinvasion Paris lider av. Rekommenderar inte hotellet.

A nice, welcoming and very comfortable place where to stay in Paris. 1 minute from the Metro station, 10 minutes walk from the Montparnasse area. Good breakfast and daily newspapers available every morning. The room I stayed was small (but in line with the Paris size of hotel rooms) but cozy, clean and with a wonderful view on the boulevard.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms are small but perfectly thought out the hotel was slightly further out than I was expecting. There was a great boulangerie patisserie across the road. The metro was also right outside the hotel, making it convenient to get places. However, in the evening it’s not very lively compared to St Germain area.

The room has a great location! You can see the Eiffel Tower nearby, and it’s very close to the metro station, a supermarket, and a delicious bakery. The hotel staff are very friendly. However, the soundproofing is really poor! In the morning, the noise from housekeeping in the neighboring rooms is extremely loud, and at night, I could clearly hear guests in the next room talking.

Bathroom door repeatedly slides open offering no privacy. Shower set up poor design as floor gets flooded despite best attempts. Reception staff very friendly and helpful but guy at breakfast space was downright rude and extremely unwelcoming.

Staff member walked into our room without knocking and started talking to us, in French and had no idea what she was saying but she lingered and wouldn’t leave. The bathroom was tiny and one of the hooks fell out. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the rest of the staff were great.

Excellent accueil et très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Chambre classique très sympa, mais salle d'eau un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt très bon, meme si le pain était un peu dur, et le fait d'être prė etabli dans un toute petite caissette laisse peu de choix finalement, mais suffisamment copieux. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande.

The hotel is very convenient to public transportation with a metro stop right out the front door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
