This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay in Paris. The front desk staff took care of our luggage when we arrived at 11:00 am, so we could begin our sightseeing. When we returned at night and were able to check in, the hotel staff had already taken our bags to our rooms. The front desk staff also took care of our luggage after checking out, so we could do some sightseeing before our departure. The hotel was very clean and in a very quiet area. It is located within a 12 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. And there is a boulangerie pretty much across the street, which is perfect for picking up pastries or bread for breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are very small though. So you might want to take that into consideration if you want to stay more than a week in Paris.

This property was exactly what we needed for one night. But beware the very low ceilings in at least the 4th floor rooms, and the elevator was very tiny. Otherwise the staff was amazing and it was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower!

Our stay was for 4 nights. Upon getting to Hotel greeted by friendly staff who advised that the elevator did not go to the first floor which was 1 above. Our room was on that floor so had to carry suitcases up a flight. Upon entering the room it was very small. The bathroom had a very small sink and unfortunately it made it very difficult to wash in and not get water everywhere. The shower also did not drain properly and that led to water all over the bathroom floor. The room was very clean and looked nice. No place for opened up luggage as it just took up to much space. No amenities accept for a kettle. No fridge or mini bar. We were in a great location. 5 min walking from the Eiffel Tower. Numerous cafes and restaurants close by. We had the free breakfast, however not a huge amount of options for the extra cost. Staff were really nice.

Would have liked consistent room set up after cleaning. Also because there was only one person on duty when I checked out at 7am he couldn’t leave the desk to help with luggage. Unfortunately the historic buildings in this area do not allow an elevator to stop at each floor . There are still stairs to get to the rooms. Nothing can be done except I advise : don’t bring a heavy suitcase!

Besides the most helpful staff here are some things that stick out. My daughter LOVED the cute tables and chairs outside our room on a quiet patio. The room was modern with everything you needed. It was on the smaller side, but the layout made good use of space. English was no problem! Well located to the metro and Eiffel Tower. A Grocery was around the corner which was perfect for quick snacks. They kept our luggage for the day we checked out so we could make the most of our time in Paris, called us a taxi, and helped us load up! We will be back. In a big new city, our hotel was a comfortable base.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Front desk was wonderful, and locations is unbeatable. The hotel rooms are super small, but happy to trade the size of the room for location. Keep in mind there are stairs to go up even with an elevator. Might not be the most suitable if you have a lot of luggage or have mobility concerns. But it is close to restaurants, shopping, and just a couple of blocks away from Rue Cler. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great about this hotel except how small everything was. Not a reason to not stay there because it was all great. Just be prepared for small rooms and an unbelievably small elevator. Two suitcases and one person is all that can fit on the elevator.

Room was spotless, the staff were great and the breakfast was surprisingly high quality. Id eat that every day gladly. The coffee was really nice too. Bed was very comfortable. All in all, great location and high quality hotel. Id to back.

Ants !!! A million ants in my room . The air conditioner was not controlled in room . The guy at the front desk played videos so loud I could not sleep . I literally made a noise complaint to the front desk on the front desk . 1 star

Malgré le retard de l’hôtel concernant notre chambre, l’accueil fut agréable et l’hôtel très beau. Le réceptionniste est très accueillant et la chambre très propre. Même si notre chambre était relativement petite (surtout la salle de bain), elle restait conforme à l’annonce donc sans surprises.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are “not” sound proof and you can hear every single noise inside and outside hotel. Square toilet seat are hard to deal with. But… hotel is in great location.

The wi-fi was brutal and pretty much unusable. The hotel is conveniently located to the Eiffel tower, but fairly overpriced for the view. The local area does offer many restaurants of decent quality. Sadly it was raining on our last day and the hotel could not provide an umbrella for us, but did offer to sell us one. This is the first time in my life I have experienced that.

Be aware that the room is advertised as having AC/ Heat but it is controlled by the hotel. I had to ask to have the temperature changed and then on the last night (after having been there a week!) it was turned off altogether. I called the front desk and I was told I'd have to open my windows if I wanted it cooler because they were now only allowing heating. This was mid October and still too warm for me. After a few minutes of arguing the person turned it back on. Very aggravating especially after having spent almost $3000 for my stay and this was our last night! The bathroom sink is tiny (like the size of a salad plate and shallow) and there is no electrical outlet to use in or around the bathroom so we had to use the one by the bed. Small things but pretty annoying, Would not stay there again.

Alexei was fantastic!! we were lucky to have our rooms ready at the time we arrived to the hotel. In my experience, the facility was clean and presentable. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and with the help of Alexei was able to help me with a special arrangement for my daughter's birthday. I will be returning here!

The staff were very pleasant. Easy to communicate with. One gentleman in particular was outstanding. Unfortunately we cannot read his name on the card we were provided. But he accommodated us and our needs. All the staff called taxis for us. We don’t speak French. So it was a helpful service. A great place to stay where you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in a few minutes.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The location is very good. the hotel staff, with the exception of one person, was also good. The individual who worked the Friday and Saturday morning we were there was exceptionally rude. Made several references to us being stupid English speakers, and I quote that.

The staff was AMAZING! They were so helpful and kind, answering questions and helping book my cab. The room was clean and the refreshed daily. The breakfast was simple but delicious. And the area was PERFECT! Just a 10 min walk to see the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of several bus lines and the Metro as well as numerous shops and cafes.

Me and my wife were early on arrival and being hopeful hoped we could check in a bit earlier due to terrible weather conditions. Soaked through went to reception desk and wasn’t even greeted with a bonjour. Not much conversation occurred and unfortunately wasn’t able to check in. During the stay we didn’t have any further conversation (strange). Room was small but adequate, don’t want to be rude but want to be honest.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel de la Paix Tour Eiffel. The staff was polite and helpful with our requests. The hotel location was only a few minutes away from Eiffel Tower in the heart oh the 7th Arrondissement. We can highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Paris.

Clean hotel, great location, easy walk to Eiffel Tower and train/metro station, restaurants, shops. Yet on a quiet street. Front desk staff very helpful. Daily room service. Expect your room to be small but that’s the norm for this area. The elevator is tiny, one standard suitcase with one person fits at a time. This was not an issue for us. We would stay again.

Great hotel near the Eiffel Tower. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower. There were great food and shops all within walking distance. The room is updated and is nice! Bathroom was clean and updated but a little small. Tight space in the shower.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Front desk was wonderful, and locations is unbeatable. The hotel rooms are super small, but happy to trade the size of the room for location. Keep in mind there are stairs to go up even with an elevator. Might not be the most suitable if you have a lot of luggage or have mobility concerns. But it is close to restaurants, shopping, and just a couple of blocks away from Rue Cler. Thanks for a great stay!

The room although small was so very well laid out that it felt big. If that makes sense. I wish they had a little mini fridge but durning the winter I left my refrigerated things outside on the window seal. ( Naughty man ). We really love the breakfast that was included, a typical continental type but you could make your own soft boiled egg which I really loved, and the espresso machine I think served the best latte that I could find on the street.

Fantastic boutique style hotel. Room was very comfortable and bigger than we expected. Staff were always friendly and helpful when needed. We did enjoy the breakfast every morning and glad we included it in our stay. The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower and metro we had no problems getting to every location we needed.

We truly enjoyed our week here. The location was very convenient - close to the Eiffel Tower and multiple metro stations. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start each morning, and the staff was very pleasant. Don't know if we will be back in Paris anytime soon, but we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

My stay here was an experience of a lifetime. The tourist sights were walkable or at least I was able to take the bus to farther tourist attractions. The staff were so kind and patient in helping me. It was so beautiful, breakfast was good, the bed was soft, room was clean. I’d go back again!

Pro’s -location, very accommodating staff, breakfast was good at a reasonable price. Con’s the room was small - the bathroom was minuscule and the tiny tiny elevator cannot handle guests and bags. It’s close to the Eiffel Tower and the neighborhood had some nice stores and restaurants.
