Die Umgebung des Hotels ist grauenhaft und teils gefährlich. Wir haben etwas gebraucht, bis wir das Hotel gefunden haben. Als wir es gefunden haben, waren wir schockiert über die Parkmöglichkeit. Wir mussten in einen enge dunkle kleine Tiefgarage fahren, die sich eher anfühlte wie ein vergangener Folterkeller. Wer hier das Auto unbeschadet reinfahren, parken und wieder herausfahren kann, verdient sich eine Auszeichnung. Die Zimmer an sich sind sehr einfach eingerichtet hier. Jedoch fehlt es deutlich an Hygiene und Sauberkeit. Die Bettlaken sind nicht sauber gewesen. Im Badezimmer ist Teppich verlegt, was zur Folge hat, dass er stets feucht ist und dementsprechend riecht. Nachts hört man den Lärm von draußen sehr stark. Das Frühstück ist recht überschaulich - wenig und noch weniger. Vor Buchung hatte ich nach Glutenfreie Frühstück angefragt. Das wurde mit zugesagt. Vor Ort wusste keiner was davon und sie konnten mit der Bezeichnung Glutenfrei auch nichts anfangen. Dementsprechend konnte ich über meinen Aufenthalt dort nicht frühstücken. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets bemüht und freundlich. Dennoch verdient das Hotel keine 4 Sterne. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Lediglich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter konnte und sein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern.

Where do I start. First of all the distance from gare du nord is around 2 miles off. Then when you eventually make you way there which can I add was a little unsettling even 434-year-old male it put me on edge. It’s not in the greatest part of town once I finally got into the room the air-conditioning was pathetic almost as if it wasn’t on. My light switch turned off the complete lighting circuit so something was wrong there.. and to top this all off the restaurant and Bar as advertised didn’t mention that then I open between the 4th of August and the 2nd of September so I went without food or drink overall not happy so I’ve checked out at 7 pm

Very friendly service ... and good with parking opportunity in the middle of the city. A bid strange room - but worked OK even though we had order two beds and only got a kingsize bed. Kitchen was closed sunday evening.

A nice clean hotel with good service. Bar was closed Sunday and Monday. Bad selection of beers. No french beer! Why? Close walk to many places and metro stations. I would recommend and visit again.

Tolles Hotel mit gutem bis sehr gutem Personal. Schönes für Paris großes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen und wenn man Abends Hunger hat ist das Restaurant (Séve) im Haus traumhaft. Die Gegend hinter dem Gare Du Nord ist nicht das touristische Highlight von Paris wenn man in die Straße des Hotels abbiegt ist man in einer anderen Welt. Ein Abenteuer ist das Hotel eigene Parkhaus dafür aber kostenlos. Allerdings sollte man die Abmessungen seines Autos genau kennen Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung

Etablissement très sympa, le fait d'avoir un garage est vraiment une bonne chose, n'ayez pas une voiture trop grosse cependant, ce sera compliqué pour vous stationner. Une attention particulière au service lorsque j'ai dîné. Serveuse très pro, agréable et contente de bosser, ça fait plaisir car c'est tellement rare de nos jours.

Great experience, quite a quirky place, but for Paris it was a great change - the bar area is brilliant also as is the courtyard - the room is massice if not a little odd in terms of arrangement. The check in was easy online with several email prompts making that process super quick and simple, check out the same.

Having had a flight cancellation we were forced to stay a night last minute in Paris. Our flight was delayed significantly and the hotel refused to allow a refundable cancellation after the Expedia agent very kindly called up on my behalf to request. The hotel wasn't in the area we wanted to be in given the significant delay so we eventually got to the hotel at about 1AM. Check-in took longer than it should have and we were eventually pointed up to our room which wasn't easy to find. The hotel courtyard was blasting music along with people singing and shouting which was extremely loud in our room. I first called reception at 1:15AM asking if they could turn off or turn down the music and they assured me they would. I called back several times and received the same response but nothing was done about it. It wasn't until about 2:30AM that the music died down so we could get to sleep. I told the hotel as we were checking in that we had an early flight the next morning to catch, so to have our limited opportunity to sleep impacted after paying for an expensive hotel was extremely frustrating. The room itself was clean but is decorated weirdly with plastic chairs and fluffy curtains. No idea why this hotel is reviewed as well as it is and I would certainly not recommend it to anyone.

L'hôtel part d'une belle idée mais l'exécution est plutôt décevante. Plusieurs détails ne sont pas au niveau de ce que l'on pourrait attendre d'un hôtel avec ce classement et sur ce niveau tarifaire: la poignée de porte de chambre qui reste dans la main, service dans un verre avec des traces de lèvres, couloir d'accès aux chambre pas très propre et abimé, le panneau lumineux défectueux...pourtant le personnel est très courtois et serviable. Cela donne l'impression que peu de moyen est engagé dans l'entretien de l'hotel. Le quartier peut également surprendre si l'on ne connait pas la région parisienne.

The hotel is beautiful. So clean and comfortable. Very accommodating staff also. However the area is not great. As two girls we felt very unsafe leaving the hotel to get to places.

Close to the train station, clean and lovely staff

Hotel was fab highly recommended a good base to explore Paris. Staff were wonderful / friendly and helpful. Rooms felt modern and were very clean. Restaurant serves good food and has a nice atmosphere a very nice place to spend a relaxed evening away from the busy Bistros. Just a shame the ICE bar is now closed as would have been a good experience.

D’extérieur c’est super, la déco est sympa et la réception dans ce cube assez originale. Mais par temps de pluie la cour est inondée, le réceptionniste ne va certainement pas bouger de son bureau pour venir m’aider à ouvrir la porte alors que je galère avec mes sacs. Ça fait d’énormes flaques dehors en mode inondation. Il fait super chaud dans les chambres, vieillissantes, même pas une bouteille d’eau offerte (faut payer le mini bar). Pas de prise en tête de lit. Et je vous déconseille les escaliers, même si l’ascenseur vous secoue, les escaliers c’est épique. Il a des trous dans les murs avec l’eau qui coule sur… je ne sais pas quoi mais tout était moisi

+ : hôtel calme, patio agréable, restauration 24h/24, bonne literie. - : chambre mal entretenue, odeur d'urine dans les sanitaires, manque de rangements, absence de dressing.

Pour le petit déjeuner, le personnel devait être nouveau et sans accompagnement, du coup les serveurs étaient perdus et pas très réactif...Le bain marie n'avait pas d'eau et quand ils en on mis elle était froide... du coup les aliments étaient froid. Pour le petit déjeuner anglais on parle d'haricots blancs à la sauce tomate et non d'haricot rouge avec des carottes tout sec. La sauce garanti au minimum une certaine chaleur. Pas de room service - Le restaurant n'a pas l'air d'attirer des foules - mais le quartier y est pour qq chose. Pour le reste, la chambre était impeccable et spacieuse. Un point positif, le calme et l'on peut dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

Stylish hotel courtyard and restaurant with minimal room decor. Good fitness centre. The air conditioning wasn't very powerful which meant the room was hot all night

Hôtel très original mais plusieurs points décevant: - lampe de bureau qui ne marche pas. - attente interminable pour eau chaude - isolation sur la rue vraiment moyenne

Vi var där tre nätter och alla kvällar gick jag ner och nämnde att vi har en handduk och fattas en. Trodde att säga det en gång skulle inte hända igen! Hela rummet har två el uttag varav ett i badrummet och andra fungerar med el knappen i korridoren. Alltså på nätterna har du bara ett uttag. Allt detta försvårar telefons laddningen. På nätterna hördes mycket ljud från taket , det är som någon flyttar möblerna hela tiden. Sista natten höredes till kl. 05:00 med jämna mellanrum. Lampan i toaletten släcks om man sitter still. Miljövänligt kan tänkas vara, men inte efter 7 sekunder. Man blir lite trött av det. Var och ett av gnällen ovan kan småsak, men tillsammans blir för mycket.

The proximity to Eurostar was nice (15 min walk) but the walk to get there felt very unsafe. I stayed in the Junior suite which had a big tub, that was lovely. There’s no separate shower but they have a handheld shower attachment on the tub. It’s slippery getting in/out but loved the tub regardless. At the hotel, the door lock did not feel secure (deadbolt was automatic but anyone with the key could come in). I put the end table between the front door and bathroom door to prevent anyone from opening in my sleep. Also, there was no “do not disturb” sign for the door so the staff knocked every two hours the first day when I was asleep. I asked for them to not come the subsequent days but they still knocked at least once per day. The hotel is right next to a school with young kids. Do not stay here if you need to sleep later than 8am. The property felt secure, the staff were average/nice, there’s a restaurant on site but no one was eating there or working at the times I came and went. The best was super comfortable. There were no views. The price and high review rating is what made me book this property. Whilst the biggest issue was feeling safe in the neighbor as a solo female traveler, I would stay here again if I had a tight budget.

I travel frequently for business, and while I am not a difficult person, I do expect a minimum level of knowledge from members of staff, good customer service, and problem-solving skills that make you, as a customer, feel valued. The staff member processing my check-in was not properly trained for that position. I travelled from the UK to attend SIAL Paris and arrived at the hotel around 7pm, only to discover that I wasn’t even in their system. After about five minutes of looking at the computer screen, the staff member finally realised that my booking was, in fact, on the system. He then gave me my room number (204) and an electronic key. When I went to my room, I was unable to open the door. After trying three times to ensure I was using the key correctly, I returned to reception to explain the situation. I had to wait 10 minutes as he was serving a new customer, and no one else was available to assist. After the wait, he gave me a new key, scanned it again, and I returned to my room, only to find the door still wouldn’t open. I went back to reception and waited another 15 minutes, as he was again assisting another customer. When he finally attended to me, he asked if I was sure I was using the key correctly, making me feel as though I was at fault. I invited him to come and show me how to open the door. We went upstairs together, and the door still wouldn’t open. After 30 minutes, he finally changed my room but did so without offering any apology.

L’hôtel allait plutôt, chambre assez grande. Mais expérience horrible la femme de ménage est entrée 2 fois sans même frapper et alors que je dormais, sans allumer j’ai hurlé en voyant juste une ombre. Inadmissible dans un hôtel qu’on entre (et j’avais verrouillé la porte ce qui apparemment ne sert à rien) le jour du checkout avant l’heure du checkout, 1e fois que ça arrive, je l’ai dit à la réception qui s’en fichait apparemment…

They tried to kick me out before before the day I had to leave even though I paid for it (their mistake), then 10 minutes later someone walks into my room without knocking and again someone walks into my room 15 minutes after that without knocking. They didn’t have very much choice for breakfast but then charged an outrageous amount for it(2of us). We had a croissant and a yogurt ($20euro charged each). The shower stall in my room was all black and in a corner with no lighting…how can you see in there. I’m sorry for the low review but this time I wasn’t satisfied at all!

We did not feel comfortably walking around the neighborhood

The hotel is in a really unsafe neighborhood, the Uber driver warned us not to leave the hotel at night. We never checked in, we last and found other accommodations. 2 woman traveling alone should feel safe

We stayed here after an evening train from Amsterdam and were very impressed. It is conveniently located near Gare du Nord. It is a bit daunting walking down the streets at night from Gare due Nord but once you get there the hotel is surprisingly nice. Very helpful staff and good sized room

Personalet var enormt søde og servicemindede og morgenmadsbuffeten virkelig lækker. Men der er en mærkelig værelsesindretning, hvor badet var en uafskærmet del af værelset og ingen mulighed for privatliv. Det virker som om værelserne er designet til single-rejsende. Selve hotellet har en hyggelig restaurant, men der spilles høj musik (højere end bar-niveau) tors-lørdag, hvilket ikke er fedt, hverken at spise i eller når man har værelse ud til gården hvor folk sidder og taler/ ryger, så man hører musikken hver gang folk går ind og ud. Glad for at vi ikke var der om sommeren hvor døren potentielt er åben.
