Personnel vraiment très aimable et aux petits soins, déco joyeuse, chambre confortable. Bemols : réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas (j'en ai besoin et c'est un critère de choix de mes hôtels), et même pas une petite bouilloire pour se faire une boisson chaude (payante à l'accueil).

La situation de l’hôtel est top Le personnel est disponible et très aimable, c’est appréciable Dommage que nous ayons eu une chambre au rez de chaussée donnant sur une petite cour intérieure : aucune lumière naturelle, sensation d’étouffement au seins même de la chambre et odeur de canalisation vraiment désagréable. La chambre était néanmoins au calme. Attention, l’hôtel n’a pas de parking. Il faut stationner dans un parking partenaire situé à 5 minutes à pieds.

Localization was ok and pretty close to the metro station. But the room was too hot with no AC. During the summer that must be hot as hell. The elevator is terrible and super tiny. About the room again, we can hear almost everything that comes from the room next door.

The only complaint i would have about the hotel was the lack of a lift.. not easy humping a 20 kg case up 2 flights of stairs.. but overall was happy with the hotel

Très bien situé et au calme. Proche métro Rome M2. 25 min à pieds place de la Concorde ou je me suis rendue pour les JO. Personnel souriant et accueillant. Chambre au calme , 2eme sans ascenseur. Bonne literie. Chambre climatisée, à débloquer sur demande au réceptionniste. Un petit frigo , bienvenu en cette chaleur. Merci 😊

Non mi è piaciuto: quando siamo ritornati la sera in hotel, abbiamo trovato la camera non chiusa a chiave, consiglierei al personale di fare più attenzione. L’assenza del frigo bar in camera, quantomeno sarebbe stato carino avere una bottiglia d’acqua in camera. Non mi dispiacciono gli spazi ristretti però il bagno è davvero minuscolo, più che altro la parte del gambinetto che arrivi a toccare la parete con le gambe. Consiglierei di inserire uno specchio lungo in camera, è scomodo averne solo uno nel bagno. Mi è piaciuto: il personale assolutamente gentile e disponibile. È in una bella zona, vicino a metro, ristoranti ecc. L’estetica dell’hotel in se è abbastanza piacevole. La pulizia è ok.

La posizione è ottima perchè vicina a due linee della metropolitana e anche alla stazione dei treni; se ti piace camminare, puoi raggiungere a piedi anche il centro e Montmartre! Lo staff è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Devo però far notare che la descrizione della camera non corrisponde alla realtà: non vi è la cassetta di sicurezza né minibar né un distributore di the e caffè gratuito (come si può invece pensare dalle foto e dal testo). Inoltre, la camera doppia superior ha uno stanzino piccolissimo separato con il water senza finestre né ventole per il ricambio dell'aria e dalla parte opposta della camera vi è un'altra parte con solo doccia e lavandino; consiglio quindi una doppia standard e non superior!

Mon avion ayant été retardé je suis arrivé à l'hôtel plus tard que prévu et j'ai eu un des meilleurs accueil que j'ai vu , et je voyage beaucoup , d'une propreté sans faille et on dort bien sans bruits extérieurs après un long voyage. Bravo désormais je réserverai toujours cet hôtel lors de mes séjours en France. Le metro est a proximité et la gare Saint Lazare aussi.

This hotel is everything I look for in a boutique hotel. It was perfect and charming in a fantastic neighborhood outside of the heavily tourist areas yet close to a metro station that will get you pretty much anywhere. We stayed for five nights and we were very comfortable. The room while small was clean, perfectly laid out and space used wisely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. A big thank you to the wonderful front desk staff, especially Masud and Serge, for their professionalism and pleasant demeanor. I appreciate having a staffed front desk at all hours for safety because not all boutique hotels do that. Lastly, the room attendant and house keeping staff do a great job, keeping the property clean and well maintained. Lastly, breakfast is available for guests convenience for €13 and has a wide variety and assortment of food. The area has many restaurants and cafés so you can certainly pick up your own your own food which is what we did most days. I loved coming back to this hotel and neighborhood after a day of adventuring in Paris. The neighborhood is safe with many amenities, restaurants, and, lovely store fronts. Without a doubt, I would stay here again and I highly recommend that you book your stay here as well.

nous sommes restés 3 jours à Paris dans le cadre de visites et soirées festives. Bien reçu, personnel accueillant à tous les niveaux, petits déjeuners avec bon buffet, chambres propres avec tv, et ouvert 24h sur 24 . Excellente literie et quartier calme . Près de tout , métro, magasins, restaurants . avec un parking à 600 mètres pour garer la voiture à l'abri.

I appreciate having a staffed front desk at all hours for safety because not all boutique hotels do that. Lastly, the room attendant and house keeping staff do a great job, keeping the property clean and well maintained. Lastly, breakfast is available for guests convenience for €13 and has a wide variety and assortment of food. The area has many restaurants and cafés so you can certainly pick up your own your own food which is what we did most days. I loved coming back to this hotel and neighborhood after a day of adventuring in Paris. The neighborhood is safe with many amenities, restaurants, and, lovely store fronts. Without a doubt, I would stay here again and I highly recommend that you book your stay here as well.

Séjour d’une nuit à l’hôtel, particulièrement agréable, notamment grâce aux dames de service, souriantes, accueillantes et avec la volonté de satisfaire le client. Un réceptionniste en revanche très maladroit dans sa communication, avec erreur dans l’attribution de la chambre (chambre ne correspondant pas à celle réservée et remise en question de la réservation effectuée). The hotel was great, located close to a metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. Everything was good—the room was nice, and the bathroom was really beautiful. We only had one issue with the air conditioning, which the night staff couldn’t resolve, but the day staff handled it well. Overall, we were happy with the hotel

La situation de l’hôtel est top Le personnel est disponible et très aimable, c’est appréciable Dommage que nous ayons eu une chambre au rez de chaussée donnant sur une petite cour intérieure : aucune lumière naturelle, sensation d’étouffement au seins même de la chambre et odeur de canalisation vraiment désagréable. La chambre était néanmoins au calme. Attention, l’hôtel n’a pas de parking. Il faut stationner dans un parking partenaire situé à 5 minutes à pieds.

Good spot, don't believe the complainers its good here and the price was right, cheaper option than other hotels, hopefully stays this way. Quiet area too. Only the continental breakfast is hit and miss.. either way good staff too.

Really nice hotel. Really good location for the metro but also a really nice selection of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel is really well designed and while our room was on the smaller side it was really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also nice and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. At a push, my only bit of feedback would be that it would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room but that is minor and definitely wouldn’t stop me going back to this hotel next time we are in Paris.
