I stayed for two nights here as part of a week long trip through Italy. The town itself is beautiful and charming. The hotel was very nice, with large rooms, big bathrooms, and a nice private balcony. The breakfast spread was great and there are multiple areas you can sit in, including outside. I happened to be there when it was terrible weather - multiple days of rain and cooler than average weather. Therefore, I was unable to actually use any of the amenities. The pools and hot tub were not open. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains, however, I couldn’t enjoy it due to the weather. This is of course not the hotel’s fault but I was disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the many amenities since they were a main reason that I chose this property. It is within reasonable walking distance of restaurants and stores and the train station is about a 20 minute walk. My one complaint is that there was a lot of street noise even with the windows closed. However, I enjoyed my stay and hope that I can return sometime to use the pools!

We loved the hotel, it is beautifully kept and super clean. The staff were excellent, superb English. We had an issue when we arrived having lost a bag, and Benjamin was very helpful. Great friendly staff that are always available and nothing is too much trouble. Really enjoyed how the hotel has various different outside areas to unwind in so you are not always on top of other guests, gave a real exclusive feel

This hotel is lovely. They have two pools with many chairs. We didn't have an issue getting seats. I don't think they were full, but based on the number, it seems likely that people could secure a chair for a few hours when they wanted. The rooms were nice - spacious. The bathrooms were nice (shower is on small side). The breakfast was part continental style with eggs/bacon to order. Overall, nice breakfast. My only complain was the bed was very firm.

Traumhaft schönes Hotel. Wunderschöner Garten mit zwei Pools. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites und mehrsprachiges Personal. Garage bietet auch zwei AC Ladespots für EV. Das Zentrum von Desenzano und der See sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Zuallererst: das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, man läuft ca. 5-10 Minuten zur Hafenpromenade. Die Ausstattung des Hotelzimmers ist okay, an der Sauberkeit gibt's nichts zu bemängeln. Jederzeit wieder.

This is a gem! Would highly recommend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great location. Rooms slightly dated but overall nicely appointed. Great value. Excellent food and quaint gardens. We would stay again.

Great service, attentive staff. A/C was a bit faint and stationed by the door, felt more like a unit. A smidge dated, but great otherwise. Didn’t like that the bathroom had a double sided mirror by the window, which seemed odd, so I covered it. The flusher for the toilet was odd and a bit hard to suppress. Great location walkable to town!

Lovely hotel. We had a lake view room which was a beautiful way to wake up each morning. Staff were attentive and helpful in suggesting great restaurants in town as well as advice on trains, since we using it as a base to tour Veneto.

This was our piccola casa away from our casa for 4 days. Impeccable service and attention to detail. This is what hotels should be. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Indeed the family that owns the hotel are always on the property. When we come back to Desenzano di Garda we will be back here.? This is the place to call home while you explore all the other enchanting towns around beautiful Lago di Garda!!

We loved the hotel, it is beautifully kept and super clean. The staff were excellent, superb English. We had an issue when we arrived having lost a bag, and Benjamin was very helpful. There are loads of lovely areas to sii8t, both inside and out, beautiful gardens front and back (front a little noisy from the road which is a shame) The roof terrace is a lovely and quiet sun trap with a lake view. the lemon garden and library are wonderfully quaint. The breakfast was superb, and we had dinner one night next to the pool, and the food was excellent. It is fancy and maybe a little more than elsewhere, but I couldn't fault it. The seared tuna was outstanding. The location is great, about a 10 min max walk to the town and the ferry terminal. It's a 20 minute walk from the train station downhill...or 10 euros in a taxi. Our room was comfortable, the bed was good and a very smart new bathroom. The balcony caught the evening sun until late

Lovely hotel. We had a lake view room which was a beautiful way to wake up each morning. Staff were attentive and helpful in suggesting great restaurants in town as well as advice on trains, since we using it as a base to tour Veneto.

Had the pleasure to spend 4 nights at this hotel. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back one day. Service was beyond great - and a special thanks to Paulo for taking care of us from day 1.

I stayed for two nights here as part of a week long trip through Italy. The town itself is beautiful and charming. The hotel was very nice, with large rooms, big bathrooms, and a nice private balcony. The breakfast spread was great and there are multiple areas you can sit in, including outside. I happened to be there when it was terrible weather - multiple days of rain and cooler than average weather. Therefore, I was unable to actually use any of the amenities. The pools and hot tub were not open. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains, however, I couldn’t enjoy it due to the weather. This is of course not the hotel’s fault but I was disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the many amenities since they were a main reason that I chose this property. It is within reasonable walking distance of restaurants and stores and the train station is about a 20 minute walk. My one complaint is that there was a lot of street noise even with the windows closed. However, I enjoyed my stay and hope that I can return sometime to use the pools!

The hotel & staff were excellent. Hotel is well positioned for train and ferry links with a god variety of eating options within a short walk. Down side, the hotel is situated on a fairly busy road which can be noisy during the day. Overall a good hotel.

Hotel excelente! Bem localizado ( 400m do Ferry que leva a todas localidades), ótimas opções para comer ( no Hotel - comida muito boa) e nas redondezas. Quarto confortável, banheiro bom ( chuveiro era fraco no 3 andar - sem pressão forte). Café da manhã bom e excelente estacionamento! Funcionários cortezes!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt Toller Service, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Nette Kleinigkeit am Rande: Meine Frau hat sich über das schwarze Make-up Tuch im Badezimmer gefreut. (Zum abschminken) Das hat sie noch nicht oft in Hotels gesehen. Toll. Dazu zwei Pools, mindestens einer davon beheizt und überhaupt nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist auch wirklich gut. Nur einen Katzensprung von der Fußgängerzone und fast direkt am See. Nur von einer Straße getrennt.

Great service, attentive staff. A/C was a bit faint and stationed by the door, felt more like a unit. A smidge dated, but great otherwise. Didn’t like that the bathroom had a double sided mirror by the window, which seemed odd, so I covered it. The flusher for the toilet was odd and a bit hard to suppress. Great location walkable to town!

Wow! A mini paradise that is close to everything you need, the hotel itself and grounds are wonderfully peaceful and idyllic. Staff are exceptional and we loved the themed days - the fruit at the tropical breakfast was a personal favourite. 11/10

Cute hotel, great service and gave my room as requested. Breakfast was fantastic. Only reason for cutting a star is because there was smoking smell in my bathroom and the hall lights were not working. highly recommended in Desanzano.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel welcome and at home. Everything is excellent – the service, the pool, the food, and the location. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
