Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und es war zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Auch wenn es nur ein paar geringe Parkplätze gab, war aber um das Hotel herum immer die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und das restliche Personal auch sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Frische Eier nach Bestellung, Obst/Gemüse zum Saft pressen, top! Möbel waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Daybeds im 1 Stock nicht so schön anzusehen aber dann haben wir eben die einfachen Liegen am Pool benutzt 😉 Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und daher nicht nutzbar weil er soooo kalt war 🙈 Wir haben auch in einer Woche niemanden gesehen, der ihn benutzt hat. Wir würden aber jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Es war alles in allem, Preis-Leistung, hervorragend. Wenn das Personal stimmt dann ist alles andere schon fast unwichtig 😉

On arrival we were allowed in the room early and the receptionist was very friendly finding good information about the hotels and services. The room was clean and well layed out and very modernised. I was impressed by how quiet it was and the green suburban surrounding area. The breakfast was a good standard with lots to choose and waiting staff able to help with requests. The main benefit of this hotel is the spa available (with reservation) to guests which was included in the price and could be used multiple times over a stay. The reservation made it much more relaxing. Overall, a great stay with good location and easy links to around lake Garda.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff goes above and beyond. The large and balcony were fantastic. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, massages, breakfast and drinks at the bar each evening. Great place to stay!

The property was very nice. It was in a mixed residential/hotel area. Room had room for suitcase. The shower was large with a rainfall shower. The staff were very gracious and kind. They went beyond my expectations. Bar staff brought soft drinks and ice to my room. Plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas. Only drawback was the icy cold pool. The water at the lake was much warmer than the hotel pool. It cost 8.5 euros to rent lounge chair and umbrella at the beach. The beach and lake bottom are rocky. Wear your water shoes.

This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, the pool was a godsend given the heatwave, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we also made good use of the bar and pool service 😃. The room was a good size however the aircon wasnt fantastic and the shower had quite a lot of mould and one of the window privacy curtains was missing which for the price paid was a surprise. This is why I have rated as good and not excellent overall. That said, I would recommend the resort.

Hotel was immaculate. The staff very friendly & attentive to our needs. As it is our Honeymoon we received free Proseco on arrival which was nice. Breakfast each morning had plenty of choice & was spot on.

Great stay, really nice hotel with great staff. We paid extra for the suite with the private pool and it was great for the view and the pool but it was disappointing that it also had a connecting door to another room that you could hear everything from. Highly recommend if you bring ear plugs.

A bit mixed here. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are great, the cocktails are excellent. The pool area is very nice. The location is good in a quiet residential area but just a short walk to the ferries, restaurants and bars. However, we had a room with a patio and view of the lake, which was great, but we felt the room itself was a bit basic, no tea or coffee facilities and just one easy accessible plug for chargers etc. and the bed cover was very snagged when we arrived. The soundproofing was also not great, with us being clearly able to hear conversations in the next room. We still enjoyed our time there though.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, the pool was a godsend given the heatwave, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we also made good use of the bar and pool service 😃. The room was a good size however the aircon wasnt fantastic and the shower had quite a lot of mould and one of the window privacy curtains was missing which for the price paid was a surprise. This is why I have rated as good and not excellent overall. That said, I would recommend the resort.

Hotel Palazzo is comfortable modern hotel located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Desenzano. It takes 10 mins to walk down to the main area for the shops, bars & restaurants, and the ferry from where you can take boats to the various villages around the Lake. It's set back about 100m from the lake shore, but you can see from the hotel bedrooms providing you get a lake view room. We were on the 2nd floor. The room itself is quite small, with minimal leg room around the bed. The en suite features a good shower. There are only a few parking spaces, which were always occupied during our stay, so I had to park on the streets around the hotel. The nearest electric car charging station is a 5 min walk away in an open public car park. The charger there is very slow, so allow enough time for charging when required. Reception was friendly and polite. My wife asked them to organise a little surprise for my birthday and the best they could offer was a bottle of prosecco in the room for 18 euros. They don't even give you free water in the room. The breakfast was decent, but the same menu every day. Overall it's a good hotel, but nothing outstanding. We didn't use the spa, as we booked the Thermae Spa in Sirmione, which was well worth the money. I wouldn't object to staying here again, but would look to staying closer to the town next time.

The receptionist is the best ever! I feel the need to send her a little gift. She was so helpful and kind from start to finish and going above and beyond to help me during our stay. Helping me find rides, taxis in the rain, suggestions, book massage and spa, etc. I wish the room would have been a little cooler but that’s my only complaint. 100/10 recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff- our dog Rollo was treated like a rockstar! All of the staff made a fuss of him, he was given treats and even had his own omelette made for him for breakfast. It wasn’t just the above and beyond service for Rollo, it was for us as well, we were checking out and leaving very early 5am, the reception staff had made us a packed breakfast and insisted on making us a cappuccino before we hit the road. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff all take time to speak with you and dogs are welcomed as part of the family. I would stay here again and would recommend highly.

The check out on june 15th, was horrible and left a bitter taste to the experience. We woke up late, went to breakfast and when we noticed, it was 10 min to 11am, check out time. Before going to the room, we asked for 30 mkn, to which we were rudeky informed we could not take it, in a rude maner, after we insisted we needed a few minutes to pack up. The front desk lady said her instructions were those and we place her on a bad spot by asking for this extra time, she could not decide. After trying to explaing to her we were hoing to take the time, and asked about the consequenced of the extra few minutes, we left the reception. The end of story is that at 11h12 min we were down. There were no consequences, besides the rudeness, lack of preparation of this one "professional" that made we ruminate about it during the day. Please get her trained on how to speak and handle customers, it was a shame. We travel for work and stay on more that 30 hotels per year, this experience is not comon to us. Take care, Tiago

Der Spa-Bereich wird nur mit vorheriger Terminbuchung vergeben, was grundsätzlich gut organisiert ist, da man den Bereich dann für sich allein hat. Der Pool Bereich war in Ordnung - das Wasser etwas kalt.

This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und es war zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Auch wenn es nur ein paar geringe Parkplätze gab, war aber um das Hotel herum immer die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und das restliche Personal auch sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Frische Eier nach Bestellung, Obst/Gemüse zum Saft pressen, top! Möbel waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Daybeds im 1 Stock nicht so schön anzusehen aber dann haben wir eben die einfachen Liegen am Pool benutzt 😉 Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt und daher nicht nutzbar weil er soooo kalt war 🙈 Wir haben auch in einer Woche niemanden gesehen, der ihn benutzt hat. Wir würden aber jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Es war alles in allem, Preis-Leistung, hervorragend. Wenn das Personal stimmt dann ist alles andere schon fast unwichtig 😉

Das "Einchecken" erfolgte rasch und mit einer außergewöhnlichen Freundlichkeit. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem nötigen Komfort ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksangebot war ebenfalls reichhaltig und einzigartig. Man konnte sich in Selbstbedienung einen frisch gepressten Orangen- oder Karottensaft zubereiten. Auf Wunsch wurde jede Art von frisch zubereiteten Kaffee serviert. Am Abend war die Bar bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Der freundliche Barkeeper servierte uns perfekte Cocktails.

Different types of eggs (scrambeled, omelette, boiled), cheeses and ham/salami etc. and pastries/cakes. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. They also have a cooling A/C. If I should mention something it is that the mattress was a bit hard and somewhat sagging, and might need replacing soon. The shower pressure fluctuated a bit.
