Stayed here for 2 nights after visiting Disneyland Paris. We wanted a hotel close to a train into Paris city. As a family of 4 we had booked a family room but on our arrival the room was unavailable. The hotel then provided us with 2 rooms next to each other and gave us complimentary breakfast. Rooms are basic but functional, clean and tidy. Onsite parking, and close to a shopping centre with a supermarket. Would us again

The room had no towels or toilet paper when we got there . There is black mold on the ceilings and underneath the area where you flush the toilet. The rug was ripped. Claim yhe have restaurant but they have a breakfast buffet that was minimal. The bar was the receptionist making a drink, if they knew how. No seats to sit at the bar. The room didn't have a chair. No outlet in the bathroom to plug in a curling iron. Very disappointing. Good location for tje train

The hotel needs to improve a lot the cleanliness, the painting, the elevators are dirty, the door at the rooms needs to be painted. The housekeeping personal needs to clean the room and change the bed sheets and do the beds. If they advertise air conditioning needs to be sincere that is a heater and not air conditioning. For the price that I paid and the quality that I got, is frustrating. The hotel doesn't look the same as the picture. These pictures were taken a long time ago. Dont like the hotel at all.

J'ai retrouvé une punaise de lit sur la couette, j'ai envoyé 2 Mail depuis 1 semaine aucune réponse, poussière sous le Lit et entre le sommier et matelas ! J'ai du tout nettoyer en rentrant, acheter des produits pour, pour être sûr de pas en ramené chez nous , en revanche le Mr de l'accueil soirée et matin vraiment très gentil

It was very dirty, especially the floor, and we had hair on our beds. The mirror in the bathroom had fallen off several times. We had requested an extra duvet, but they couldn't provide it. Overall, the service was very poor. The only good thing was the friendly and hard-working lady at breakfast. However, she couldn't keep up, even on a Sunday, so not all the dishes were available at breakfast. The selection was already very limited. On a positive note, the location was very close to the train, which took us to Disneyland in 10 minutes. The price was also reasonable. But a little more cleanliness and helpfulness isn't too much to ask for.

La chambre avait été faite quand j’en ai pris possession, lit fait, serviettes pliées… mais les toilettes étaient sales, traces d’excréments sur la lunette des toilettes et sur les toilettes, une espèce de pâte visqueuse était collée sur les pieds de la table de nuit, mouchoirs sale sous le lit et la bouilloire contenait de l’eau ce qui suggère qu’elle n’a pas été nettoyé. Ce n’est pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel mais celui-ci m’a vraiment déçu car la chambre était sale et le minimum a été fait pour cacher la misère. Le personnel est pourtant très agréable, à la réception et au restaurant.

Lighting in the room was very poor and our radiator was broken. This was not ideal when it was freezing temperatures and snowing.. we had one pillow each(there was 3 of us) and asked for more from the reception and he gave us one more- when we asked for one each.. I asked again and he said he would bring more but he didn’t not come up with them. All plug outlets are away from the bed and the shower temperature is very sensitive. Shower curtain was filthy. However, on a positive note this hotel is located right beside Torcy train station and a shopping centre.

La literie est parfaite, la chambres est spacieuse. Seule la pression de l'eau était faible et l'eau compliquée à régler, tantôt froid, tantôt chaud. L'hôtel est agréable et le petit-déjeuner très bien, hormis les œufs la recette doit être revue car ils n'ont aucun goût et une texture particulière.

Einfaches Hotel, gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Nahe Disneyland und Paris. Nachteil: es ist recht laut und zum Flur hin nicht gut schallisoliert. Vorteil: sehr sauber, preiswert und sehr freundliches Personal. Und: kostenlose Parkplätze sowie einwandfrei funktionierendes WLAN.

I found this property to be delightful. The staff were friendly, patient, and willing to look over my language barrier. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located across the street from multiple bus stops and the subway station. It was very easy to just walk over and take the subway into Paris on our first day then Disneyland Paris on the next day. If you do not speak French, don’t let staying here dissuade you. I would advise anyone visiting a foreign country to learn a few basic phrases and use a translation app on your phone in the event you need it. The staff were more than patient with helping me get my needs met. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again for my next trip to Disneyland Paris.

This hotel was absolutely horrid from the moment we arrived! We were hoping for an early check-in but instead we greeted with the fact that we would actually get a late check-in, the front desk operator advising that our room wouldn’t be ready until at least 3:30 pm. At 3:15 pm we were given a key and told the room was ready when we went upstairs. The cleaner was still in the room and told us to wait outside. The room itself was absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was old and dilapidated. We were not advised about room cleaning procedures.

We stayed for two nights, with a stay at a Disneyland hotel in between. The room had everything we needed at a very reasonable price and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, including dealing with questions about our son’s peanut allergy. Demba (receptionist) was very friendly and helpful and it was lovely to see him when we returned two days later.

Really friendly welcome. I was using it as a cheap night before moving over to Disneyland Paris the next day which I have done before. It's literally a stone's throw from the RER and then on to a shopping centre with supermarket so the local amenities are what sways me to stay here. The one thing that I would love to improve is breakfast options for vegans. I had what I call a "classic vegan hotel breakfast" which was bread, jam and a banana. In fairness to the hotel, I didn't ask about alternate milks because I overslept. It was pretty loud pretty late but I don't know where that noise was coming from to blame the hotel and I just put earplugs in but I do think it contributed to me rolling out of bed at almost 10am!

Personale cordiale , non capisco perché bisogna confermare la pulizia della stanza il giorno prima , altrimenti non viene effettuata , quando solitamente é compresa nel prezzo e quindi non ci troverebbe essere bisogno di avvisare . Struttura nella media anche perché non si può pretendere di più visto il costo molto economico del soggiorno . Posto tranquillo e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano , dalla stazione a negozi e ristoranti .

Great hotel at a great price! This is where we always stay when we visit Paris. Much more affordable than staying in the city and it’s right next door to the main train line between Paris and Disney. There’s also a mall and lots of eating within walking distance.

Its a very basic hotel in an excellent location, just a stones throw from the RER station. Its a great location for Disneyland and Val d'Europe. A big shout out to Thierry on reception who was absolutely brilliant.

Welcoming staff and easy check in. The room has good facilities. The bed and cushion were better than most hostels I've stayed in, I had a great sleep. The location is very convenient as it is in walking distance to train and bus station with great link to Disneyland and there is also a shopping center with supermarket and other shops. I would say the tin could do with a bit of refurbishment but it was still a great stay, so I would definitely recommend.

Well what can i say i was supposed to be staying here for 2 nights after visiting disney for the weekend. I checkeed in went in to the prison cell of a room and left 10mins later. Very very basic accommodation and the area felt unsafe so wasnt keen on leaving car either.

The staff are very friendly and polite, breakfast is very good and plenty of choice , brilliantly placed for Disneyland short walk to train station and only 3 stops. The only criticism is the windows in rooms open fully so could be dangerous if you have children. Overall we we all very happy .

I didn't like the staff, i think they're rude. The actual rooms are not what's advertised, they're smaller. The breakfast was stale, the bread was very old. Aa for hygiene, limited soap and toilet paper. When we requested to clean the room, the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. Then were hairs on them, very disgusting. Will never recommend

Hôtel vieillot, hall d’entrée et espace déjeuner rénover mais les chambres manque de modernité c’est dommage car niveau confort rien à redire ! Le prix des petits déjeuner est exagéré 60€ pour 4 peu de choix et produits bas de gammes (viennoiseries très sèches).

Accueil chaleureux et pratique car 24h/24. . De belles chambres avec lit de 160. Oreiller ergonomique. Salle de bain correct avec baignoire. Bouilloire avec thé café infusion. Sèche cheveux.
