Mycket trevlig personal, bra frukost och bra läge, smidigt med gratis parkering. Extremt varmt och ingen cirkulation av luft inne på hotellet. Det finns inge aircondition någonstans. Jag kommer absolut inte boka detta igen under sommarmånaderna. Säkert jättebra på vintern då det inte är så varmt.

Très bon accueil, la personne de la réception à été de très bon conseil pour suggérer des activités. L'établissement à un parking avec des places "large" (ça change des parkings de centres commerciaux tout sérré), également disponible des bornes de recharge. Les chambres sont d'un âge, mais sont très bien (j'y ai mieux dormis que dans une chambre d'un hôtel H***t Sky) Et pour finir, très bon petit déjeuner.

L’hotel è perfetto per soggiornare a Colmar: io centro si raggiunge comodamente con una breve passeggiata. Comodo il parcheggio e personale gentile. Camere piccole ma ben strutturate e letto molto comodo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Great place to stay for a night or two when visiting Colmar. The free parking is plentiful and the hotel is only 15-20 minute walk from the centre. The room is basic but comfortable enough for a night. We were greeted at the front desk by Leo who was very friendly and helpful!

Das Zummer war klein und gemütlich. Es hatte alles was es braucht. Heisswasser war sofort da und Heizung hat gut funktioniert und war angenehm einstellbar. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück Buffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ca 15 von der Altstadt zu Fuss entfernt, Stadtpläne vor Ort vorhanden. Parkplatz fürs Auto auch tipptopp.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux, rien à redire. Le parking privé est un vrai plus à Colmar ! Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée. Dans l’ensemble, un hôtel très bien situé, au rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Si vous passez par Colmar, n’hésitez pas !

Tres bon accueil, l'hôtel est facile d'accès et idealement situé à environ 10mn à pied du centre ville. La taille des chambre est correcte mais la SDB et les toilettes sont TRES petites. Pas de climatisation, un seul ventilateur. Le rapport qualité prix de PDJ est très correct, bravo! A noter que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking à l'arrière du bâtiment qui permet de garer les motos à l'abri de la rue.

Für ein 2 Sterne Hotel, kann man nichts abziehen in diesem Fall. Die Wände sind dünn und die Rollläden sind laut, aber mein Schnarchen auch. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, nicht ganz ist die Enge der Toilette oder Dusche einzufangen, bin ja nicht gerade dünn und klein. Aber sehr ordentlich und sauber! Das Bett zum Übernachten war weich und für uns 2 kuschelig. Die Kirchenglocken von St. Leon wecken einen ab 7Uhr zum Frühstück und Abends um 21Uhr ein letztes Mal zu Bett. Das Frühstück (7:30-9:30) wird liebevoll, immer wieder nachgefüllt und ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste ist auch vorhanden. Eine weitere helfende Person beim Service wäre vielleicht hilfreich. Mein Tipp, entweder gleich am Anfang oder vor Ende vorbeikommen, da es nicht so voll am Buffet wird bzw. Anstehen und laut wird. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, gerade bei Reservierungen in Restaurants, das ist sehr ratsam, da die meisten zwischen 14-18 Uhr zu machen und dann alle zu Abendessen wollen. Es war ein sehr schöner 2 tägiger Kurzurlaub in Colmar.....MERCI

Ein so ein herzliches Team, dass sich unglaublich bemüht. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr sauber. Jedes etwas anders und das hat Charme. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten und das war sehr ruhig. Richtig toll ist auch das leckere Frühstück mit zwei Besonderheiten. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Rundum gelungen für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

We came to a hotel which was easy to find, and looked inviting and nice. Check-in was quick and very friendly, and we were given directions for the old part of the town. Our room was very nice, absolutely clean with a good bed. Everything was in order. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and as we were meeting with my son next morning, we were allowed to keep the room for a while, which was a great help. Breakfast was very good, with a large selection of everything we could want. All the time attentive and friendly staff. Definitely a place we'll come back to and equally recommend to both friends and others to enjoy

Albergo a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera un po’ piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Senza condizionatori ma con il ventilatore siamo comunque riusciti a rinfrescare la stanza

Chambre propre, accueil agréable. Toutefois, je suis restée sur le manque d'isolation entre les chambres. Dès que cela touche aux toilettes ou à la douche, on a l'impression que cela vient de notre propre chambre, ce qui est très désagréable d'autant plus en pleine nuit. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner que j'ai trouvé cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé (kouglof non frais et élastique).

Tres bon accueil, l'hôtel est facile d'accès et idealement situé à environ 10mn à pied du centre ville. La taille des chambre est correcte mais la SDB et les toilettes sont TRES petites. Pas de climatisation, un seul ventilateur. Le rapport qualité prix de PDJ est très correct, bravo! A noter que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking à l'arrière du bâtiment qui permet de garer les motos à l'abri de la rue.

Für ein 2 Sterne Hotel, kann man nichts abziehen in diesem Fall. Die Wände sind dünn und die Rollläden sind laut, aber mein Schnarchen auch. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, nicht ganz ist die Enge der Toilette oder Dusche einzufangen, bin ja nicht gerade dünn und klein. Aber sehr ordentlich und sauber! Das Bett zum Übernachten war weich und für uns 2 kuschelig. Die Kirchenglocken von St. Leon wecken einen ab 7Uhr zum Frühstück und Abends um 21Uhr ein letztes Mal zu Bett. Das Frühstück (7:30-9:30) wird liebevoll, immer wieder nachgefüllt und ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste ist auch vorhanden. Eine weitere helfende Person beim Service wäre vielleicht hilfreich. Mein Tipp, entweder gleich am Anfang oder vor Ende vorbeikommen, da es nicht so voll am Buffet wird bzw. Anstehen und laut wird. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, gerade bei Reservierungen in Restaurants, das ist sehr ratsam, da die meisten zwischen 14-18 Uhr zu machen und dann alle zu Abendessen wollen. Es war ein sehr schöner 2 tägiger Kurzurlaub in Colmar.....MERCI

Das Zummer war klein und gemütlich. Es hatte alles was es braucht. Heisswasser war sofort da und Heizung hat gut funktioniert und war angenehm einstellbar. We came to a hotel which was easy to find, and looked inviting and nice. Check-in was quick and very friendly, and we were given directions for the old part of the town. Our room was very nice, absolutely clean with a good bed. Everything was in order. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and as we were meeting with my son next morning, we were allowed to keep the room for a while, which was a great help. Breakfast was very good, with a large selection of everything we could want. All the time attentive and friendly staff. Definitely a place we'll come back to and equally recommend to both friends and others to enjoy

I want to applaud the entire staff of Arc-en-Ciel. I was travelling with my senior citizen father during the recent extreme heatwave. Given the need to protect him, I arrived long before check-in, hoping we could store our bags and head to a grocery store or some other cool place to wait out the peak of the sun’s strength. We were greeted immediately and, without question, checked in. Our room—as had others—had the fan running at full speed, with drapery and shades closed. The hotel itself was also darkened to keep the heat down. The staff positioned misting canisters and fans everywhere. They were so gracious and helpful. The woman who checked us in even gave us the most helpful directions to a central parking garage and a walking route of the town when we decided to brave the heat and go for a bit of look around. As for the room, it was comfortable and welcoming. As we drove into town, I can’t speak to how long it would take to walk to places like Petite Venice, but our drive was under five minutes, so likely not that long.
