Hôtel bien situé à porté de pied du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. Petit déjeuner complet et en quantité suffisante. Le garage soit en sous-sol ou à l’étage est un vrai plus, certes payant mais moins chère que la ville et au moins la voiture ou la moto sont protégées. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Manque juste une petite bouilloire et quelques sachets de thé ou café offert et ça serait top.

le réceptionniste peut parler anglais. La chambre est assez bien et très confortable. Mon ami et moi sommes restés 2 nuits. Abordable. Apportez votre brosse à dents et votre dentifrice au cas où. Il y a un micro-ondes (self-service, vous pouvez l'utiliser librement), un distributeur automatique (snacks, boissons) et une petite cafétéria dans le hall. La chambre est propre et calme, vous pouvez donc vous sentir à l'aise après une longue visite en ville. Le personnel est gentil et sympathique et ils sont très serviables pour nous informer sur les sites touristiques à proximité. Merci beaucoup 🤗

Quarto pequeno mas já sabíamos,sem problema. Ar condicionado ruim e repleto de mofo o que reclamei na recepção. O chão do quarto grudento provavelmente não foi limpo antes de entrarmos. Pontos positivos:Café da manhã de boa qualidade,estacionamento ao preço de €10 a diária e funcionários super atenciosos. Realmente o que faltou foi mais higiene no quarto

Problemas desde a recepção. Recepcionista falava português, mas fingiu não falar o idioma, alegando uma “brincadeira” do dia. Quarto com mau cheiro ao entrarmos (mofo, azedo), carpete com péssima higienização. Poucas tomadas, apenas uma extensão com fio longo que prejudicava a movimentação no quarto já absurdamente pequeno. Rodapés descascando e papel higiênico de péssima qualidade.

It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all.

For a budget hotel it was good. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Reception staff at check in was great, at checkout the other girl was not very polite. My room being right outside the elevator and against the street was very noisy. I slept with ear plugs. I think the price is a bit expensive for what it is.

Die Zimmern sind extrem kompakt. Wenig Platz, WC musste rückwärts begangen werden da so wenig Platz ist. Dusche sehr klein und das Wasser war lauwarm. Waschbecken im Zimmer. Keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen. Leider habe ich mich hier sehr stark erkältet und Fieber bekommen. Daher mussten wir die Reise abbrechen. Es war nachts kalt im Zimmer

Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass man sich fast nicht bewegen konnte. Keine Aufhänger für die nassen Tücher und auch kein Platz um irgendetwas zu verstauen. Für uns stimmte das Preis / Leistung Verhältnis in keinster Weise. Also nicht zuviel erwarten.

Experiência horrível. O ar condicionado do quarto parou de funcionar e nada foi feito. Em pleno verão tivemos que dormir sem ar condicionado. O funcionário nada resolveu, como ja era perto das 22h parecia que sua única preocupação era ir embora. A rede Ibis está cada vez pior. Prédios velhos e atendimento deixando a desejar. Portaria só funcionava até 22h depois disso os hóspedes ficam sem a quem recorrer. Atendimento e estruturas lamentáveis.

Terrible Experience with Receptionist at Ibis Colmar We had an awful experience during our stay at Ibis Colmar, and we feel compelled to share it. Upon checking in, the receptionist could not find our 3-night reservation in her system, even though we had our receipt and booking confirmation on the Hotels.com app. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, she became incredibly rude and aggressive, even threatening to call the police. It was an extremely stressful and uncomfortable situation. After much unnecessary back-and-forth, it turned out the issue was a problem with the Ibis system, not our booking. However, instead of helping us through it, the receptionist treated us terribly, wasted our time, and left us with a very negative impression of the hotel. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when we were simply trying to enjoy our time in Colmar. We hope Hotels.com takes this into consideration to prevent future guests from facing similar issues. This review is honest and to the point while outlining your dissatisfaction with the situation.

Due to a train delay we arrived a few minutes after the closure of the reception at 22. Since we knew we would be late, we called ahead to inquire how to get in after closing time. We were given a code to enter into a machine at the entrance. Unfortunately, the code didn’t work when we arrived and we had to spend half an hour trying to reach a human person on the phone. Eventually someone from staff arrived to let us in but no apologies for the trouble were offered neither that evening or the following morning

A convenient stopover on the way to Italy. Colmar is a beautiful town and well worth a visit. Just a few minutes walk to the historical centre and secure parking for our car at the hotel. It’s an Ibis Budget so the rooms are basic but clean and completely sufficient for an overnight stay in the city centre.

La chambre était très bien. Le personnel à l'accueil était très sympa et nous a très bien renseigné sur les lieux à visiter. Parking et petit déjeuner très bien. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel très bien situé et de bonne qualité. Bravo au personnel.

Overall it's a fair experience, the hotel is well located and pretty much everything in the city centre is easily accessible on foot, including the railway station (about 10-12 minutes with my luggage). Plus the hotel is also a few minutes on foot too from the Theatre Central bus station, where you can hop on all the main lines, and there are supermarkets within a few minutes' walk too (including the large Intermarché) . The room was really small, so I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay or if you need to work on a laptop (there was a small table in the room, not a desk), but for holidays/just having breakfast and spending the night, it's totally fine. The personnel at the reception desk was friendly, you can sign up for breakfast and get some pizza for lunch or dinner. As for room cleaning, just remember that it's an "opt in" service (you have to let them know each day if you want your room cleaned, towels changed etc) and then that is fine too. It's a 2* hotel and of course you cN tell, but all in all I will very likely go back the next time I need to stay in Colmar on a tighter budget.

Le garage soit en sous-sol ou à l’étage est un vrai plus, certes payant mais moins chère que la ville et au moins la voiture ou la moto sont protégées. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Manque juste une petite bouilloire et quelques sachets de thé ou café offert et ça serait top.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay Personal nett und sehr bemüht aber zu viel Andrang beim Frühstück das diese nicht hinterherkommen ... Frühstücksbuffet : discounter-Qualität Insgesamt aber gut ! Zentral gelegen und auch ausreichend Platz in der Garage und auf dem Hof zum Parken. Toilette und Dusche getrennt muss man mögen ... Für mich war das nichts...

It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all.

Parking directly at the hotel at reasonable price. Walking distance to the city center. We will come back if we come to the city. Simple hotel but good value for the money. We did not try the breakfast though - preferred to go into town.
