Very nice hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. They let us put our own wines in the fridge in the bar, and helped with all sorts of things like organising taxis. Great hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with easy access to all the main sightseeing spots. The hotel is very well maintained, with a beautiful interior and a lovely, comfortable room. The mattress and pillows were absolutely amazing — soooo comfortable! We had a really relaxing stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Turenne.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was unfailingly polite and friendly, and the hot and cold breakfast buffet was astonishingly vast with something for everyone, from vegans to meat eaters, pastry/bread/carb lovers, tea aficionados and coffee fans. I was fond of the chia seed and coconut milk pudding, which I topped with red and black currants, raspberries and blackberries and sometimes walnuts and granola. Everything worked well, and hot water was instant. Hotel Maison Terenne is conveniently located about a five-minute walk from a scenic canal in "Petite Venise" and about 10 minutes to the cathedral in the heart of the old city. Only hitch was you had to give 30 minutes notice for access to the steam room, so, alas, I was never able to coordinate that. Still, I would definitely stay here again.
