Loved our rooms! We had the top floor with big skylight windows. The air conditioning worked great which is huge! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Our kids were excited to swim in the indoor pool too. The location was perfect for exploring Colemar which was just a few minutes walk away. We had a vehicle but the onsite parking was sold out when we arrived (so try to book that in advance if you are able) but the lady at the front desk had a good suggestion for another one that was about a 10 min walk away which worked just fine for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, great price, location, and clean and bright.

Séjour très plaisant dans cet hôtel : l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville et tout le personnel a été irréprochable — serviable, souriant et efficace. Le petit-déjeuner mérite un vrai coup de chapeau : qualité des produits et grand choix sucré/salé, parfait pour bien démarrer la journée. La piscine est un vrai plus pour la détente ; elle est très agréable, même si quelques rénovations (bordures, mobilier, rafraîchissement des sols) amélioreraient encore l’expérience. Je recommande cet établissement.

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, Kompliment! An der Sauberkeit sollte noch gearbeitet werden, der Boden war nicht sauber gewischt und der Wasserkocher war staubig. Auch konnte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig eingestellt werden, wir hatten ständig über 26 Grad im Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht.

God beliggenhed. Hyggeligt sted. 4 var på stedet i 5 dage, og på intet tidspunkt blev der gjort rent. Vi måtte selv tømme affaldsspanden og bede om nye håndklæder. Ellers var hotellet en god oplevelse. Det ligger lige ved siden af den hyggelige, gamle bymidte

Great and beautiful hotel for a short stay in Colmar for our family. Room was very spacious and squeaky clean with great amenities. The Old Town was only a short 10-minute walk away and very convenient to get to from the train station. Would highly recommend!

Scarsa pulizia della camera. Ho trovato peli, capelli e polvere su tutti i cuscini (anche quelli di scorta nel mobile). Se c’è una cosa sporca è il cuscino colorato sul cuscino per decorazione. Toglietelo perfavore. La colazione acquistatela online perché in struttura costa di più. Parcheggio limitato, abbiamo trovato in strada (c’era scritto comunque). Posizione ottima, 5min a piedi dal centro stupendo.

Pas reçu de mail de réponse pour la demande de parking. Arrivé sur place, la personne de l'accueil dit d'une évidence qu'on n'a pas reçu une réponse car il n'y avait pas de places. Justement dans un tel cas il faut informer, répondre au client qu'il n'y a plus de places. Il n'a pas pu nous suggérer une autre solution. On a dû chercher nous même un parking, marcher 10 minutes sous la pluie, sans un mot d'excuse à l'accueil. Les chambres, pour ce prix, était trop basique. Manque de propreté de salle de bain. Séjour pas satisfaisant.

Unser Apartment (309) war hell, sehr großzügig und modern (an manchen Stellen schon etwas abgewohnt, zerkratzteTürrahmen, Wasserflecken an Bad-Kassettendecke...) mit tollem Blick auf blauen Himmel und die Umgebung, Sonne ab Mittag inkl Sonnenuntergang, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, kein Toaster. Das Personal war sehr nett, die Lage perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Pool ist klein und die Poolfolie schon etwas vergilbt und schmuddelig, aber ok für Kinder um etwas Spaß zu haben (28grad). Frühstück hat alles was man braucht - Verschiedene Brote, Crêpes, Gebäck, Nüsse, Müsli, Ei/Bacon, kaffeevollautomat... leider kein frisches Obst/Gemüse. Parkplatz ist eine große Stellflaeche hinter dem Haus, Eingang in Seitenstraße - unbedingt parking Adresse erfragen, das Navi führt zur großen Kreuzung und man hat Schwierigkeiten zur Nebenstraße zu kommen. Für 100€ unter der Woche, deutsche Ferien, ist es super! Für die 140 am Wochenende bekommt man vielleicht etwas besseres ohne Pool (den ich hier nicht sooo toll fand). Parkplatz kostet 13€ pro Tag, aber es wurden uns nur die vollen Tage in Rechnung gestellt, nicht Ankunft/abfahrtstag. Zimmerreinigung würde 7,50€ kosten. Wir fanden es im April 2023 sehr schön hier!

we were given a room on the bottom floor which had patio doors that opened onto the car park.There was no privacy you would have to have had the curtains shut the whole time,after asking to be moved the receptionist eventually managed to move us and the room we got was fantastic,would rate the hotel and stay as a ten,apart from one thing,No milk to make a coffee 🙁

Soyez TRÈS PRUDENT avec cet hôtel. Ils nous ont facturé lors de l'enregistrement et, une fois rentrés chez nous, ils nous ont facturé à nouveau. Malgré l'envoi de preuves montrant que nous avons été FACTURÉS DEUX FOIS, ils ne répondent plus à nos e-mails. Nous sommes sans cesse redirigés d'un numéro de téléphone à un autre, mais personne ne prend la responsabilité, et nous n'avons toujours pas récupéré notre argent. Ils nous ont volé plus de 437 € et ne proposent aucune solution. De plus, soyez TRÈS PRUDENT avec vos affaires dans le COFFRE-FORT. Notre coffre-fort était verrouillé lorsque nous sommes arrivés, et le réceptionniste nous a donné un code qui peut ouvrir TOUS LES COFFRES-FORTS DE L'HÔTEL. Vos biens ne sont pas en sécurité là-bas. (Ce code est également indiqué dans les instructions que vous avez dans la chambre). En plus de cela, le séjour a été décevant. Les chambres étaient BRUYANTES, les viennoiseries du petit-déjeuner étaient brûlées, la connexion Internet était de mauvaise qualité, et le service de ménage a essayé d'entrer dans notre chambre avant l'heure de départ, perturbant notre repos. Le personnel est mal formé – notre problème de paiement est survenu parce que le réceptionniste n'a pas noté le paiement après nous avoir facturés à l'enregistrement. Si vous décidez tout de même de séjourner ici, ne payez pas pour le parking. Nous nous sommes garés dans les rues avoisinantes sans problème. Cet hôtel a été une DÉCEPTION ABSOLUE.

Les chambres étaient BRUYANTES, les viennoiseries du petit-déjeuner étaient brûlées, la connexion Internet était de mauvaise qualité, et le service de ménage a essayé d'entrer dans notre chambre avant l'heure de départ, perturbant notre repos. Le personnel est mal formé – notre problème de paiement est survenu parce que le réceptionniste n'a pas noté le paiement après nous avoir facturés à l'enregistrement. Si vous décidez tout de même de séjourner ici, ne payez pas pour le parking. Nous nous sommes garés dans les rues avoisinantes sans problème. Cet hôtel a été une DÉCEPTION ABSOLUE.

Very impolite personel in the breakfast room. I was 3 minutes early so 3min to 7.the door was not locked. When I entered the breakfast room, the waitress shouted at me...very impolite..well, I pay 18 euro per person for 1 breakfast. For this price one might expect some flexibility and at least polite behaviour. Never go there again

Good property, clean, good location. Did not communicate timely and did not provide instructions for after hours check in although I messaged several times. Got there tired late night to be told there was no key left for us. Then someone else showed up later and sorted it out. Communicate timely and properly.

I have enjoyed the stay and the wonderful city and region, all the staff was nice a part one person, Celine, she was very unpolite and did not treat us as a guest. She did not support us when we had a problem with the stroller that broke and we were asking only a place where to throw it away.

Pas reçu de mail de réponse pour la demande de parking. Arrivé sur place, la personne de l'accueil dit d'une évidence qu'on n'a pas reçu une réponse car il n'y avait pas de places. Justement dans un tel cas il faut informer, répondre au client qu'il n'y a plus de places. Il n'a pas pu nous suggérer une autre solution. On a dû chercher nous même un parking, marcher 10 minutes sous la pluie, sans un mot d'excuse à l'accueil. Les chambres, pour ce prix, était trop basique. Manque de propreté de salle de bain. Séjour pas satisfaisant.

Great and beautiful hotel for a short stay in Colmar for our family. Room was very spacious and squeaky clean with great amenities. The Old Town was only a short 10-minute walk away and very convenient to get to from the train station. Would highly recommend!

Hotel muito bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé. Única coisa a reclamar é sobre o acesso, que fica na rua lateral, de mão única e o endereço é da rua principal, que não tem acesso a essa rua lateral. Deveria ser informado o endereço da rua lateral para facilitar os hóspedes que chegam de carro.

We enjoyed our stay, and it was already our second time. Our room was again very spacy, and equipped with a complete small kitchen. Space is luxury ;-) The same applies to the huge parking lot, although for a certain price. Nevertheless, the furniture was already a bit older, and rather functional. The immediate environment is not exactly appealing, but logistically practical, and in 10 walking minutes one can reach the historic downtown, maybe 15 minutes the real center, a supermarket is at about 5 minutes distance. The swimming pool is small but nice - and from our experience, quite an asset in non-premium-priced hotels in Alsace. Unfortunately for German travellers, German is not spoken by the staff, while that is often the case in Alsace in other places. The hotel itself leaves a rather urban, functional and practical impression, and is a bit in contrast to the romantic, cozy historical center. But it comes in really handy, and is definitely a good choice for visiting Colmar.

Generally ok, but not great. The bath could have been a bit newer. There was a missing bed set for the first night (because the reception is closed from 22:00-7:00). The pool area wasn't to clean in detail and very limited space for changing cloths and also the pool itself was pretty small - just for 3-4 people, if you don't know each other. We wouldn't pick the hotel again mainly because of the location, close to a large street with four tracks.

Wow what a place. The hotel wonderful. The staff are welcoming and so polite. Our room was so spacious and clean. There is an indoor pool which was very welcome but very popular with guests. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Colmar is stunning. So much to see. We loved Little Venice.

Well located for getting to different parts of Colmar. Good parking. Unfortunately sat nav takes you to property front and we had difficulty in getting to the car park which is on a one way street.
