Perfect location. There is no on-site parking but we scored a spot on the street nearby which was incredible since we arrived around 4 pm and the Christmas Market was starting to get crowded. Very nice but I suggest making reservations for dinner because most places require it.

Hotel was in the middle of the old city and very walkable to everything. Luckily, there was a young man on staff that could take our luggage up three flights of stairs because there was no elevator unfortunately he was not there when we left and senior ladies had to take their own luggage down. Hotel is not meant for people that aren’t able to lift 30 to 50 pounds of luggage carrying upstairs!

Lovely hotel right in the heart of town with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Reception was really helpful, even providing a plug adapter for my charger. No parking at the property but reception recommended a secure car park 5 minutes walk away and only €3 for 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again

This is a very central, convenient 3 star hotel with much local flair. The hotel occupies an older building that has been renovated as a hotel. There is much wood and the rooms go all the way up to the attic. Location could not be more convenient if you are by foot. By car, you can drop passengers 2mns away and park in the Saint Josse parking lot (a few mns by foot) @ 3.30€/day. Breakfast is fine. The hotel is close to many restaurants. A very good choice if you choose to visit the "old Colmar".

The staff was very friendly and the entire hotel was unique. We felt like we were staying in a castle! Great location for staying local! Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back! The only downfall was no convenient parking.

Spotlessly clean. Had our room made up every single day. Perfect and centrally located. Very walkable from the train station. Breakfast was okay, limited options but filled you up. WiFi doesnt work in the rooms, only from the lobby and reception but nice comfy chairs to sit in and a lovely courtyard.

The only good thing about the property was the location. The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. The sheets/pillows were stained. Cover under the sheet was very stained. It seems like they gave us the same used towels the next day; they were just folded up and they were damp still. Noone gave us a wifi login or password . No toiletries for bathroom

Hotel location was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However our Superior Room was terrible compared to some of the others. They get away with this by saying that all the rooms are unique. Do not let them give you room 11! Bleach stained old carpet. Barely any windows - they were high up, view of a wall. Slanted walls, felt very claustrophobic. Huge heavy cobweb in the top corner of the bathroom plus a black hair stuck to the wall. Towel warmer was dirty. Main bed was a queen size and was comfortable - the only thing that saved us. The spare bed was an old futon with a pretty rough cover over it. Wifi did not work. Room 3rd floor, no elevator access.

This is a wonderful little gem in Colmar. It is very nice Hôtel centrally located. The front desk staff is wonderful, especially Marine. The room was spacious, clean and bed was fine. I will stay here again.

Staff was excellent & hotel located in the center of everything. The antique decor of this hotel is part of the charm, but it could use a little sprucing up. The hotel seemed clean overall, but my shower stall had black mold at the bottom in the tile grout & on the bottom of the shower door. Also, WiFi is a HUGE issue. It doesn’t work in the room all the time & when it does it doesn’t last for long. I had to sit in the lobby to do anything online where I was given a different WiFi connection & password to use. In this day & age, WiFi should be working without issue.

I've never had such a warm welcome, it made the stay even more special. I loved my room, very comfortable, spacious and quiet - which was surprising considering that the hotel is located over a very lively place. My room had three small windows with a wonderful view over the beautiful alsacian roofs and the bed had the most comfortable mattress I've seen in years. The only downside is that the emergency light in the room shone so brightly that it was literally a nightlight, but I slept very well nonetheless.

Saint Martin is a really great property, it might come off as a little old or outdated to some people due to the carpet choices and some of the bathroom fixtures, but for the location and price that is not a problem, and in fact may even add to its charm. It is one of the larger rooms I’ve stayed in during my stay traveling through Europe. The bedding was thick, comfortable and felt rather luxurious. Most importantly it felt clean and safe. Is this the four seasons or ritz no, not even close but I would almost rather stay here.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, but no parking on site in the old city. Need to drop off bags and park nearby in a safe garage. Small bathroom and wifi did not work in our room, but comfy and best location in a great area in the old city. Still recommend it! Took beautiful water tour and mini train tour- Colmar is amazing!

Super beliggenhet. Vi bodde get 2 dager og byttet rom etter første natt. Rommet første natt var på bakkenivå og utsikt var 50 cm til fjellvegg. Ok rom men litt mørkt, vi hadde rom i 3. etg neste natt og likte det bedre.

Not handicap accessible at all. The only good thing about this property is the location. Rooms are very dated linens and all fixtures are drab and depressing. The services offered are lacking. It is on level with a hostel. Staff is not helpful what so ever, it is a charming small town but honestly there are other options for lodging, and after three nights; THAT WAS ENOUGH. EVERY QUESTION INASKED I WAS TOLD “refer to the book in your room” or “google it”. Great way to waster 1300 u$d Traveler beware

The hotel is a well maintained ancient/historic building. The area is centre ville old Colmar-so you are where you want to be immediately when leaving the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable with a view of the old towne.

Avoid breakfast. Eggs were like rubber and that was pretty much the hot offering along with some sausages which I didn’t try. Various pastries, which were ok. Better and cheaper options right outside the front door. Also, if you bring a soft drink, they charge you a corkage free if you’re drinking it in a common area, which is bizarre.

Room was clean and adequate, but not worth the price. Bathroom ok but nothing fancy, soap is dispensed from pump action bottle, these are becoming very common now in low budget hotels, no more individual soap , shampoo etc. Location is excellent right in the middle of the old town. Breakfast is a joke, even by European standards, dont waste your money, walk down the street and grab something decent for about half the price.

Tolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt, so dass alles fussläufig erreichbar ist. Die Fahrräder konnten wir direkt bei der Rezeption einstellen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Quality for the price was exceptional. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was definitely worth the price. The size of the room was fine if not spacious, bed comfortable, and shower great. And we thank the staff for their helpfulness.
