Voyage avec des amis. Nous avons été très satisfaits de cet hôtel (nous sommes dans un Ibis). J'ai passé 25 ans de ma vie dans des Mercure. Je ne peux donc pas prétendre à une prestation similaire. Toutefois, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique (bien mieux que dans certains Accor de haute catégorie), Bravo à eux ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, rien à redire. Le parking est à un prix plus que raisonnable, bravo encore. J'y retournerai à l'occasion, bien qu'un peu éloigné de l'Aréna...

I was disappointed to say the least. Almost every aspect of the hotel stay was frustrating and negative. The area is a 20 minute walk from the nearest metro stop, and total travel time by either bus or metro to the city center/ typical attractions such as Louvre or Eiffel Tower was 45-60min. Our room was very hot and the fan did not work. We went to the desk hoping for some assistance, and we were told “there’s nothing we can do”. So we left the window open at night, which was also not good because the hotel faces right out to a loud street/highway. In 4 days the fan was never fixed and the noise and heat were constant. Lastly, after 2 nights at this hotel, I noticed my first bed bug bites. Of course we brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, so they could clean the room (and we were hoping they could clean our luggage etc as well, to avoid re-infestation). Not only did they seem to have no protocol for dealing with suspected bed bugs (they kept asking “what do you expect me to do”, even after we mentioned cleaning the room etc), but they were very dismissive and rude about it and ultimately did not address the issue at all. We inspected the mattress when we noticed the bites as well, and it was clearly not cleaned properly; there was dirt between the mattress and bed frame.

I am not very much happy with the stay as the room doesn't have enough space and also it comes without basic toilteries and other things like kettle for some hot water. Breakfast was ok. thats it

Area and hotel was quiet. Rooms very spacious, bed was comfy but pillows were too soft. Paid for breakfast buffet but was very disappointed with the food selection so was a waste of money. Member of staff at breakfast was quite rude. Check in staff very helpful Room had a great view of Seine and effiel tower - could even watch it sparkle

Although low budget, still not worth the money. Tiny rooms, uncomfortable/lumpy bed, carpets smelled, bathroom was smaller than what you get on an airplane, a/c did not work well (they have a min temp set that cannot be adjusted - the room was too hot). Not many dining options close by, nearest metro is a 25 min walk. Rooms are outdated and need major renovations.

Séjour pas excellent car les portes des autres chambres craquent et bruit ressenti dans les chambres, dernier catastrophique car femme de ménage est venue frapper à trois reprises notre porte pour nous demander de quitter la chambre car elle n’a pas assez de chambres à faire et qu’elle veut finir rapidement pour rentrer. Je lui ai dit que prévue était 12h, que je vais me plaindre à sa Direction si elle revient frapper encore à notre porte

For me it does the job for basic accommodations. Also having something to eat before hitting the streets of Paris is a plus. If you don’t mind I little walking it’s about 20 minutes to the metro (line 1) which takes you near enough to some of the attractions (stops at the Louvre)

Très bonne expérience. 5 nuits passées pour un déplacement professionnel. Hôtel calme, sécurisé, propre, personnel sérieux, Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. L'hôtel se situe à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la défense.

Tres bon rapport qualite prix mais hotel mal situé, loin de la defense arena où nous etions, aucun taxi ni uber disponible. Nous avons marché 40mn a 1h du matin...metro/rer les plus proches : Becon a 30mn a pied ! A preciser sur la presentation de votre hotel.

The bus system closes and you will be told to get off the bus and be forced to reroute without notice. The subway was the most reliable, but it is 22 minutes walk each way from the hotel.

Area and hotel was quiet. Rooms very spacious, bed was comfy but pillows were too soft. Paid for breakfast buffet but was very disappointed with the food selection so was a waste of money. Voyage avec des amis. Nous avons été très satisfaits de cet hôtel (nous sommes dans un Ibis). J'ai passé 25 ans de ma vie dans des Mercure. Je ne peux donc pas prétendre à une prestation similaire. Toutefois, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique (bien mieux que dans certains Accor de haute catégorie), Bravo à eux ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, rien à redire. Le parking est à un prix plus que raisonnable, bravo encore. J'y retournerai à l'occasion, bien qu'un peu éloigné de l'Aréna...

Zimmer wirklich sauber und sehr leise. Man hört - dank 2 Fenstern keinen Verkehr. Das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich :) Das Frühstück im Restaurant ist aber das Geld NICHT wert. Lieber auswärtig speisen.

Not a good location. My room was not clean. The bathroom smelled sour and mildew-y and the room had a faint musty smell to it. The curtains for the window had dirt all over them. We had a 4 night stay booked with this hotel and only stayed the first night we were there. As soon as the sun came up, we were gone and booked with another hotel. I have emailed and messaged about a refund and I still have yet to hear back from anyone. I will never stay at this location or any other Ibis hotel because of this nightmare.
